I DID finally receive full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since early OCtober 2019. Their customer service has been consistent, taking 48 hours to respond. I do hope they continue to provide surveys for me to complete. I will post a monthly update. Happy New Year!
Get ready for nothing but anti-conservative surveys that glorify liberals and spread false narratives in an effort to sway those who must be senile or brain dead. And good luck sending in pics of your driver's license or passport, along with a selfie, in order to get any type of compensation. You're lucky if you can make $10 a day while giving up your personal information nonstop.
This outfit takes the cake. Not only there surveys are quite long for there compensation, they require you to do several ID verifications and then they tell you there was a problem and you have to speak with a rep on the phone. The problem is, they do not give you a phone number. As they say, Buyer beware. Stay away from this site, it will save you time and frustration.
You have to e-verify sending your driver's license to receive $5.00. Plus take a photo. Survey Junkie will ask you over 20 questions then say you don't qualify give you 2 or 3 points after clearly you completed a survey. I was doing surveys fine. Survey Junkie had a Xmas contest suddenly no surveys available. Some of the questions ask you your email and home address, phone #, your children's names and birthdays. How much your parents have invested. My opinion too many race questions. They ask the Hispanic question more like it's a census. The ask if your gay over and over. Why? They asked your hair type on a voting question. The surveys are also done outside of the US. I don't know how safe it is from cyber theft. Since I've been doing surveys my phone is getting several fake messages saying I have a package waiting please complete my address. My opinion surveys seems to only accept certain demographics. Surveys ask where are you doing the surveys house, Cafe etc. The surveys seem very intrusive. Some surveys ask you your Facebook account page info. I've done surveys for over 15 minutes then was kicked out right at the end. Some surveys kick you out saying you weren't being truthful although you haven't answered 1 questions. That makes your score go down so you get less surveys. It takes 4 hours to get $3.00. I did while I was watching tv.
I made $30. But i hate it when you take a survey it; crashes, youre almost done and it says sorry were full, repeat questions- why doesnt it remember your answers? Or it tells you that youve broke the rules when you havent. It can be very frustrating. Seems like every 5 surveys only 1 will work. I waste a lot of time.
First, it sucks. Out of 10 surveys, you MIGHT get 2 finished. You will start a survey and most of the time you will almost finish and it will disqualify you. Now, they say you weren't honest but check out other reviews and see. Junkey Survey has a way to get your answers and opinions then disqualify you. Yes, you will finish 1 in 8 surveys but you are giving them all the information they want on the disqualification surveys. You would be better off volunteering some where for free. At least they will give you a buck or two for you help when finished.
DO NOT waste your time with Survey Junkie. I have spent so much time completing so many surveys that get all the way to the last page and conveniently "breaks". In other words, all your data is submitted for the survey, but it doesn't return to SJ's site to give you credit (pay) for the survey. When you inform SJ of the issue, they are not quick to rectify the issue at all. You will have better luck with other survey sites, like swagbucks (my fav) or freecash, or any other site. I have tapped into several of them, and none of them take you through the entire survey and doesnt reward as often as Survey Junkie surveys.
If you know Armen Adjemian you should punch him in the face, repeatedly. Seriously though, this is absolutely a scam and it amazes me that this company hasnt been in court yet. I suggest you screen record your experience and show it to a good class action lawyer.

Survey Junkie starts off good, but as you make too much money for them.
They decide to give you an unreal reasons to you as to why you are
Being kicked off of Survey Junkie. I took surveys on August 16th and
Then they accuse me of doing something wrong that I didn't do and paused
My account.
Joined survey but site will not allow me to add my phone number. The joke is you cant redeem your points earned inless they call you. So how can they call to verify if they dont let you add your phone number?
Survey Junkie used to be a great way to make a few extra dollars. You would complete surveys and get paid easily. Lately, however, the site has not been redeeming points. This means you will spend upwards of 20 minutes earnestly completing a survey only to NOT GET THE POINTS! I am not sure what is going on at Survey Junkie but I strongly caution not to waste your time!
