I don't know what happened since last year the app worked perfectly for me, but now nothing will load much or let me see my flight. I have an android, and have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Hope it gets fixed soon love you guys!

When making 1st reservation I received not eligible for this fare notice. 2nd reservation was completed but I recived notice that payment was refused by credit card. I contacted StudentUniverse in the morning and reached a person right way. He explained the issue and after trying to solve it with me suggested I call credit card and I did; I had made a mistake. I updated the information on a link sent by the first associate of StudentUniverse and transaction was done. I contacted StudentUniverse again to make sure everything was done and again reached a person right way; she rechecked and confirmed that everything was fine and that there was NO STUDENT requirement.
They offer the best prices listed on the different search engines like Kayak and Momondo. I was hesitant to use StudentUniverse because they have many bad reviews but my experience was much better than expected. I checked my reservation with the airline and everything looks good!

Easiest filtering system by far and super accessible to use

Normally after booking any flight, anywhere, one will receive an email confirming that the transaction has started. I had no email from StudentUniverse right after purchase, despite seeing on my bank account that the payment was already being processed. You guys need to send an email explaining what's happening between the time of purchase and the flight confirmation. The uncertainty is too uncomfortable.

I checked out sky scanner app for my flight and it directed me to this site for purchase. It was fast, free, really easy for technically challenged people like myself and it was the best price.

It is asking for baggage information but quotation was including one checked bag and one carry on, website is not giving me any options but just a statement saying "Choose your bags when you check in with the airline" what is that? And how can I move forward to complete my trip? That is really confusing.

The price is OK, average.Cant book the seats, only directly on the airline site. Price misleading because of the luggage cost. Gave confirmation number for payment, and airline reservation code, but not sending the e-ticket right away and its annoying.
I like the name. I used in Australia their parent organization Flight Centre, that was great.
I dont like they not send me my e-ticket right after the purchase.
