I was on a last minute trip to see family. I stopped at a Holiday Inn went online to search for deals. Found one for my date, tonight through google. At the bottom of list was Snaptravel for $28 cheaper than everyone else. I clicked, comfirmed my date and payment since it was a few minutes before i would check in i made sure to confirm everything. I payed, walked into the hotel. No Reservation! Snaptravel changed the date on my booking to the following week. It is 12am, i call Snaptravel, CSR says they cant do anything but escelate it to the dept who will call me asap and we can fix it. 15min later no call. I call back a guy says, im glad you came to me because i can help. He says he will escelate it and they will text me right away and ill receive a phone call. 10min later nothing. I call back the girl says she has a record showing i was texted and they tried to call and i need to confirm my phone number again.
She then says the hotel will be able to change my date no problem, which they cannot. Then she said i should hold tight in my car and her supervisor can contact me as soon as possible in 2 to 3 hours.
It is 1:30am. I finally found an available room at a Motel6.
It was either that or sleep in my car.
Nowhere on any information input into any website would i select a date for a week later.
I looked back on all my searches and every search has the same dates.
And i still have yet to receive any info from Snaptravel
I tried to call back and the operator says my call cannot be taken at this time.

Exceptions to this policy can only be made if the accommodation itself agrees to amend the reservation. Unfortunately, when our Support team reached out to the accommodation, they declined your request for a refund. We are truly sorry that we were unable to get them to accept making an exception this time.

Scammed out of $224.03, Oct 21,2022. Paid Snaptravel (now called Supertravel) via PayPal for a stay in Columbia,SC. Arrived at the hotel, but they never received money from Snaptravel and made me pay for hotel upon arrival. Been fighting for my refund ever since. The company's agents claim they cannot help me that "you've initiated the chargeback process, which means that you've disputed this claim with your bank or payment provider. We cannot access your account and any resolution must continue through your financial institution. As your bank has already withdrawn the funds from our account, we are not able to take any further action. Please get in touch with them for any updates on the status of your dispute."- agent's response. A copy paste blanket statement from Snaptravel basically saying haha we have your money and nothing you can do about it…
I keep getting the same response. When I ask for corporate address to write them formally the agent claims that is not within their ability to help. There is nothing they can do.
PayPal was my "bank". They have and will never initiate a reimbursement because Snaptravel never responds to PayPal. I've raised a case with PayPal at least 3 times and been denied each time. My bank statement reflects both charges BUT my initial payment was with PayPal to Snaptravel. My bank did no investigation since they saw different charges.
No one is helping me get proper justice!
So who has my refund and why can I not get my refund for not getting my services rendered? This is a SCAM and it seems as if I will never get proper service. Will keep publishing my complaint on every social media site allowable. This is wrong in every way! I HATE I fell for this and pray Snaptravel Supertravel whoever they change names into to avoid services…don't rob more hard working Americans for their gain!

I ended up on their site because it was the best deal I could get on a hotel for a weekend getaway. It was only $30 less and it was the biggest mistake booking through them. I thought I was getting a room on the top floor based on the fact I picked the room that stated balcony. When I spoke with the hotel they said that I actually had a bottom floor room and needed to contact super to change the room. When I did they said I couldn't and needed to cancel my booking and re-book. So I tried that and had them reimburse me through their points so I could use the money right away to re-book instead of waiting 3-5 days for reimbursement. This is where things started getting bad. I was told I could only use that money on their App, after downloading the App it sends a code to your phone before you can sign in. The code never sent. I contacted support and they told me to keep trying and/or redownload the App. I did this about 20 times before I gave up. Then I reached out to get a refund in full. They told me it would be 3-5 days and not to worry. I waited a little over a week and still no refund. So I reached out again and they said sorry it didn't process and now it would be 2-3 days. After 5 days I still didn't see my refund. So I processed a claim with PayPal. Well PayPal has also been no help at all and will not push the claim in my favor without an email from them about the refund. I asked them for this email and was told they don't do things that way. Then I asked again about the refund. First I was told that they have to reach out to the hotel which could take a while, and now I have been told they can say nothing to me because I made a claim so my account was shut off. It has been 36 days and still no refund...

