Your store is just what I've been looking for! I lived in the Chicago area for a major part of my life, but we are now living in a rural area of Texas for the last eleven years. In all that time, I've been looking for an Italian Specialty store in this area, but none were found. Are there no Italians in Texas? It's so frustrating to buy expensive yet disappointing gluten free items. Supermarket Italy is my go to for my favorite flour, one you can't find in grocery stores. The large size Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) is a must for this Asian food lover.
