You can get paid on this site. The problem is all the surveys you take that somehow at the end freeze and you get nothing cause there is no other option to move forward. Very frustrating and when it happens multiple times during a session, makes it not worth it. I tried, I gave up. Not worth the stress

I have requested to redeem my earnings three times. Each time, Surveyjunkie says that an email was sent to me and when it arrives, enter the verification code. They never sent the email. I think it is about time we get the Federal Government in to challenge their authenticity.

Just like everyone else stated it was good at first but if your making too much its like they ban your account... contacted customer support they verified my identity and still my acct is locked... tried to redeem what i made and they wont let me

I did nothing wrong and they blocked my profile from doing anything anymore. When I try to login all it says is "blocked for security reasons" WHAT SECURITY REASONS!? I was just doing surveys. I guess where I went wrong was contacting their customer service about a problem I was having huh? My bad. Someone should really contact somebody who can take this website down. We all know it's a scam at this point. How long are they going to get away with this?

I completed, took longer than stated and after completion, they refused the points i was to receive. Then stated they already gave them to me, yet my total points, never raised, it stayed the same amount. This is fraud. Stay the hell away!

Every other survey you complete gets stolen from you. You get disqualified for untruthful answers, survey filled up or survey was rejected when it kicks back to Survey Junkie even though you completed the survey, it shows 100% and you see "thank you for completing the survey". You report it to survey Junkie and all they do is tell you some bull$#*! lie and give you 10 "bonus points" when they just stole 400 points from you. Nothing but piece of $#*! thieves.

I can't work a regular job cause I have seizures so this was awesome when I found it. I actually took my husband out and I'm making money for our vacation with the kids and grandbabies. I feel like I'm able to help in my own way. Thank you

I've been using Survey Junkie for a while now and always thought it was a decent survey site. Even though it takes a while to build up enough points to redeem, money is redeem instantly in paypal and I never had any issues with it. However, recently I've been hardly getting any surveys, and when I do, I'm either screened out immediately and receive no points (not even the 2-3 points you usually get after being screened out) or more often I get a message saying "WE'RE SORRY" with no further explanation. This used to happen very rarely but now almost every surveys gets the 'We're sorry' message and no points. It's become ridiculous and a waste of time. Don't bother.

I took the whole survey. Supposed to be 140 points. The survey asked a bunch of questions about wireless service plans and providers. I answered all the questions. When I finished tge survey, they say I don't qualify and give me 3 lousy points instead of 140. So, they stole my time by being sneaks and deceivers. Worthless thieves, in my opinion.

I spent a lot of time completing surveys which were necessary to reach the $5.00 minimum.
When I tried to receive payment, I was requested a camera photo along with my driver's license information. Really? I felt it was to discourage people from getting payment. My advice is not to waste your time.

Yes you will earn money for awhile, then when you build up a decent amount of money they will lock your account and refuse to pay you. I got an email that I violated their terms, I didn't do anything wrong and they refuse to tell me what the accusation against me is.

I've done lots of reviews. I built up to $21 and decided to redeem. I was told I needed to contact customer support. Upon doing so it says to fill out on online form and I will receive a call back in 5-7 days. The call never comes. I fill out the form again... still no call. It says due to high call volume it will take 5-7 business days. Still no call. Try again and now says I'm blocked-I can't even sign into my account.

I filled all surveys and when it was time to redeem, you must give a U.S. phone number. This Paypal account redeem possibility is a scam. Don't lose your time on this. They make things impossible to redeem for Foreign countries out of US. SCAM

Don't take surveys for them they will never pay you but they will take all your answers. Support is trash and they really don't care about you. Worst survey company ever! Such garbage they are holding my money hostage, bad business practices.

The first 5.00 was easy. That's all you'll get. From nor giving you the points, to ending surveys half way thru. If I wanted 2points (2cents) to do a survey. Then they sell your info. Total scam beware!

Save yourself the headaches, the high blood pressure and the ultimate disappointment that ensues with this survey site. All the other 1 star ratings are not wrong. Only the handful of positive reviews (from company employees) are as misleading as the site itself. There is nothing whatsoever to recommend with surveryjunkie...Sadly, the more you put in the less you get for it.

I saw there were a bunch of negative comments on here but I wanted to say that with persistence this survey site is great! I have cashed out about twice in the span of a week and have almost made $50. You just have to be persistent when you have the time. I love this site though!

This site is a rip off! Several times I have spent 15 to 20 minutes answering questions for 100+ point surveys only to get to the end and be told I don't qualify for the survey! I get a measly 3 points for my participation! What a bunch of BS!

Survey junkie is a scam. Surveys are almost nonexistent, and if you do find one you're able to take, they find every excuse under the sun not to give you the points you've earned. You can spend 30 minutes or more completing a survey, and instead of giving the points they promised, you only end up with two or three points. Survey junkie is a joke.

I've tried several survey sites in the past, and at first I thought this one was legit. But when I reached the $10 mark, I clicked on redeem, and it asked me to verify myself by putting in my address. I did so, but then it claimed that I already had another account with that address, which I didn't, so then I tried my in-laws address (I've never used their address for anything) and it said the same thing. The next day I tried again with my address, same thing. I tried contacting customer service, but they only operate Monday through Friday and all of this started Friday night, after their business hours. Now today, I've tried to log in, and they IP blocked me right as I logged in! Now when I try to go to the site, it goes straight to being blocked, even after I cleaned out my cookies and cache! This is ridiculous! I earned that $10 fairly, using honest info and everything!

This company screens you then lets you answer a survey and proceeds
To kick you out just before the end. Then pays you 2 cents for your time.
This happens to about 80% of the surveys I try.
I wish the attorney general's office would investigate them

I loved this site, was making about $10 a day. Had made ot to $30, tried to redeem them and I was informed that because I had multiple accounts, I wasn't allowed to redeem my points. But I've read they do this to a lot of people so dont waste your time!

Many times I took lengthy surveys, got to the end according to the progress bar, and either receive a message that the survey was full or got redirected back to the survey page and receive only 2 or 3 points when 100,70, etc. were promised at the beginning. Total waste of time!
