“Received Full Payment”

A J.
12/29/19

I DID finally receive full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since early OCtober 2019. Their customer service has been consistent, taking 48 hours to respond. I do hope they continue to provide surveys for me to complete. I will post a monthly update. Happy New Year!

“BS Woke Liberal Surveys”

Gregg M.
10/12/24

Get ready for nothing but anti-conservative surveys that glorify liberals and spread false narratives in an effort to sway those who must be senile or brain dead. And good luck sending in pics of your driver's license or passport, along with a selfie, in order to get any type of compensation. You're lucky if you can make $10 a day while giving up your personal information nonstop.

Survey junkie says they will pay you a certain amount of money to do a survey and state the survey is 20 minutes long they will let you answer 15+ minutes of questions and kick u off so they don't have to pay you I've tested this many times and 80% of all their surveys do it it's not fair they are getting the answers they need and not holding up their end of the deal it happens way to much and for way to long

Tip for consumers:
They need to fix this because they are one of the top rated surveys apps and they need to pay u more for the answers u gave if they kick u off

It pays out but more often than not you can get to the end of a survey ranging from 5 - 20 minutes and it crashes. It takes a really long time to get to a survey that actually gives you a full reward too.

Tip for consumers:
Find a better site. MyOpinion and Qmee are better options

Here is the good. They past faster than most surveys sites on the net - immediately! And for the most part you can find lots of surveys. However, if you encounter an issue and need to reach customer service - good luck. Each time I try to get an issue resolved, I get unhelpful responses. I have to send 2 to 3 messages before I get an educated and beneficial answer. Use the site with the hope you never have to use Customer Service.

At least 3 out of 5 surveys after answering a bunch of questions, they come back and tell you that you don't qualify for this survey and give you 2-3 points instead of the 45 or more points that it offered originally. I think they are scamming people to do the surveys and not giving the published amount of points. I don't trust them.

Something in the back of my mind told me this couldn't be true! But, yet... I completed approx 50 surveys. I finally tried to cash out to receive a gift card and was given instructions to contact customer service. Well customer service is an online form to fill out. All I could say is... "I KNEW IT, UGH!" What a complete waste of time! Then I received an email asking me to take picture of my drivers license or Government Issues Identification and take a picture of myself and submit. Oh, Hell no! Why? Why? SMH! What a complete waste of time. If you decide to give this "company" a try... Dont wait to accumulate $6 or more dollars. Try and cash out at $5 (limit the amount of time you invest) and see how intrusive the cash-out process is. Better yet, JUST DONT DO THIS!

Forces you to give up phone number, address, zip code, personal bank information, ect just to earn little money. It is a site that will get you hacked and scammed for any real life possessions you may own. When I decided to finally give my information (redundantly) to claim, they took my info and forced me to speak to a scammer on the phone who then tried to hack into my bank account and take all of my money.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use this site unless you’d like your personal information leaked!

None, because I was scammed.

I have been doing surveys for a while and had no problem. Well today I went to cash in and they said I violated the terms. Said would call in 15 minutes to let me know what happened. Well it's been 5 hours and nothing. If I'm been accused of some sort of violation I would like to know what it is. I'm thinking they just don't want to pay me. It's only $10.52 but I worked my butt off for that. Even if they pay me, I'm done with them. Don't you dare accuse me of something but you cant tell me what it is! BULL$#*!! Parden my language!

They won't give you the points when you get to the cash out part, They send a card in the mail to verify with a code because they don't believe you are who you are... Then you get the card 6 months later and your account is closed

I tried the surveys and got up to $5.00. I went to redeem the points and tried through PayPal. I kept checking my bank account to see if the money had gone in and it had not. So I went to PayPal and linked my account with Survey Junkie. I thought I needed to accept the money. I noticed that there was a 16 cent deposit of money in my account one day. Then the next day I noticed it had been reversed so no money at all. This is a dishonest way of doing something. They tell you that you can get money through PayPal and then you don't.

I got to the 1000 points needed to redeem for $10. They said they had to send me a verification code via phone. I put my number numerous times and never received a code. Their automated system kept resetting and I still never received a code. Support is nothing but automated responses. They're nothing but a bunch of thieves and con artists and liars.

It's very upsetting to complete a survey after doing it for 35 to 45 minutes and it says thanks for completing and doesn't give me the full points. When I contact customer service they try to make it hard for you buy asking you to pin point the survey by ID and once I finally done it they have the nerve to tell me it's through a 3rd party and they are unable to pay me for my time but can offer 30 points. How is this ok when you spent over 2hrs on two surveys that were supposed to give 75 points and 100 points? It's BS seriously not to mention customer service said 24 to 48 hours to get assistance and it took them 4 days to email me back! Deleting this BS app!

