On 5/12/23, I booked 2 nights (June 9-June 11,2023) hotel at Canopy By Hilton
Charlotte Southpark via Super Travel (booking B_*******) and prepaid the full amount
Of $406.92. My mother had a stroke on 6/7/23 and I traveled from NC to MD to be with
Her. On 6/8/23 I contacted Super Travel and requested to cancel and be refunded. On
6/8/23 I also called the hotel directly and explained my situation and requested a
Refund. The hotel was very accommodating and said I could absolutely cancel my
Reservation. They also told me that SuperTravel was difficult to work with and if they
Denied my request for a refund to tell them verbatim: "I understand your following your
Policy but may I please speak to your supervisor. Please send me an email notification
Confirming a full refund and any penalty will be waived. If they say hotel won't cancel

Ticket for booking B_*******. Unfortunately our travel partners denied confirmation

Numerous times requesting a refund and they have refused.