I was rarely "qualified" for surveys and earned small rewards of 2 or 3 points when "not qualified", but all of a sudden after being a member for 5 months I was unable to see any surveys and got reply that (quote): "Your account activity appears to have violated at least one condition listed in our terms of use and we are unable to assist you..." I was really shocked for getting such a ridiculous clarification and asked them to clarify what was a real reason for the deactivating my account and did NOT get any explanations. In my firm opinion, I was earning a couple of cents per survey I was getting invitation for TOO OFTEN and, moreover, I am a retiree... They unfairly deactivated my account and made me very upset! Poor judgement from their management and policy... It is disgusting to say the least... EH I do NOT recommend this panel!
I was really excited to earn $10.00! Well, trying to redeem is not allowing me to. I tried 3x to enter bank information for them to send to my checking account and it's telling me "not valid account number and routing number", I tried to redeem to my PayPal account and survey junkie sent me a code to enter to get paid through my PayPal account, and it's telling me" Wrong code number entered " (The same code survey junkie sent me) now I'm locked out of my survey junkie account, no one is answering me about this from survey junkie
Deceptive. Even after 3 weeks they tell you they have to verify you in order to give you 5 miserable dollars.
Just opened a complant on BBB.
SCAMMERS! No way you receive a cent from these b2stards.
No other word.
Humm, now they send postcards and customer service will send an email saying you can take survies again. Yet when I log on keep getting the bs default page "sign up with our other loser sites."
Does anyone know a decant site I can make money. Sick of their questions about covid vacs. I want questions about products.
They seem to work ask a lot of questions about health and pharma, do not even want to pay, just jerk people around.
Too bad there are no negative ratings.
I used to really like this site, and they pay out very quickly when you reach the 50.00 threshold (49.99). But the last few months the surveys have gone from interesting to horrible, and the surveys I've noticed are in NO way relevant to you, and another thing that makes me angry is that when you do a survey and you KNOW that you told the truth, they tell you that you lied and to be more truthful. I believe that I'll go to Prime Opinion and do surveys at Swagbucks, as they do have PLENTY of surveys that are relevant to you and they have have so much more to offer in terms of the sheer number of survey offers than Survey Junkie does now. Hopefully, SJ will get themselves straight and go back to being what they used to be 2 or so months ago But for now, they're awful and I hate saying that. Get yourself together Survey Junkie!
I took surveys for this company for about a month and made over $130. One day our power was going in and out while I was in the middle of a survey. I was able to complete the survey, but the points never showed up. I emailed support and then all of a sudden my account was shut down. I tried reaching out and I got the generic email about how I "violated their terms." I asked someone to reach out to me and all I continue to get is their generic email about how I violated their terms whenever I reach out. They tell me to contact customer support to verify activity, but customer support does not help or get back to you. Over $130 that I earned that I CAN'T REDEEM. What a SCAM. Do not waste your time here, because as soon as it becomes time to pay you, they wont pay you and will make excuses as to why.
I filed a complaint with the BBB to which they responded to with the EXACT same email. They sucks.
I've had a VERY HARD time getting points. Most points are just a few for trying to qualify. Before they say you don't qualify they collect A LOT of information and all information is valuable and they don't make it worth your while. A few that's I've qualified and answered so many questions, the last page is an error. I complain to Survey Junkie and they say they don't have anything to do with it. So, what do they do? I think they're collecting information and not handing out the little bit of points you SHOULD EARN.
I can relay first hand that survey junkie will repeatively ask you to verify yourself and not except your in put.
I am in canada and after trying to retrieve $ 70 for many many weeks I went to the BBB.
After survey junkie was contacted by them they meracoiusly paid me my money. I hope you experience is better then mine. I have since deleted my account as I didn't appreciate the shadiness.
