My friend tried to pay for my ticket, since we are traveling together. The experience became scary and confusing when I was asked to provide a photo of the front and back of her credit card. The website us constatly trying to get the customers to add on and buy extra aervices, and it seems intentionally misleading, as if you have not already just paid for and confirmed the ticket. I don't like this, it seems sneaky. It makes me not trust the site bc it is not straightforward and simple. Buying an aurline ticket should be ckear and easy.

When I bought my flight i wasn't able to get my flight right away a representative had to call me before I could get it finalized.

The confirmation email took around half a day to arrive while I got a call in less than 30 minutes. The audio quality on the phone call was not great however and I had trouble understanding the representative.

Good but bad at the same time, I was able to book a ticket for myself but not my companion because he was born 2 years before me.

I booked a ticket once. I got charged twice
It required too much effort to get double charged money back.even customer care service is not impressive.I will not prefer this website for booking in future.

I have searched many websites and was happy with the itinerary of the trip and especially the price. Student Universe just appeared while I was searching for a flight. I have not heard of them before. The booking process was smooth.
They had a great price and itinerary. I am not a student so it would be good to make it clear that you don't need to be a student to book.

StudentUniverse verifies your student status by having you login to your student portal, and this gives you access to heavily discounted plane tickets. The verification takes a couple minutes, and it's well worth it.
My study abroad program provider, IFSA, recommended that I book my plane ticket through StudentUniverse.

Lacks a few features such as searching up to + or - days and a save search function. But overall an excellent site. I have waited days for confirmation from other sites; here a matter of hours

I had a good experience but was a little confused with the requested booking confirmation email after booking. To show that I got my booking confirmation email I had to fill out a review which I don't think is necessary.
It helps find cheaper flights and if I used it, I got a voucher from my school.

I initially thought booking a flight was a very stressful process, but thanks to Student Universe, I've been able to book a flight with no pressure or complications whatsoever.
It was recommended to me by a friend so I thought it should be a good option for booking flights as a student, but then I realized it's the best!
