They give you low prices by putting a very very small fine print that they don't cover any other fees other than the room. You have to pay the hotel for other fees. Never had this problems with other platforms. Stay away no matter how cheap they state. There's always hidden fees somewhere
I just BOOKED a hotel with a website I never used heard of and it was so easy.so smooth…. Didn't have to do anything twice… with that extra energy here I am writing a review! Not to mention they also had the best deal...

Used this company to book a room at a hotel for a personal trip. Not the best rate but good. Requested a first floor room. Arrived at the hotel to check in and was told that they had my reservation but did not have any rooms available. Had to find my own accommodations at the last minute. Called to complain and got nothing. Had to dispute their no refund charges with PayPal. This company is not to be trusted and might be a scam. Don't say you weren't warned.

I was a bit skeptical about this website by looking it up online and too good to be true prices but I took the risk and I did it. Let me say nothing was skeptical about it!
I got a hotel room and when I showed up they had me in their system I had no problems with anything from start to end. The room i got was a really good price and a really great room better than expected! I would highly recommend this website to anybody Looking into hotel rooms. A+ will be using again in the future for any other hotel rooms I need thanks super.com!
I was charged by both the hotel and Super. I have submitted a ticket via Super.com and provided the receipts and proof I was double charged. I was told this would be resolved in 72 hours and after two weeks they have still not resolved the issue.
Sae your money and book direct with the hotel! Lesson learned!

I didn't mind giving a tip but was a little bit taken aback by the time I thought £1 is ok for a tip it was too late. It would be quite appealing to give a tip if you change the statement to something like (would you be willing to give a £1 tip or please kindly leave a tip if you may. Thanks)
The stay here has been nice. Friendly, Helpful staff, quiet, and no loud dumdass people partying and no crackheads running around the motel.
Location, price, and cleanliness
Scammers. Good reviews were written on their order. They simply steal your money, send you a fake reservation that no one at the hotel sees, and respond with stock phrases. They will make you wait at the counter for many hours, you may spend the night in the car and you will end up having to pay the hotel directly again. They need to be sued!

I booked a hotel on Super.com and even purchased the insurance. After looking at multiple reviews of the hotel I booked, I decided it wasn't quite the hotel for me. I went on to Super.com and tried to cancel and receive a refund on my reservation due to a "change in the organisers schedule." In other words, I (the organiser) decided I don't want to stay at this hotel based on online reviews. My request was denied and their reasons for a "valid" reason to cancel are absolutely ludicrous. How in the world does one provide a change in schedule with some sort of "proof?" It's similar to requesting to cancel because I know I'll have COVID prior to my hotel stay. I also called their phone at *******577 only to be transferred to someone who could not help me, and who had clearly heard of similar frustrations before.
This company is a scam, and regardless if you got a great deal on a room, there is something to be said about customer service, of which this company is lacking.

This site is very easy to navigate and found me the best deals when I was trying to book a hotel. It was a very quick process, and got me a price way lower than other sites. I had no problems booking it or checking in. I would definitely use this site again for future bookings!

It was the easiest checking I've had when using a travel app & an excellent hotel! Not a cheap roach motel filled w drug afdicts. I asked for late check out they said no problem & free of charge. Unlike thoe crappy hotels that want to charge you $25 for late check out. I'll definitely use this app in the future
Hotel staff totally amazing! Facility pretty but no microwave or fridge in room. No hot water for two days🥶. Should not have to walk around block to get it it you are not using parking lot. No signs showing it's Hampton inn from highway😩
The staff is very friendly. The room and common areas are very clean. The breakfast was amazing! The cute little waffles are fun! I was most impressed that the eggs were not rubbery like most buffet style places.
I have booked with Super app for a night stay. When reach there, hotel say there is no name being booked under. Tried to contact Super agents, issue escalated to amendment team and gone silent. Still trying to chase for refund. My holiday is spoiled.

I only rated it 1 because you can't rate it zero. The customer service is completely fraudulent and they do not stand up to their policies on their website. I will NEVER use this again. An emergency arose for our travel one day before we were supposed to go. We called the hotel who stated that since we booked through a 3rd party they cannot move the dates but if we got the 3rd party to send a waiver email, they would be happy to help us. After trying to call super.com for over 30 times, finally got through and they refuse to send the email. No cost to them to do so, but they won't do it even though they have a policy for emergencies on their website. Fraudulent service. I will be disputing my credit card charge.

The same room was offered at two different prices. For $1 more I could book a fully refundable room. I had to cancel my reservation. It stated that my reservation was not refundable. There is no link to connect to someone to help with the cancelation. Their automated phone line puts you in a never-ending loop. Poorly managed company. Avoid using them!

Very easy to book and the price offered for 10 day stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa was 16% cheaper than other online booking sites for like for like stay.
I booked a hotel thru Super.com, hotel ended up being terrible (dirty sheets, PINE NEEDLES in the beds, foot prints on the sheets) and the shower rod ended up falling OUT of the wall injuring my daughter. Hotel refunded super.com, however, Super.com will not refund me stating "their partners denied the request". I have proof that the hotel refunded Super.com. Nothing but scam artists and thiefs.

250 dollars fee for finding a hotel is just madness. I initially thought maybe I booked the hotel room for 3 days and not 2. Then upon checking I realized their service fee cost is as much as the hotel room. Non refundable so I have to live with it but I'll never book through these people again.
