It was an worry free experience.we got the tickets from Kathmandu to Sri Lanka for a fairly decent price and the process was easy on line.
I have heard about StudentUniverse and I was checking the prices of the tickets, and noticed they were few dollars cheaper.

Processing the tickets was very easy but would I did not know is that you cannot get your seat assignment until the day before the flight!

Hi, some airlines allow pre-select seats with fees. If you do not pay to select seats, you will be automatically assigned a seat when you check in your flight.
Y'all. I put in a promo code and a timer started counting down. Also, prices were going up each time I refreshed… what's that all about?

Time for a name and shame

These people have taken $1600 from us for a flight which THEY cancelled,,, now we have been asking for OUR money back for months and they are refusing to refund us.
They are trying to say its up to another airline to refund us even though we didnt purchase from any airlines, we made a transaction with student universe. DO THE RIGHT THING and give us OUR Money BACK!
Especially in this current time of crisis do you think we can afford to be without our hard earned savings! You are taking food from my mouth and i will not stand for it.

We're an online travel agency, which means that when book a ticket through us, the money that you paid for the ticket goes to the airline in order to issue the ticket for your flight. We are happy to help request a refund from the airline, but we are bound to the airline policies and regulations.