I made 3 reservations for 3 days a piece through super.com, I thought the cheaper price was nice and it was a deal to book 3 days at a time so I booked it for the better deal, when we got to the hotel it was nice at first, due to the high demand of the area it was the only thing available I could find that was relatively less expensive. My husband was the one staying there, he noticed some chipring and there were crickets/bugs in my husband's hotel bathroom drain, due to his limited mobility he had a handicap accessible room. The hotel tried to move him but due to the unavailable of more handicap accessible rooms or first floor rooms he couldn't move up any flight of stairs. We told the hotel about this and they said they couldn't return our money because we booked through a 3rd party OTA(online travel agency) and to call them. I called them and they gave me the run around. Now I'm out almost $600.3 stays 1) 8/19-8/22 paid $184.96 2) 8/22-8/25 paid $ 184.95,3) 8/25-8/28 paid $195.93. When I contacted super.com through their chat app, they were very towards me, and told me I had to get my money back from the hotel, the hotel said they can't refund me because I didn't purchase through them, when I told super.com about it they brushed me off and told me that they can't refund me, I paid almost $600 for a hotel room that was disgusting and full of bugs. Not to mention the person whom helped me through chat was very rude and kayak should be ashamed of promoting them, been fighting for my money back for over a month. The hotel I booked through them was the only hotel available in the area so had no choice to use them.

B_*******. They don't actually get any hotel reservations, they only pretend too. Go ahead and try it, they'll charge your credit card and then they'll either cancel it before you show up at the hotel (and they'll blame the hotel), or they'll let you arrive at the hotel which of course will explain to you that there actually isn't any reservation. THEN they'll give you some money in "Credits" to use towards a future reservation. That's also a fraud. I fell for it and I booked another hotel after they cancelled my first hotel, using $20 bucks in "Credits"+ $406.65 in real money on my credit card. I got wise and called the 2nd hotel and guess what, they had no record of my reservation cause there WASN'T ANY RESERVATION. So I cancelled it on Snaptravel and I received an email stating my credit card would be refunded. But there was no refund. I complained to them via text chat, because of course they're ppl are located offshore so they'll steer you to the text chat, which must be cheaper than phone calls. Go ahead and call that number, and get a real person on the line, you'll know right away where they are, it's a big country in the south pacific and their English is a little different. They told me I couldn't get a refund because I used their credits when I booked the 2nd reservation. Problem is that NO hotel actually works with them. I called so many darn hotels in Orlando today and sure enough not one of them works with Snaptravel. They all have contracts with Expedia, Priceline etc etc. l but not with Snaptravel. Snaptravel credits are worthless, and designed only to be used as a reason to deny you a refund after you re-book a hotel. Genius huh? Eventually a federal prosecutor or a state DA will notice and they will be shut down.

When you cancelled your first reservation, booked on 01 Jul 2021, you had chosen the option to receive the refund in credits instead of cash, so that is why the refund was issued in this matter. Then, you have used those credits to make a second booking, the same day. When you, then, also cancelled that second reservation, the payment method, which was credits, were refunded back to your account. We understand that you might have intended to do otherwise.
We have now removed the credits and refunded via Paypal.

They have the worst customer support. If you have a problem, on SITE (hotel) you can get a lot of problems
Becasue customer support are slow and they never answer the phone or dont understand you. They even JOKE WITH YOU and they say is nothing they can do. FEW monhts ago I HAVE A PROBLEMS in hone HOTEL and they just put me to wait hours and hours. After 5 hours i was able to check in in the hotel and they giveme a 80$ usd credit to use in their site but guess what? I am not able to use those CREDITS months after that i stil cannot use a single penny for that credit and when i call to customer support they say is nothing they can do bcz those credit are only accepted in certain hotels WORLDWIDE but they dont know wich hotels are that... that i need to test it all? Wtf NEVER NEVER TRUSTHEM

Paid for a room through them but when I got to the hotel I was not in their system having a reservation and they were all booked out and so when I went through customer to get a refund they said I needed tosend them an invoice from the hotel but of course I never got one cause I was never in their system but I sent a statement from my PayPal showing I did pay them for the room hoping that woukd be good enough but then I received an email saying my ticket had been resolved and closed but they never gave me answer or refunded me, basically just trying to get rid of me. I started a 2nd ticket with customer support and explained what just happened and this time wanted a written letter from the hotel which by this time it's the next day and whatever clerk was there late at night when I got there wouldn't be there and the hotel itself had no documentation I was even there since I was never in there system and plus to spend my while Dat traveling back to this hotel was just ridiculous and 9nce I explained this my ticket was again magically closed and resolved and they obviously have no intent on refunding me for their mistake or even telling me directly instead they send an email saying it's closed and resolved with no closure and your left wondering what the heck is happening. Ill never use them again and they still owe me my refund
