I DID finally receive full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since early OCtober 2019. Their customer service has been consistent, taking 48 hours to respond. I do hope they continue to provide surveys for me to complete. I will post a monthly update. Happy New Year!
Get ready for nothing but anti-conservative surveys that glorify liberals and spread false narratives in an effort to sway those who must be senile or brain dead. And good luck sending in pics of your driver's license or passport, along with a selfie, in order to get any type of compensation. You're lucky if you can make $10 a day while giving up your personal information nonstop.
I am not sure why this site still exists, they are deceptive and very rude. After a few time of cashing out, they will block you and tell you that you violate one of their term even though you did nothing wrong. Even if you ask them for what reason they will not tell you and just point to the many pages of their term and conditions. They do this to many people when they see you are making some money, what a thief, they want to steal your time without paying you.
I was lucky enough to get at least over $230.00 earned from these morons until recently I saw a new feature offering more that the usual 3 or 2 cents DQ factor on here and saw that surveys offer around 10 DQ points for something like a 150 point survey, but lo and behold I miss out on one and its either 0 or the same old 3 cents, I am about done with these so called sites that use disabled people like me.
It's already bad enough to answer 10-20 questions BEFORE the survey only to be told you don't qualify. Ok, I signed on for that. But the real slap in the face is when you endure all that and when its time to cash out, you can't get your money. I have received three bs emails about needing to be verified by phone and a good time for them to call. The call has yet to come. That was two weeks ago. If they weren't full of crap, the supposedly verification process would have been completed at the beginning. So sad these people are so unscrupulous. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
This is the worst site i ever $#*!ing used, not even exaggerating when i tell u it made me cry multiple times. Not only does verification take years even decades, when u finally get it u have to wait a $#*!ing week to get the money u worked HOURS for. Don't even attempt to do this if u have anxiety bc it will $#*! you over.
Their system worked well for a while, I would do surveys and redeem for gift cards without any problems. Now I tried to redeem for $25 and I get error messages that says they need to call me to "verify" something. Problem is that I got a new cell phone (and number) a few months ago and the old number is in their system. Obviously they can't reach me with the old number and I cannot change it in their system (says contact support to change phone number). I have made several requests for them to change my number to my permanent land line so they can call me but all I get is (automated) messages that say they need to call me. It's a vicious cycle! I have never been able to get a hold of a person to either change my number or verify me so I can get my money. I don't expect to ever see the $25 that I have earned. Looks like I am DONE with Survey Junkie. Good Riddance!
Survey Junkie is terrible. Low paying, waste of time and they want your information to sell. If you notice, if you ask google is survey junkie is legit, the first search result is a fake review stating survey junkie is great but there is no actual feedback from users. Now come to sitejabber where people can put up their honest opinion about a website or business etc, and take a look at the overall rating now. Do you see how bad this website called survey junkie really is? Some surveys also should be illegal because it asks you plenty of questions just to say after you already put in 10 minutes of your time, sorry this survey wasn't for you and instead of it paying you 80 to 120 points like it said they only pay you 2-3 points which translates as 2 - 3 cents. Cmon people we can do better and take these fools out
They tell you they will redeem your points for cash but that's only after you accept a call from a customer service representative. Large 1st set of redeemable points were held back to "speak" to a representative, but the next two minimum amounts were redeemed without question. Total bs. They lie to you
Tip for consumers:
It's a waste of time. My phone rings over and over with tons of offers, that don't even pertain to my situation. Don't bother.

Doing online surveys for points to earn cash.
I've made about $150 over the past year or so. The complaints of getting kicked out of surveys and not getting the point ARE legit. Despite all that I still took surveys. Recently they wanted me to send them a picture of either me or my ID. Take that $5 and shove it, you aren't getting a pic of my ID no matter how "safe" you say it is.
Tip for consumers:
Used to be better
They make you give them ID or your credit info to cash out. If you're canadian and don't have a drivers license they wont let you cash out. They don't accept anything other than a drivers license in Canada. But they don't tell you this till you go to redeem, so it was a total waste of time. They want your personal info just to send money to your paypal. Like, why? So stupid. Now they won't give me my money cause I don't drive or use credit cards (which I wouldn't trust them with my credit card anyways).
If I could give less than one star I would. Most of the surveys I tried to do were "not a match". When I tried to redeem points it wanted me to verify my identity and even though the information was all correct would not verify me. When I contacted customer support they said I needed to download a photo of the front and back of my photo ID? Nope.

Complete waste of time. Some surveys you will spend a good amount of time answering questions, just to find out you dont qualify. If youre lucky you might get 3 cents. A few surveys I found were fun.
I finally reached 1000 points and want to cash out. Nope. Now Im getting the runaround. All my surveys are now pending. They cant verify my acount. 5-7 business days blah, blah, blah. I am not holding my breath. Seems to me like this could be considered fraud/theft on 2 angles. 1 from everyone spending time taking these and 2 from the companies paying. Survey Junkie seems to be stealing from both. Class action in order? Possibly. They got one thing right... and that is including the word junk in their name. Dont waste your time with this company.
After accumulating points I was suddenly blocked from all surveys. I wrote then numerous times and was told that there were no surveys available. So I logged on with a bogus ID and there were at least 12 surveys available. Like I said, it's a giant scam and no one will help you with your problems.
For the most part I have made great money off the site. Sometimes the surveys will be long and not give you all the credit for doing it. Sometimes when the survey starts up it will send you back saying you were dishonest or you were clicking too fast when you had not even done the survey it was loading up. They need to remove that feature. There have been plenty of times that the has done that. Also, everyone does not read at the same speed. I am a speed reader. Other than that it has been a great program. Also if the survey has closed out then it needs to be take off. It should also not read that the survey is full if it let me in long enough to get half way through it. At least give half of the value and not 2 or 3 points.
Tip for consumers:
Read very carefully when taking the surveys there are places and there that test to see if you read it or not and if you are selecting what they ask.

