Taking a bucket list vacation. Amtrak rides through the mountains to Winter Park Mountain Resort. Planned it bought my hotel months before the trip. Unfortunately there was a major accident on the Amtrak line that took me to my hotel which the hotel was very aware of. And they had no problem not charging me and holding me to that because of what happened what they did say was we haven't received any money from super.com yet so you're going to have to go ahead and get your money back from them. So I contacted super.com. They stated they would contact the hotel to see if they would prove it. Well first off the hotel never received any money from super.com so they weren't holding any money. And as of days after my reservation was over the hotel still has not received any money. They never said they wouldn't return my money or to even talk to super.com. But super.com sent me that letter saying that the hotel refused even though I went through and jumped through the hoop to get them the information that they needed to give me my money back. They said it would take up to 14 days they contacted me an hours they never contacted super.com. super.com out and out lied they didn't give the hotel any money they won't give me my money back. So then I did some research on them as it turns out a lot of people show up at their hotels where there's No Reservations have to pay out of their pockets if there are any rooms even available. And then when they contact super.scam they don't get their money back. They are nothing but liars and scammers and I would never ever use them and they're not even belong to the Better Business Bureau. So I will be attaching pictures. I have been spending so much time trying to get my money back from these scumbags that I have my confirmation number memorized.

I booked a reservation for a hotel after my house caught fire and a second reservation was accidentally made. I contacted SuperTravel and a customer service rep told me my funds would be reissued in 2-3 business days. That did not occur. I called them back multiple times and finally got them to escalate the call to a manager, Mark Louie. He called me back and the phone rang 3 times and disconnected - I did not have time to catch the call before he hung up. He then responded via email (despite my request for a phone call) stating the reservation was non refundable and I needed a letter with signatures from the hotel owner and others stating they could refund me. I responded via email that they need to check my call where the customer service rep said I would be refunded. I emailed them 2-3 times with no response. I called back multiple times and Mark Louie called me back, only repeating it was non refundable and then the phone disconnected mid conversation. I tried calling back repeatedly but never heard from him again. I finally got the information of a new Supervisor, Annie, who was sympathetic to my situation and agreed they should honor what I was told originally and that she would negotiate a deal. I then received an Email from her stating I would not be refunded without that letter. My father passed away a month after the fire and I do not have time to jump through hoops, especially after I was told by the company I would receive my refund. A legitimate, reputable company would stay true to their word and not fight someone in their time of need. They are not a honorable and trustworthy business and I can only feel as though I've been scammed. And if you have to contact them after your reservation has been made, good luck getting through to them, especially if you need to speak to a manager. Beware doing business with SuperTravel

Avoid at all costs. Cheap prices but rooms are not guaranteed. You run the risk of not being able to check in at the property. Not worth the hassle.

We had a reservation done on a 3rd party travel site. The reservation was canceled by Motel 6 because my friend and his wife were put on a 60-day Do Not Rent list. I wasn't aware of it, and they said that they weren't either. The reservation was accepted by Super.com but was canceled by Motel 6. We were supposed to check in on July 1st, 2023, and then check out on July 6th, 2023. Super.com escalations told me that we aren't going to get our money back because they are a 3rd party booking company and that refunds are 100% nonrefundable. How are these ethical business practices? That's basically legalizing stealing from hard-working people. Plus, after looking at their terms and conditions they say we agree to waive our rights to a specific arbitrator court system. We couldn't use the reservation and I work payday to payday to try to support myself and survive. The total cost of the reservation is $650 dollars. I had sent 400 to help pay for the room, for me that's a lot of money and to some people that's a little. I am living Bi-weekly paycheck to paycheck. But I live in Colorado and the cost of living in this state is outrageous. Don't forget about the working class who are trying to survive.
Tip for consumers:
They don't issue refunds when things go wrong. I think that is wrong and consider it to be stealing because we couldn't use the reservation at the Hotel.

I booked a stay with this service and it was one of the worst decisions I have made when booking hotels. Please avoid this at all cost. If you don't want to read it all, just know this company is extremely unethical, unprofessional and I would avoid them. Here's the story. Showed up to the hotel at 1:30am after a long day of travel, and the front desk stated they could not locate my booking. Called SuperTravel customer service. Left on hold for quite some time and then finally patched through to a representative. Said they will escalate to "Urgent Care team" and that they will call back in 20mins. Fast forward an hour and 30mins, it's now around 3:30am and finally get a response. The company states they could not get a hold of the front desk. This is a blatant lie as I was next to the front desk the entire time and not once did they call. They are not able to resolve the issue and offer to cancel my stay. I'm forced to rebook at a different hotel as the one I originally booked is sold out (at a much higher price). I emailed my original hotels customer service to investigate and it turns out SuperTravel had cancel the reservation 40mins after I had booked. Completely fraudulent. Please, please avoid this company. Extremely unethical. And if they had canceled my reservation after 40mins of me booking, the least the company could have done is informed me. Yet instead I waste 2 hours at 3am and already tired from travel. Avoid this company like the plague. I will warn everyone I know about them.
