I was fortunate to be assisted by Lisa (ext. 2001) today and was very impressed with her willingness to assist me and answer any question I had regarding my lease transfer. She was very professional and genuinely cared to help me. She had a friendly tone and great positive attitude throughout our conversation over the phone. I am very grateful to have been assisted by such a kind individual. I will definitely recommend SwapaLease to my friends and family because of people like her.
Well, I do want to transfer my lease out in 1 ~ 2 months, so I contacted them. They give me the packages and estimate of how long it takes to find a buyer. I asked about the how much incentives I should give to make the deal happen in a reasonable time, they provided a number and I followed. They also suggest to pay more on "advertiser package" rather than incentives. I followed every suggestion, and by now, I have no contacts at all. All my inquiries got no response. They just try to sell you the most expensive packages and it's over.
Sorry to all those who had a bad experience. I was a little skeptical at first... I did not "swap my lease" but someone bought my vehicle via the site and luckily the buyer was a pro who actually taught me the process so I lucked out.
The folk at Swapalease (Cherie Hook in particular) helped me out, appreciated my military service, and were responsive to my newbie needs and concerns.
If I have to do this again they will get my business without question.
Thanks to Lisa F. At Swapalease I was able to get a qualified person to take over the lease. I offered an incentive to move the process faster. Lisa gave me good advice on using an incentive and the lease exchange process. I am now able to move forward on a different vehicle. Lisa was awesome to deal with a we found a qualified lessee to take over my remaining lease. I highly recommend their services!
Lisa Feldman advised me to use their top tier listing option for my vehicle as it should get transferred in 30days and she was absolutely correct. She was also available for questions along the way and responded immediately if she wasn't initially available. Process went exactly as she advised and extremely smoothly. Lisa is a professional and extremely effective. Great service that I highly recommend!
I wanted to sign up as a buyer. I talked to one of the buyer's specialists, Dwight Holley, before signing up. He was able to answer all my questions. Based on my great experience with him I proceeded and signed up. Thanks.
They are thieves. Not only did I pay them to upload my car but I found them a buyer interested through other websites the buyer called left his phone number and name and no one got back to him. I emailed Mr. Vernon who was playing dumb trying to tell me that he doesn't know if his associate called. I then texted the buyer and he confirmed that no one ever called him. I then emailed Mr. Vernon confronting him that all this to just get 290$ from me and of course no respond. This is how they make their money. Shame on you tou can shove my money cause your not seeing anymore.
I highly recommend SwapaLease for lease assumptions. My sales rep was Lisa Feldmann and she was truly amazing. This was my second time using there services and my second time working with Lisa. She is very professional, patient, informed and was extremely helpful during the entire process.
Thanks,
Chris S.
I needed to get out of a 3 year lease on a 2020 Tesla Model 3 with only 939 miles on it. Got it for my wife who died 10 days before it was delivered. This was, of course, a real cream puff and would get a lot of attention, but I wanted to get back some of the $7,000 I had put down to get a low monthly payment. The low mileage and low payment made it attractive, so Lisa Feldmann suggested I ask for $3,000 as a down payment. She also suggest their lowest cost listing plan $299. They offer two higher priced plans for those who have no idea how to proceed and they hold their hands through the process. I was really surprised at how quickly (minutes) I had people looking and asking questions. I had something like 15 offers in a few days, and in the end I had three offers of full price. The deal was closed in less than 2 weeks. I'm very happy with Swapalease and Lisa Feldmann--ask for her.

Swapalease.com is a fantastic way to get out of the lease you don't want or can't afford anymore. Our experience was extremely possitive. Nick Wilmers was our account manager. He was professional, attentive and responsive. Additionally he is very knowledgable and can suggest strategies that would expedite the process. We highly recommend Swapalease.com as well as Nick Wilmers (*******100 EXT 2024).