SurveyJunkie is just a ploy to get your information. You can not bypass the phone number part. Once you join watch how the scammers will harass you by phone. You will get 100 calls a day from Microsoft going out of business and now they want to return you some money, to the social security office, or to tell you, you owe money and they are sending the police after you.And they take all the information you give them, then tell you that you violated the rules, even though you know darn well you did not. I am going to make a complaint to the BBB for the hell of it. WORD to the wise don't give your real information.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared for the scammers who will call your house.

This company is not to be trusted. They claim no responsibility for the great wrongs that are done daily. Even if you complete a survey, you cannot be sure you will be paid for it. Many times it does not take you back to the SJ site for the reward to be added to your account. Other times, even though you have just been thanked for taking the survey, you will suddenly get a message of yikes, this survey is closed but more are available. Then why weren't you disqualified in the first few questions instead of being taken through the entire survey? You know SJ got paid for your work but if you contact them about it, their response is always, "We are not responsible for... ". Then who is? What happened to the buck stops here?

I finally was able to get a $20 gift card and I had to email them to see where the gift card was. And they responded that I have to verify over the phone to get the gift card?! What! Why do I need to do that? I don't want to call some stranger to verify when they could just email me the gift card! Is there a way to change this and make it easier for the people using the website? Does anyone else experience this?

I have been trying to cash in my points for two weeks with no luck. They say on their site that i have to be verified. (?) also that someone will return my call the same day. I have "entered the queue" three times with no return call. I have also sent them emails trying to explain my situation. No one responded to the first email and it was obvious from the response to the second that the person responding hadn't read my email. I just "entered the queue" for the third time, so I guess I'll wait and see what happens. In my opinion, don't waste your time.

I never have a problem with survey junkie till now, now I'm noticing when i complete a survey my account isn't accredited or there "third party surveys" tell me I have a received an error. AGAIN I have completed the whole survey.
This would be my third time contacting them and they keep telling me they are sorry & pretty much nothing they can do.

My pending points have been disappeared without me being accredited.

Don't WASTE YOUR TIME.
It is A SCAM!

This site does not tell you that they require your cell phone number before completing the surveys. After accumulating points, I decided to redeem my points. They said a cell phone number is needed to send the verification. This inspite that we communicate through email.

I've been using Survey Junkie for about 3 weeks now. I have already cashed in over $44. I've tried NUMEROUS other paid survey sites, but none of them are as good as this one. And I see I a lot of complaints about customer service, etc. I have emailed them with different issues or concerns at least 5 times. I have always received a reply within a day or two. I haven't experienced any of the issues I see others complain about. My ONLY gripe is Peanutlab. Their surveys NEVER work and they NEVER redirect you back to the main Survey Junkie page when you don't qualify so you never get your 2-3 points. Now all the Peanutlab surveys tell me I've been disqualified due to inaccurate responses, which isn't true at all. I've seen complaints about Peanutlab in the reviews of nearly EVERY online survey forum. They need to be cut off.

SurveyJunkie is clearly the best Survey Site out there. Yes, they do from time to time lock the account for verification purposes, and yes, it sometimes can take some time to get back to you. But this is because all of the bonehead people out there that just want to make a quick buck, and that do not answer surveys honestly. You need to understand that SurveyJunkey needs to provide their customers with a quality product as well... A lot of Survey sites are just a scam to get people to sign up for junk offers, and to actually provide advertisement. But Survey Junkie is legit, as long as you answer truthfully and know that you are not gonna get rich. It takes time to work up a payout balance. Do it regularly and truthfully, and over time you can earn a nice little bit of side-cash.

Takes wayyyyy to long to take a survey and the points aren't worth it. We all have lives there's plenty of apps and sites to get cash this is not one I recommend. I would do fetch rewards and if you use the referral code KE9NT you'll get a free 10.00 when you sign up! I'm not just promoting this I'm just trying to help other single parents who. Need real apps that pay off real cash for little to no effort on your part.

This is definitely a good way to earn a little bit of money. The problem that I have encountered has been a problem with the surveys. I start a survey and get through 3/4s of the survey and am then told that I didn't qualify. I have also completed several surveys and due to some sort of "glitch" I never received payment.
They also have a promotion where if you complete 3 surveys worth 20 + pts.,7-8 days in a row you will earn a bonus $5. I have hit the three day mark and then stopped receiving very many surveys. The few I have received, again, send me to the survey and after spending the time to almost complete, it kicks me out and says I didn't qualify,

Please stay far away from this fraudulent business. They will have you take this long surveys only to not be rewarded with the points. I have just completed 1 25minute survey in which the payment was suppose to be 175 points which is the equivalent to $1.75 - I fully completed the survey 100% and was told that i would be redirected back to survey junkie… if not click the link… so I clicked the link and low and behold, the points did not show up… this gas happened to me several times… this site is Fraud and I will be reporting them.
