They give you low prices by putting a very very small fine print that they don't cover any other fees other than the room. You have to pay the hotel for other fees. Never had this problems with other platforms. Stay away no matter how cheap they state. There's always hidden fees somewhere
This was my first time booking through Super.com. If I'm being honest, I'd never heard of it previously; but I ended up highly satisfied with the results and have already recommended to several friends. The reservation went seamlessly, and the deal I got was incredible!

We missed our flights coming home from Central America. It was beyond our control, and very expensive. We had to stay over to catch new flights the next day. We found a hotel on line. It quoted a room with an acceptable price, but when we went to book, the taxes and fees were added on and it was then unaffordable. My husband was discouraged and talked about sleeping at the airport.
I went to super.com found the same hotel, the same room, only even cheaper than the original amount. I booked the room.
It was so easy, we were skeptical, almost expecting it to be a scam, but 20 minutes later we were checked in without problem. We had a great stay, in a great place for $70 cheaper than the original quote.

My family and I were skeptical because the deal was too good to be true, but we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was beautiful, the deal was beautiful, and we were given a discount code on top of that. It was awesome, will definitely be checking this out for future traveling.
On the same day super.com got me a hotel room for a lower rate than I could get from the hotel as a member of their rewards program! The service is easy to use and I received the discount without having to join anything.

Had never heard of super.com but my husband told me about it. We got a fab deal on a great stay in Torremolinos and was kept informed at every point. Will use them again for sure! Thanks Super.com!
Made reservation through Super.com called hotel 6 day prior to arrival hotel did not have confirmation number given to us by Super.com hotel. Called Super.com they didn't help us and disconnected call. Called back to speak with a supervisor 3 more times but they must had blocked my number could not get through to speak with someone. Called credit card company to cancel will be getting that money back. Super. Comm scam sight even hard to understand people we spoke to on first call.
Don't trust these guys. Shady at best. Believe me you are better off paying full price. Booked through super.com and checked into our "overbooked" hotel. The hotel was willing to reimburse us but because we booked through super the hotel would need to credit them and then super could turn around and credit us. Super wasn't interested in this effort. The chat was a dead end and after calling and being on hold for 37 minutes I talked to someone and then was hung up on. The hotel was kind enough to call super but again super was not willing to help. Don't use these guys!

Paid a lot of money to the super.com, arrived to the hotel, spent 3 hours on check in as the hotel didn't get the confirmation and any proof of the full prepayment. My ticket has been forwarded to the "urgent team" that seems not as urgent as it is supposed to be.
After 3 hours of waiting got a reply from "urgent team" who told me that upon checking and verifying all the information they discovered that there's a hotel mapping issue with my booking and my reservation was confirmed at the 3-stars apart hotel instead of 5-stars superb luxury hotel that I booked. The only solution that I could get from them is a payment refund and a booking cancellation. This website took 3 hours from my life and ruined my holiday.
If you don't want to ruin your holiday choose the websites for hotels booking more carefully.

Be careful - Super.com have a no refund cancellation or change policy - I booked and paid for and international Hotel months in advance but our flights have just been changed - so tried to change our booking date and contacted the hotel as soon as I found out which is 1+ month prior to arriving and they said I first needed confirmation from Super.com - -(see photo) contacted Super com and they just said - sorry nothing we can do. Ok - valuable lesson - yep my mistake but I'll never use them again. Customer service and business model borders on being a scam.

IT'S NOW AFTER 10 PM MY TIME AND I JUST HUNG UP WITH SUPER.COM WHO NOW TELLS ME THERE ARE NO ROOMS LEFT AT THE HOTEL. We found this app casually, we wanted ti stay longer in a hotel and and everywhere was so much money. So we booked another night thru Super.com for an incredible price... now every single booking, event the last minute, we do it thru this page
So easy to use, don't have to have an account. You can register as a guest. So many night I paid full price for rooms. Super.com can save you money on many other things, you should check it out.
We booked one week in advance a 5 star hotel (Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve) in Puerto Rico for a very reasonable price. We booked a King bed with a garden view, but upon arrival got a little downgraded king-bed room. After showing at the reception what kind of room we booked, they had no problem changing it for us a few moments later.
Long story short, we got a very good deal, but also because the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
Also, we weren't charged anything extra upon arrival.
Like I said, best price for my needs. Have been using Super.com for over 6 months now.
I tried booking a hotel room in Vegas. It would let me checkout with a certain price, but then in the end say "Booking incomplete due to sold out room price". I have everything saved so the time during checkout is less than 2 minutes. I tried several times, which is my fault because I continued to have faith it would go through. However when I looked at my card I had 4 charges for those different amounts during checkout. I called and they informed me it is just a hold but it will be released in a few business days.

You will get hung out to dry by them eventually and it always comes when you most need it. They do nothing to help you and an Indian u can't understand is customer service.