A friend told me about swapalease a number of years ago, when I was between cars and not sure what I really wanted. I picked up a great SUV for 27 months which was perfect, and the price was right. I then was getting out of a company car, needed something short term, and Swapalease had a great car for 14 mo which was all I needed. I highly recommend them not only for friendly service and price, but also for being exactly what I needed.
They allowed a person that wasn't me to obtain a car through their website and then bmw approved the loan. If it wasn't for me doing my homework, the buy would have received the 3k cash incentive and the bmw 3 series. When I asked swap a lease about this they tried playing it off. I should have filed a law suit! This happen back in 2018/2019! Just google shaun milleson identity theft
We certainly do not willingly allow fraud on our marketplace and we do everything in our power to help prevent such events. It is unfortunate to hear about this awful individual. We do not complete background or credit checks, that process is handled by the leasing companies. We are connecting buyers and sellers. We cannot find you in our system, please contact me directly so that we can try to make things right.
Car I wanted was not as advertised. Paid the money so could contact the lease holder and was told the car was for sale not lease transfer as advertised. No help from Swaplease folks. False advertising.
We are sorry for any inconvenience. There have been many changes with leasing companies due to COVID-19 that are out of our control. I cannot find you in our system with the information here. Please contact me directly at jnovak@swapalease.com and I will do everything to make things right for you.
I was looking to get out of my BMW X1 lease, which still had 2 years remaining on it. The salesperson, Lisa Feldman, contacted me and essentially handled everything from start to finish. Within 1 day of my BMW being listed (with Lisa's help, which was amazing), I received a call from a reliable buyer with good credit. I am now out of my lease and the whole process was seamless. I would definitely use Swap a Lease again if I needed to get out of a car lease (or even potentially if I wanted to takeover a lease).

Lease Transfer
I had a pieasant experience with swap a lease. Biggest problems were people who wouldnt commit to showing me their vehicle and the lengthy time to close the paperwork after the process starts.[not swap a lease"s fault tho]. It ll take 4 sometimes 5 wks.to complete the transaction. Ford Credit is the worst I believe. Truth of the matter is the credit co. Has no incentive to hurry. The original lease is a done deal. When someone takes over a lease the credit co. Has already made their money and has no reason to hurry the paperwork...
There are other leasing companies that do not take quite as long but we are happy to hear that you had a good experience. Thanks for using our service and for sharing your feedback here.
I got out of a GMC lease with Swapalease. My only concern was it took a couple weeks to process the transfer. I also purchased a Posrche Macan from a guy trying to get out of his lease. Happy so far...
Thank you for sharing! Some leasing companies take longer than others to process the paperwork! We apprecaite you staying with it and using our services!
I hadn't even heard of Swapalease until Ford Motor Credit recommended looking into it when I needed to get rid of the car I was leasing since I was moving to the city. I called them and Marc Baker walked me through the entire process and even set up my entire profile for me. How easy it is to get rid of your car totally depends on where you're living based on my experience. I wasn't able to transfer my lease until after I moved from Utah to Boston, but once I was in Boston I had people asking me for details every day. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get out of a lease or get into one. Will likely use in the future if I need to lease a car again!
Listed vehicle with them and was utterly dissapointed. After 11 months of listing not a single contact/inquiry (and they take your listing down every month or so due to "inactivity"). The vehicle was a 2016 Hundai Tuscon and was in very good condition etc. so it wasnt the car. The salesman wayyy over promised at the amount of activity and I would never use the site again. I highly doubt they have as many buyers as they claim and likely just push people to list their car so they can take the seller listing fee. DO NOT USE!
Mind blown that this company charges for a contact information,
If you're a seller don't get this service,
It doesn't make any sense, they just don't get the buyers, because buyers need to pay just for a contact
I personally am very interested in one car, but nothing guarantees that it will be available
Seller beware, stay away

I had an extremely seamless and positive experience in having our Tesla Model X lease assumed. Lisa Feldmann (Extension 2001) at Swapalease was extremely responsive, helpful, and she made this experience effortless. I highly recommend Swapalease and Lisa Feldmann! A+++ experience!
Lots of promises "take the most expensive package and 90% your car will sell in 30 days max".
Why, how do you know that. Well easy we post your car everywhere, on our website front page, social media, etc etc etc etc.
Well…NOTHING! Zero. And I cannot find it on website or anywhere.
Mercedes lot is empty…nothing? How!
Be careful did not work for me and they get PAID UP FRONT…NO REFUNDS NO MATTER.
If they had that record I was sold…they would not NEED OR USE A …NO REFUND NO
WAT EXCUSE!

