Quick responses from support, however, I selected no for the gear package and was still charged $87 for it despite opting out. I do not appreciate that there is no clear total upon check out.

The sign up process was quick and easy but I did have to order everything separately which causes some confusion when I am getting offers for things I bought already

My sister recommended this to me and I thought it would be a great thing although I'm very confused because if I paid almost $200 to basically just have printed documents that seems a little rough

It was quick and easy but a bunch of charges for getting a vest and an id card is a bit much for me being that I'm on a fix income and your price is already $107. I appreciate the fact I'm able to keep my fur baby next to me to keep me calm but again being on a fixed income makes it hard to purchase everything else.
I was very concerned about getting my dog an ESA Certificate but the site and follow up were very thorough and efficient. Definitely took the stress out of this pricess
