Snaptravel is fraud company. They don't have contact with hotel
They take the money at the same day you book. For me it was 1700 Cad for 2 rooms for 3 days.

The hotel has been fully booked for about 2 months now, so it is impossible that your reservation went through if the booking was done on July 6th. As per your comment that Snap travel would have contacted us, it is not true. We have not received any phone call or any email from that company. We have never heard of them, and none of our previous clients have ever used this company to book rooms with us.
We would recommend that Snap travel refunds your reservations since they are nowhere to be found in your systems and since we have no way of contacting them.
Please let us know if we can help you get refunded in any way.

SNAPTRAVEL vous propose des tarifs très attractifs pour la location de certains hôtels. Cependant, alors qu'ils mentionnent des prix TAX et FRAIS inclus, vous vous apercevez ensuite que les TAXES (en plus des taxes de séjour) ne sont pas incluses. Pour exemple, à Amsterdam, outre 3€ de TS par jour et par personne, il existe une taxe municipale de 7% qui n'est pas non plus incluse! Les tarifs sont, comme par hasard, beaucoup moins attractifs!
SNAPTRAVEL write "Tax and fees included" though your are charged on your arrival for taxes on your arrival! That's called HIDDEN costs! Be careful!

We display the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.

We found the best deal on a room at our favorite hotel with Super.com! We were so thankful :)

The business I booked through is Super.com. I have personally never heard about it before, but they had an offer for a hotel room that was in my budget. I am student and therefore I don't wanna pay to much for a hotel room. I want to spend my money on food, activities, and things to do in the city.
When I came to the Hotel, I was shocked because it wasn't a hotel, it was a hostel. That was the first red flag. I had to check-in online by myself and when I saw the room, I was furious. On Super.com, on their website they stated "shared bathroom" on some of the rooms. However, "classic room" didn't have anything saying that I had to share a bathroom with someone else. Futhermore, on the website on "classic room" they showed pictures of a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Therefore, I thought "classic room" included a private bathroom.
The customer service sucked. They did not help me with what I needed nor did they care. They just asked "is there anything I can help you with" instead of helping me with the issue. Asked for compensation for a room with a private bathroom since that is what I payed for, but they didn't want to do anything. In addition, the guy said that Super.com would not refund my money because the offer was refundable three days upon my arrival. All they said was that they couldn't do anything and that I shouldn't have trusted their pictures on their website and be so blunt. However, what the person said wasn't true. When I booked the room I didn't have the possibility to choose "amenities" as the person I talked to said I should've done.Therefore, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Super.com isn't as super as they say.

Reservations are made based on your search criteria. If the dates or the room type you selected are sold out, we let you know and show the next available dates, so you must double-check your booking details before you complete your reservation. This includes checking the dates, location, price, room type, etc. It's also a good idea to review our cancellation policy so that you know what to expect if you need to change or cancel your reservation. In this case we do see that the room type booked was Annex 2 which is actually an option without attached bath.
The only exception that would allow us to issue a refund or compensation would be with hotel approval. Once you have received approval, please initiate a cancellation, by visiting: go.super.com/amend and following the prompts.
We hope we have clarified your doubts and concerns.
Snaptravel and its offshoot, reservationstays.com are scams. Four months ago, I clicked on an online ad made to look like the legit hotel company's ad. After making a phone reservation with someone who struggled to understand me and asked MANY times for me to repeat my information, I had a bad feeling and decided to cancel. When I called back (within the hour), I was told the reservation was non-refundable and they hung up on me. To clarify, the woman who too, my first reservation NEVER told me the reservation was non-refundable. I called back twice, no answer. Third time, was again told there was nothing they could do to help me. I told them I was reporting this as fraud to my credit card company. They hung up. I called my credit card company and was able to shut the card down before anything was charged. Fast forward to today, when I found a confirmation in my spam folder for the Snaptravel /reservationstays.com reservation. I called the hotel directly and they said I had a reservation through Booking.com that they could not cancel. Sooo... it looks to me like Snaptravel and reservationstays.com are taking info by phone and making reservations in the caller's name on legit sites like Booking.com. Since the caller doesn't know this, they are utterly stuck and forced to deal with Snaptravel/reservationstays.com. Fortunately, when I called the hotel directly and told the manager what had happened (and that my card had been canceled and there would be no reimbursement coming for the Booking.com reservation in my name), they overrode the "No cancelling third-party reservations" policy and cancelled my stay. Be careful out there. Caveat Emptor.

Now I'm aware that it states that all sales are non-refundable, nor can any cancellations/modifications be made. That particular detail hadn't been given to me until AFTER I booked and purchased the room. How the $#*! is something like that not a $#*!ing crime? So I make the purchase, walk my $#*! there, to be told that documented locals whom take to making a reservation through a 3rd party associated with Best Western, are not under any circumstances, allowed to stay at their $#*!ing hotel, absolutely NO exceptions. That $#*!ing detail hadnt been stated on their website either, nor was that brought to my attention until I arrived at the hotel. So last night after I freaked the $#*! out, they gave me a phone number to call for a supposed "refund", right? Assuring me that I'd receive the refund that same evening post phone call. Thar $#*!ing business isn't even open until standard business hours. So after I frantically messaged you, I called the company, whom will not to the refund at all, despite Admitting there was NO way of me knowing I wouldn't be able to stay there until AFTER the purchase was verified, then claimed to be "terribly sorry", only for me to $#*!ing snap dude. I'm sorry, but you call that self-induced drama? Perhaps it's drama, but how is one not expected to get angry to a homicidal degree in a situation such as this? Ray dude, I'm so sorry, and I know it seems like I'm using you. But I promise, I did EVERYTHING I could to not let this go to $#*!. And I'm just taking advantage of your offer, but please don't send me anymore money, despite me requesting it or not. The guilt is eating me alive, man. Can I do anything at all to at least work some of it off?