Lease swap or sale.
I tried this for 6 months a complete waste of money and my time. People want your lease for free.and sometimes people pretend you have a deal then they just cancel last minute.
I have been working with SWAP-A-LEASE since 2003. Between myself, clients and friends I've done 13 deals and collected $27,000.00 in incentive money to take people out of their leases. I've gotten Mercedes, Cadillacs, BMW's and a Honda lease. I helped my friends dad get out of his lease 2 weeks before he passed away. As a Financial Money Manager to over 800 clients, I have recommended Swap-A-Lease many many times and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. It's a lot of work, but I've literally saved THOUSANDS of DOLLARS and think it's a great way to get short term leases with never putting a penny down. And most times the payment is less because someone else put the money down. I Love them and the concept.
You are the reason our marketplace is great! 17 out of our 20 years! Very impressive! Thanks for being a great swapper and sharing the savings "secret" with your clients and friends. Our goal is to make sure everyone looking to get out of their lease or looking for a car knows about us!
Stay away from this scam website. They list fake vehicles that don't exist just to get potential customers to register as buyers and pay the buyer's fee. I called the swapalease.com customer service number before registering and paying the fee to confirm a vehicle listed on their site was still available. The representative stated she called the seller and confirmed the vehicle was still available, and if I signed up right now, she could register me as a buyer for $40. I agreed and moved forward. After the registration was complete, within 2 hours, I called the seller to find out that allegedly, "someone else had already submitted an application for the vehicle." Additionally, the vehicle was not listed as "Pending" on the swapalease.com website as it should have been if they truly had an application pending. When I contacted the same representative to let her know the vehicle was not available, she attempted to steer me to 2 other vehicles that were $200 to $400 more expensive per month than the one I was interested in and refused to give me a refund.
Y'all must be smoking that good crack if you think Im gonna spend $50 to look at and get in touch with fraudulent ads and scammy dealers... great concept though, horrendous execution!
It does not cost $50 to search on our website and we do not post fraudulent ads. The dealers that are listed have their contact information public. Our private sellers that have leases for transfer allow their contact information to not display publicly. We charge a one-time fee for a lifetime membership. The member is $60 with discounts over the phone. It is not a subscription, we offer support and information about how the transfers are complete through each leasing company.
Swapalease is exactly that. Sweet talk you in over the phone, tell you what you want to hear. Tell you they a there for you, and with sousing so confident they can "help" you. Well if you meant help me out of $1000 and countless hours of my time, well then SUCCESS. Heads up, Swapalease vets NOONE they give your personally information too. These individuals calling me do not even qualify for my lease, yet here I am on the phone all hours of the day answering their nonsense questions. Asking me if they can test drive my vehicle. Getting asked for more pictures. It's been 5 months. Not one qualified individual has contacted me. I have low payments, great miles. I'm simply leaving the country and have no use for it. I got sweet talked by Jessica R., my "account representative" that seems to never be at her desk, or at work according to her co-worker. Sent her the info, vin, miles, what's owed, etc, etc. I get told she would put the ad together, and send me a receipt that I need to sign and send back. But once I completed those, I never hear from her again. Customer service answers but then you get transferred right back around. I'm leaving the country in 23 days and it seems I'll have to eat what I owe on the vehicle and what I paid Swapalease for empty promises. No worries I saw the "NO REFUNDS" on the "contract" I signed.
Please reply here or email me at jnovak@swapalease.com I would like to help out but I have no way of finding you in our system.
NICK WILMERS HELPED ME A LOT! Told me about different packages, listened to my concerns with other lease company. Posted on Swapalease with NIck's help. BINGO. Buyer the first day! I don't have a picture of the agreement; another dealership took over my car's lease - BMW of Silver Springs, Md.
Swapalease.com is the number one car lease transfer marketplace. Get out of your auto lease early without penalties or take over an existing short term lease
If you can tell us who your buyer is we can contact them for you. We have never received a call for your vehicle. As per our agreement on the $200 off-lease program, we are going to list your Jeep Cherokee until sold and will continue to do everything that we can to help. There are no other charges from us other than the $200 for the listing. We will reach out to you with a few more options that we think will help.
