I had to book flights that required some complicated layovers and booking from different sites. Student Universe made the whole process so easy by combining all the flights and putting all the tickets into one streamlined ticket! I would definitely purchase from this site again!

I had various people asking for validation information, but it was finally accepted, after many uploads. I learned I should've set up my account through my school email, so totally my fault with confusion!

I found the cheapest price compared to all other sites. Student Universe was easy to navigate and I received my flight confirmation promptly. I will go here first in the future to make all of my travel plans.

I was able to find a flight and seat within the date and period that I needed to return.

This one star is only for good customer service. I order two flight tickets from the company yesterday and found that the numbers in my bank statement didn't add up right. I had surcharges which were not showing on the original invoices after my purchase. I call the customer service and one representative patiently went through the verification process with me and confirmed the surcharges were true. However, after I ordered a complete refund, the confirmation emails I received were STILL showing inconsistencies with LESSER money being refunded to my account. This difference is even greater than the surchatges! I absolutely DO NOT recommend you guys to purchase tickets from this website. Why am I fell like I've been tricked by this company.

I got my flight for cheap. It was easy and I was able to look at a bunch of different options. They had a bunch of big airline companies that you know and trust, and I was able to see my exact route and any stops I would potentially have to make. Lastly as I said it was much cheaper than anywhere else when looking at flights.

I got such a good deal and was able to talk to a real human on the phone when I had questions!

Always trust this site- give great prices and are the most useful site for students to use.

My son used SU uneventfully when he was in college a few years ago, so I wasn't hesitant to go to them again today when we needed to buy a one way ticket for our daughter's study abroad trip. Her professors and some other students are on a particular flight; when we checked directly with that airline, a one-way ticket from DFW to Madrid was sitting at $1476! Student Universe had the exact same non-stop flight on the same airline for $648! Say what?! Since it's a direct flight and her date to fly is non-negotiable (not planning any changes or cancellations anyway), it seemed like a no-brainer. As long as she gets on the flight, I'll bump that rating to 5 stars!

Good prices -- even great prices if you are *******% sure that the will be no changes.
Alas, the hoops to go through when a legitimate cancellation happened due to a medical emergency were childish and unprofessional. Had I not "been on the case," I doubt the refund would have come. The backing and forthing between Student Universe and the actual airline was tedious to put it nicely. So, yes, fine for basic booking but HOEP nothing happens to need a change for whatever, human and real reason.

Since this is my first time booking my flights tickets via SU, I found everything well. Though, I did choose for travel protection which I don't usually do if I'm booking my own flights. Just added risk proctoring while booking tickets from a 3rd party site.

I was nervous at first booking with Student Universe, mainly because they don't exactly have the best reviews. But I saw that the poor reviews were mainly for people who weren't able to change their flights or get a refund, even in emergency situations. Since I wasn't planning on changing my dates or flights, I went for it, and everything worked out perfectly. I flew to Dublin for about $200 cheaper than any of the other booking companies. I'd definitely book with them again. Thanks Student Universe!

I was having so much trouble trying to book a flight using the credit that I had from a previous trip. I called costumer service concerned, alarmed and annoyed. However, the lady on the phone calmly explained to me what was happening and I realized I had made the math wrong. Then, she kindly proceeded to offer options and solutions that could accomodate my itinerary and my budget. By the end of the call I was pretty much satisfied.

I have not yet shopped with you, but I am planning to do so now. I found a very good price for a flight. Before buying, I would like to ask you that I am 48 years old. Can I still buy a ticket?

I was supposed to have a flight on July 5th, but it got canceled. Apparently, Air Canada notified all the travel agencies on June 29th that they need to reschedule their customer's flights. However, all my flights got canceled over and over again without any notifications. They messed up and are not willing to pay the penalty for a flight that is on a different day, because it is more expensive. They take no responsibilities and just say "I understand" whenever I get frustrated over their lack of communication and dedication.

Update: Although I had to pay an additional fee of about $240 CAD, they managed to book me another flight from a different airline, which satisfied me. I still did not like the fact that it took hours of stressing and phone calls to get this result.

Student Universe worked hard on my behalf to get a full refund from British Airways who wanted to charge a $300 cancellation fee. They also waived their student Universe cancellation fee. The only reason I gave them a 4 star and not 5 was because it took a long time. It probably wasn't even their fault they had to wait for the airlines approval. Every time i reached out they always got back to me. In the end they have a happy customer. I will still have to wait two more weeks for British Airways to issue the refund to me. Thank you student Universe!

I was shopping for last-minute tickets. Every other website I checked was at least $100 more than StudentUniverse. I checked reviews, and it looked legitimate. I bought my ticket, and in less than an hour it was on the airline's website as confirmed. I'll shop here from now on!

Avoid using this company at all cost. Their customer service is horrible, it has taken over three weeks and hours on the phone to get a refund on the refundable ticket I purchased and they charged BS fees to get that done. They told me for weeks that they couldn't refund my ticket, the airline would refund the ticket directly, even though SU charged my card and not the airline. Only after I made a rep from SU do a conference call with the airline did they finally agree to cancel the flight with the airline and refund my money and it still took them over a week to accomplish this task.

Firstly, I want to say that I am really excited that my match is coming to meet me all the way from Dallas to Jackson. We vibed and hence, the profit for united airlines. I hope you provide him with good service and lighten up his mood so that when he land, he is in a good mood and excited as myself when we see each other for the first time.
