I made duplicate booking on Super.com for the same day by mistake. I did not complete transaction for my first attempted booking, thinking I made a mistake in my biling address. When I tried to return to the earlier web page to correct the billing address, the site jumped to new booking page where I completed my booking, and received one text confirmation. But when I clicked on the link to check my booking, I found duplicate booking with 2 identical charges.
Finding a customer service phone number on the site was impossible. I Looked throught the site and found a section "duplicate booking" stating "we understnad non-refundable bookings can be tricky. If that's the case, reach out to us, and we'll wok our magic to contact the hotel … see if they can authorize a refund. Please note that the hotel has the final say on granting the refund. "
However, no where in the site provide a phone number. Then I found the chat service and texted with Vince, who asked for my email and the booking number, then texted me that there is nothing he can do. Vince did not "work: his "magic". When I tried to initiate another chat service, the chat site blocked further chat.
I contacted Mariott to explain the situation, to see if Mariott can grant the refund. Per Mariott, since I booked with 3rd party who collected my payment, Mariott has no authority to grant the refund. I believe Mariott is right.
In my previous booking experience with Priceline, Expedia, Hotel.com etc, all the booking mistakes are handled directly by these 3rd party services wtihout difficulty. The way Super operates is fraudulent in my opinion.
This my first try with Super, and will be my last.

Super.com provides amazing deals that you usually won’t find online. However, we understand in this case you might have found a lower rate as the check-in was within the next 48h/24h, and sometimes hotels lower the rate even more to avoid a large number of empty rooms.

READ THIS before you consider using Snaptravel -NEVER AGAIN
I made 3 bookings in March all for July x 2 rooms, November and December.
All bookings were Radisson Blu Leeds, search for on trivigo and booked with Snap Travel.
The confirmation was all correct when it arrived in my inbox. However i then got conformation from a company called Agoda with the same bookings with the wrong hotel booked.
I spent time and effort contacting both Snap travel and Agoda ensuring my bookings were all ok. After several emails being ignored i eventually received confirmation form Snaptravel with all the bookings for Raddison Blu.
On arrving at the Raddison Blu on 25th July with my parents ( it was a treat for them from us) i was told by reception that they did not have any rooms booked, i showed them the bookings and they were puzzled and said nothing had been booked. I was stood in reception for 45 minutes with a huge que behind me.
I ended up paying for 2 rooms again at £89 per room. I asked about my other bookings - they were not on the system either. Snaptravel had taken my money and not booked the rooms.
Once home i emailed both companies and gave them a week to refund/ sort the other bookings out.
For a full week i have been emailing both companies, the companies both blame each other and wont refund or take responsibility.
I would go as far as calling these companies thieves as they had my money, booked the wrong hotel and left me out of pocket.
To date this is not resolved.
I would not want anyone else to have this awful stressful experience when trying to book a hotel room to go away.
Stay clear of both companies - i feel they are both a SCAM.

DO NOT BUY FROM SNAPTRAVEL. ABSOLUTELY AVOID! They scam and con people and are the absolute worst to deal with. My sister and I paid more money on Snaptravel to stay on the apartment side of a hotel in Dubai (there were two options available on their website - the hotel and the apartment) we chose the apartment and paid more money for two apartments. Our confirmation email and final booking all stated the hotel apartments. We arrive to our hotel apartment that we booked and they say you've been booked in to the other side hotel not this apartment. We had to stay a night in the wrong booking because everything was shut when we arrived. We spent the WHOLE NEXT DAY literally wasting our international minutes calling Snaptravel and they ARE A NIGHTMARE. I was hung up on twice. When they do respond it's all scripted and robotic (as are their WhatsApp messages). Many times they said they would have a solution and call us back in 15-30 mins and they never did. We spent the whole day not enjoying our holiday, completely stressed out, calling them constantly just to hear the same response "this has been escalated and we're waiting for an update". They even lied to us several times saying we spoke to your hotel and they're closed when we were with them and they were open and the hotel said multiple times that they never heard anything from them. They scammed us of our money, claiming the apartment we want is under the same hotel but decides to charge us more money, write apartment on all our confirmations, but places us in the cheaper option. UNBELIEVABLY MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING. The last 24 hours has been a NIGHTMARE. I'm at my breaking point. A whole day wasted and no support from them. We still haven't heard an update and they took our money. They even sent us a text saying we're cancelling your booking basically leaving us homeless in Dubai. My biggest regret is booking with them. I WONT STOP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. WE DESERVE A REFUND AND THE APARTMENT WE PAID FOR.