I was promised an Amazon gift card for the money I generated doing surveys for this company and when I tried to redeem the gift card amazon said I was given an invalid code. I tried to work with the company to rectify the situation, but they said they could not help me. I read this is a legitimate business, but it is NOT. BEWARE!
I was really enjoying utilizing Survey Junkie, as they have an easy to use interface, and adding up points via the Survey Medleys is not hard to do at all, BUT I just received a message that I had to verify my activity in order to redeem my points! Utter BS if you ask me. I can tell they only want you to make a couple dollars a day, and then they start limiting survey access and make it difficult to redeem points.
I've used this site for a few months and have been scammed multiple times by their third party surveys. It only have I completed entire surveys and not been compensated for completing them, I've been penalized because the third party's don't verify their verifications. I have answered all surveys honestly and have been scammed out of 85+ points on multiple occasions. It's so frustrating that they can use our time which we don't get back and then tell us we aren't being honest. I only use this service when I absolutely am in a pinch and need extra cash but I am immediately reminded every time I use it that they are playing us and really don't care about how they use us. So disgusted by this.
I have used this site on and off for about 2 years now. I've only cashed out a few times. The first couple of times there was little to no issue. Now, as I go to cash out my points after days of taking the time to complete boring, long surveys to make this scam company money, they will not allow me to cash out because they cannot "verify" my account. When I email their customer service, they tell me I violated their terms of services. Lol, I literally did nothing wrong. I just completed the surveys like I always have done. Yet, when it's time to give me my money, they come up with walls and excuses to not pay out. This is not the first time I have heard of them doing this, however this is the first time this has happened to me. This will not change unless people continue to speak out regarding this scam and trickery. Beware of survey sites in general (pretty much all of them get away legally with paying people less than peanuts and getting huge amounts of money from their clients for asking people their opinion), though I strongly advise using this site. Their customer service was extremely rude to me, told me they were giving me a "courtesy" of allowing me to receive my money (seriously, the told me this), and yet I still have not been able to receive my money that I spent time to earn. I'm sharing this everywhere because I'm so tired of businesses not being held accountable for how they treat their customers and their immoral, crooked business practices.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this survey site. It takes some digging but there are some (few and far between but they're there) decent, non-scammy survey sites out there.
This site is trash, garbage, an evergrowing waste of everything. I started doing this crap bc I was short on cash and seemed to be a short answer. NOPE.
I got all the way to $20 which I was going to then transfer to my paypal- when I went to the redeem points area, it was grayed and not clickable. I get the same message everytime- that I have to contact them to verify my acct, which was already done a million times. Still nothing!
Thanks for wasting my time and stress over a week or so for NOTHING!
In the past I could redeem my points for the cash I was owed. For weeks I've tried to do that. It's only $10 bucks but I'm owed it. I would send in the complaint form, but they wouldn't give a number I could call to verify the account. Then they would say they'd call. They either never called, or would say a set day they'd call and wouldn't. Last time they called 4 days, at night, after the day they said they'd call. They want your bank account info and don't do either an Amazon gift card or deposit to PayPal. I filed a complaint with the BBB so they stop scamming people to do surveys without paying.
I finally tried to cash out my 500 points ( $5) to PayPal and the option was not working in Survey Junkie. I then opted for a $ 5 Visa Card instead. When I finally found merchants who accept $5 gift cards ( Panera Bread, Wallmart) the 'supposed virtual card' from Survey Junkie was not accepted. Beware of this site - the rewards are FAKE. Do NOT waste your time doing their surveys. They will use you / your information and you get nothing - AVOID THIS UNETHICAL SURVEY SITE!
If everything goes well, you can make about one dollar per hour of your time. The three companies I've tried all deceive and exploit people who are desperate to make money.
When large companies are ready to release a new product, or are looking to make changes to a current product, they need everyday people, like you and me, to offer some insights into how the general public sees their product... and they will in this rese...
