I think it was super easy signing up my pet the prices and packages were kinda confusing but I reached out to support and received help. Now I'm just waiting on my pets vest which I have reached out to support with also.

I am moving and don't want to have extra fees for my dog. I applied and paid the small fee and it was done instantly. I only had to wait on emails to come through. So easy!

This is my third year with support pets and the process is affordable and convenient. The $100 is way cheaper than the monthly pet rent I would have had every month for a full year! Highly recommend!

My landlord set a notification for new pet deposit of $250 per pet. With support pets I have my best friend registered as an ESA. And I don't have to worry about a deposit or being evicted.

The site was very user friendly. Easy to understand. Prompt communication and checked to be sure I had received all of the paperwork. They even helped me to purchase the bundle package. I highly recommend this company!
Extremely frustrating since support won't respond to my emails regarding incorrect information on the ESA documents. I have contacted them 3 times and emailed once, yet no action has been taken. It was nice to be able to be verified for an ESA so quickly, but for the amount I paid, I expected the information to be correct the first time like I had put in when completing the order.
