They give you low prices by putting a very very small fine print that they don't cover any other fees other than the room. You have to pay the hotel for other fees. Never had this problems with other platforms. Stay away no matter how cheap they state. There's always hidden fees somewhere

I will never book with Super.com again. I booked a hotel room for two nights at Extended Stay. There was not an option to book a refundable room, so I went ahead as I was in need of this hotel room True to their word, and unreasonable at the same time, they would not change the dates of my reservation or cancel it. A waste of time contacting them.

I was a bit worried as I'd read some poor reviews but our booking was there, check in was fine and the price was a quarter of what we would have otherwise paid.
We used Trivago and Super.com was the best prices so we booked 2 hotels instead of just one for our trip.

Booked online and received confirmation etc. Went to the hotel and when I got there they told me they did not have a reservation for me. Showed them all of my documentation and they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Reached out to super.com and their customer service is very difficult. I could only chat with someone. It took him forever to respond and I did not get resolution. He stated I needed to go to the hotel and get documentation that they would not honor my booking. I paid with PayPal and I am hoping to get resolution through them.

Via Kayak I was able to find a couple of great deals on your website. I then contacted the hotels and confirmed the reservations.
Their website was very easy to navigate. I found some deals that were fairly good. But when a better deal came along they actually text me to let me know and that's what I ended up booking. I was so incredibly happy because it saved me $110. That was an amazing deal thank you Super.com.
I used Super.com to book a room. Everything went as plan. The only thing that I didn't like is that once you've paid, the amount is not shown on the voucher.

They let you almost complete the booking and then tell you the rate is sold out when they've supposed to have "held" it for 30 minutes (timer in the top right corner). When you put in your credit card info and click book, it says "oh sorry, the rate is sold out but here's other deals on the hotel" which are more than what other sites charge. Total scam.

Super.com charged a competitively discounted rate for the hotel room. Booking and check in was completed without incident. When we checked out, however, Super.com had only transferred a portion of the amount they collected from us at time of booking. When I pursued the matter, the customer represented dismissed my complaint saying Super.com charges the booking customer a small fee to operate their business. That small fee was $179 for a $1048.00 booking. Nowhere in the Super.com booking screen is that fee structure disclosed, and we contend a hidden 18% fee is usurious.
