Buying and payment process is quick and easy but the website doesn't send me a pdf or gives me quick access to my flight details

By far the easiest and cheapest way to get a plane ticket. Very easy-to-follow steps too. I have not gone on the flight yet so I can't speak to how well the flight actually goes.

It was good, need more clear instructions. It would be helpful if the ticket is also sent to the email.

I have been using SU for 3 years to any trip in United States. No errors while booking and affordable flights.

I was on hold for an hour before I can speak to someone, but everything else was fixed. I was lucky to be able to stay on the phone for over an hour, not everyone has time like that.

I am worried that the seats I purchased on the site are not showing up with the airline. Since I paid extra I was hoping they would be confirmed at the time of the booking

I love student universe, I had such a hard semester and had some many bills to pay I didn't think it was possible to get home to see my family.

Pretty good and greatful to of had the option. The website was a little laggy but once it was working I felt relieved. Over stressful experience

I canceled the flight within 24 hours and it took forever via phone (more than 1 hour of waiting). However, they have not cancel the charge on my credit card. I have also tried to contact them via e-mail. I have just started a charge dispute with my bank.
I am not going to use StudentUniverse ever again.

Took too long to get the tickets and my friend was in the check out for $25 tickets and it didn't let her purchase them
