It was super fast and super easy I am very happy with the results but I'm still waiting on his Esa harness that I have not received yet and I did pay for but other than that it was an amazing experience.

I was offered a promotion and did not receive it once I chose the state I reside in. $99 became $134. The initial email mentioned the tag and a couple of other things that were suppose to be part of the package but during the process I was asked to purchase those items separately. I received an email later for a free tag but my understanding was it was part of my initial package I ordered. I paid $134 for letters.

I have a fur baby that I would like to take with me everywhere. With Support pets I was able to get her registered as a ESA by answering a few quick question. My dog is now able to travel anywhere I go no questions asked. I am moving into a apartment that requires pet rent. Once I submitted the proper paperwork that Support Pets supplies signed by a real medical Dr. The pet rent was waved immediately. I would recommend to anyone who can't stand to be without your little fur friends companionship, get your babies, signed up as a ESA with support pets the cost Is nominal and is worth every dime. The yearly renewal is also worth it to keep our friends with us. I have a 3.3 lb Biewer Terrier named Kitty.

Very easy process, glad I can have my dog most places. I'm living hotel to hotel right now and because of you I can have him with me and not the ungodly charges.
The transaction was simple and the Dr's understand my need for my Oakley to be with me. I like taking him places and it makes me happy. Now I can do that legally.

It was a very quick simple process and even tho the hotel I am at still charges I am very happy to have this service. My dog and cat are a huge part of my therapy

I didnt realize I was ordering all the extra stuff. It's hard for me to pay because I'm on a fixed income. So I've spent 87.00 more than I can afford.
I payed 107.99 for ESA and 87.oo for leash and vest I didn't want or need. I thought since this was a renewal the price was only 87.00 instead of 107.99. Not very clear what you are doing.

I was diagnosed a few years ago with a heart issue. I wrote a life best for 4 months, could only take it off 10 mins a day to take a shower, and couldn't shower alone. That's where my anxiety started. But having dogs, they have helped so much with my anxiety and my sleep. My every day life has improved tenfold as well.

It's expensive, I would've gone somewhere else but I was able to get a refund to match the competitors pricing. Also, the letter didn't stay that was under their care, which is necessary. Gave it a 4 bc the customer service, but I wish I didn't have to use it
