They give you low prices by putting a very very small fine print that they don't cover any other fees other than the room. You have to pay the hotel for other fees. Never had this problems with other platforms. Stay away no matter how cheap they state. There's always hidden fees somewhere
Found super.com through kayak.com. They had the best prices out of all the sites by far! When there was a price drop, I was notified and it was easy to cancel my reservation and rebook it at the lower rate. Our hotel stay was exactly as we booked and a great hotel and deal. Beds were comfortable, we slept amazing! Will definitely use your site again and recommend!
I have used Marks services on 2 occasions first one he saved me from buying a problem.
He is thorough in his inspection and gives great customer service would not hesitate in using super inspect again
I usually do not use third party dealers for travel (flights/hotels) because I would rather deal directly with the airlines and hotels.
However, Super.com rates are so phenomenally low I can't resist! Quick, easy and specials on top of specials. I get 3-4 star hotels (big reputable chains) for Pennies on the dollar.

I'm extremely disappointed with Super.com's service due to a duplicate order that resulted in my payment being processed twice on their platform. When I contacted Super.com to request a refund for the double charge, I encountered a frustrating and convoluted process. First, when I requested a refund, they asked for documentation, such as an email from the hotel authorizing the refund. After obtaining this, they changed their requirements and asked for a "notarized" or "certified" document from the hotel. However, the hotel told me that they could only provide this to the third party who made the booking. Although the hotel approved the refund for the duplicate order, Super.com refused to contact the hotel directly to obtain this information, leaving me stuck in a bureaucratic loop and paying twice for one room. Due to their lack of transparency in the refund process, I would not recommend this service at all.

If I could give this company no stars and have my complaint heard I would so first off I paid over $100 for this property on this site I get there it's 64 to book it I walk into my room immediately I smell mold I look up there's a hole in the ceiling the floor is not even nailed down correctly there's holes in it there was a disgusting freaking sandwich in the fridge empty Fireball containers in the dresser the lamp is broken they didn't even give me a clean blanket and I couldn't even take a shower because they refuse to give me towels and literally the toilet wasn't even screwed down correctly I couldn't get any sleep because there's literally junkies outside making drug deals all night and upon bringing it to super.com's attention no one was willing to help me because I am unwilling to go talk to the property they're refused to change my room...kudos.to a $#*!ty customer experience Thanks super for exposing me to mold

The room I had a problem with! The tub leaked, from the wall! Taking a shower or bath was a task, there was water all over the floor, all of the towels had to be used to line the floor! I let the front desk know, they said they'd send maintenance when we left to go to the funeral we were there for. Also, they offered another room, but we were leaving the next morning. I had a too much stuff to move and I didn't go there to work! I had a long drive back home. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the service was great!
Booked our room for a ridiculously low price. Upon arrival, just provided my ID to the hotel and was told yhe reservation was all taken care of. Did not need to present credit card even. Only ID. Would definitely use Super again!
We trusted Super to get us a hotel room. We paid and then traveled to our hotel only to find out we didnt have a room. They even sent us a confirmation for a room we evidently never had. When contacted them they still didnt get us a room. We had to find one ourselves at the last minute and ended up paying a lot more. Please dont use this company. So rewards are real but I've had almost $200 worth of rewards not hit my account. I did Doordash offer for $50 and no rewards was ever awarded to my account. Also half of the paid reward offers for games don't work. They are poorly integrated with Adgate media. You wont have much luck submitting claims with Adgate media, you will receive an automated email asking for proof over and over again (screenshots) even after you do it the first time. Super updates the site/app frequently and as a result you can no longer track reward progress and also you no longer have the ability to see the games/rewards you are participating in. To resume why would you want to participate in a rewards program that cheats you out of the rewards you earn? Try Freecash instead. Also I'm giving Adgate Media 2 stars for the poor support experience.

We were looking for a site through which we could book accommodations in Las Vegas. Super.com was the best value but, more importantly to us is that the site was easy to use and check in at the resort was smooth as glass. Using this site again!
My experience with super.com was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation and even accommodated a change in the date, which I promptly communicated to the hotel. Despite providing all requested documentation, including a PDF document with the hotel manager's signature and detailed information, they claimed the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation. This assertion was false, as I was present when the cancellation was made without any penalty. It's disheartening to encounter such dishonesty and lack of support. It's evident they only pretend to offer assistance while offering zero actual support. My booking number is B_*******, and based on this experience, I will not be returning to this company and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

I made a reservation and with 3 days to go before arriving at the hotel, I called directly to confirm the reservation and they informed me that there was no reservation. I contacted Super.com to get a reservation number that they could validate at the hotel, not only did they not provide it, but they did everything they could to delay the process making me lose a lot of time. Finally, with 10 minutes to the limit, I managed to cancel the reservation and make it directly with the hotel with a strong surcharge. It is true that with the cancellation I was refunded the amount in 12 hours.

I was hesitant to book through super given some negative feedback in a reddit thread, but looking into the company and checking out their about us page gave me confidence the company was legitimate. Booked online and checked in to my room no worries. Saved me a ton, around 65% of the standard rate.
I purchased accommodation in Adelaide which was advertised on Super.com in Australian currency, but Super.com charged the advertised amount plus $25.22 EXTRA as transaction fees. When I called Super.com to try to get the charges refunded they said it was because the company is based in the US. However that has nothing to do with me. The cost of accommodation was advertised in Australian Dollars for accommodation in Australia and I paid with an Australian credit card. No where in the purchase terms was there a clause which mentioned additional costs for currency conversion! Their advertising is deceptive and their service is non existent. BUYER BEWARE! I will definitely never use them again and will be reporting them to the Australian Consumer affairs/Police for fraudulent dealings.

Very reasonable pricing, the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating. I was nervous because of first time being in this area and traveling alone however the room was quiet and clean and comfortable bed and I felt very safe.
Made reservation for HOMEWOOD suites on 01/07 online. Arrived at hotel 01/13 for check in and hotel said per screen reservation made but not paid. Had to pay at hotel a second time. Called customer support and their solution was to send them the bill from hotel and they would refund me later.