Survey junkie initially gives you this illusion that you can earn quick money but in reality the more you earn they begin to lock you out entirely. Currently I'm literally 36 points away from 2000 and the site gives me this crap that no surveys are available and I would have to contact support to redeem my points. Send them a message last saturday weekend or not it's been two days and I'm already frustrated. It seems this has happened to numerous people who have never gotten actual replies. Suffice to say Survey Junkie was good at first and I managed to cash out $10 until it went to $#*!. I don't expect them to contact me and now I can move on somewhere else that won't waste hours of my time. Screw you survey junkie admins you bunch of hoodwinkers.
Do not waste your time with survey junkie. They will cheat you out of compensation every chance they get. I've been with them for six months and I've finally had enough. I've complained to them many times and they just reply with an obvious lie every time. Their compensation is already pitiful and still they cheat you over and over. They disqualify you AFTER completing the survey or just give you 3 to 5 cents for it. Now, they won't let me cash out my balance unless I upload my ID to them. I don't trust them and I'm not doing it. Why would they need that after 6 mos of taking their surveys? I emailed them to go to hell. There are other survey companies who won't cheat you. Don't even think about using Survey Junkie. I wish someone had warned me.
Tip for consumers:
Never use survey junkie

I filled out their surveys for six months
I have been doing the surveys for other websites, and I never had a hard time to redeem my points. Other surveys sites, never asked for my address. But Survey Junkie, they will ask to call you to verify your identity in order to redeem your points. This really concerns me.
Do you have an emotional attachment to your laundry soap?
Do you get a thrill when you buy car insurance?
These are the idiotic questions some shmuck with an MBA from Nowhere U. Wants you to answer.
These repetetive, nonsensical questions will go on for 20 to 30 minutes for maybe 30 or 40 cents pay... IF you qualify! (You may find yourself answering these bull$#*! questions for 10 minutes... and poof... you're kicked out of the survey..."you're not what we're looking for."
If you somehow manage to endure perhaps a dozen of these surveys and accumulate more than 500 points you can cash out to PayPal, or the payment of your choice.
Have been on Survey Junkie for about 5 hours. Went through at least 80 surveys Was able to finish 4. All the rest said I did not Qualify. 2 of them said I already took them. 2 errors, could not finish them, just stopped in the middle. I'm almost at the $50.00 mark. The closer I get. The more surveys I have to qualify for. Have to complete at least 3 surveys a day, with 10 or more points, for 7 days to get bonuses. The extra change is okay. The time is not.
Tip for consumers:
If you have a lot of time, some of the surveys are quite informative.

Did not purchase a product. it is a survey site.
How is most of these reviews of people not getting paid; and this is just one review site?
This is ridiculous and if SurveyJunkie is a scam, we all need to report that site.
Obviously they are paying other sites to rate them high, as they were one of the top rated sites for Legit Surveys. This is ridiculous and we need to stop this B. S.
Do waste your time. You're gonna do all of these surveys, be disqualified for a third of them in the middle of taking a survey, get denied for the others, and never get paid for the little amount they approve. They will steal your information, then tell you you're disqualified. Don't expect to get a dime.

I am using surveyjunkie.com for a several years. There are multiple tasks and the best is the surveys. They offer surveys based on your profile and pay you even when you are disqualified sometimes not all the time.
Easy to pay out. They pay you in a few days in USD in your Paypal account.

In the last few days, virtually all of the surveys I took are not being credited to my points and most of the surveys are being rejected. I believe this company is going broke and can't afford to pay out anymore. Please don't waste your time with this company, there are a lot more legitimate survey companies out there. I will be filing my complaint with the BBB and FTC as well. I believe this company is violating many federal laws as well.
I signed up for Survey Junkies thinking it would be a lot like inboxdollars.com. I was very wrong. I took a survey that was posted as ten minutes but lasted for fifteen. Then after I finished the survey I received 0 points as I was told I did not qualify. Contacted customer service and was told they needed the survey number. All surveys in your history do not have numbers. Inboxdollars lets you report problems from your history page so they already have the survey info. Very disappointed in Survey Junkies.
It says i violated terms. I did nothing but their surveys. Cashed out at 10.00 and after that in May was the last I could do anything. They are liers and block people just to do so. Never was told anything and it only happened after reaching 600 to 700.00. Don't waste your time on this. I think i will be contacting the bbb to let them know how this survey acts. Lies.
First of all not worth your time put in. Works out to about 90cents to $1 per hour in earnings. Next thing is for wear and tear on your shoulders back and wrists...all for less than $1 per hour...think about it.
Now worst of all are the efforts to extract more info from you in the form of the most personal, yes the most personal details imaginable. Be very careful in this regard. It will happen when you reach a certain earning level, the questions are inserted in the middle of a otherwise generic type survey. Having nothing to do with the survey but some kind of police/armed forces type questioning...Suffice to say it gets really weird.
