Placed 500$ order with credit card several days later tried but could not add 3 pkgs to order tried to order those on their credit was sent a letter saying wasn't approved asking me to pay after the date that I would have to pay express shipping for those 3pkgs not notified by phone or email yet they had my info this is dirty pool the orders received were of good quality but I won't order from them again
My family and I have been ordering from this company for years now with absolutely no problems whatsoever. However, I had a late delivery recently that has since been solved; my issue was with a customer service representative I spoke to about the late delivery inquiry. She was unbelievably rude, just raising her voice and yelling, being very impatient and snappy if I did not answer her questions quick enough. If all that wasn't already unnecessary and unprofessional enough, she actually hung up in my face! Swiss Colony, if you come across these reviews, please do not disregard your customers complaints. Please always teach and remind your employees to value and appreciate their customers, to treat them with respect, or in the future, there will be no customers left. The only reason I am giving a rating less than a 5-star is because of that unexpected customer service incident. Otherwise, the products I received were perfect as usual and everything else was beyond satisfactory. Thank you.
I like what I received need sugar free which i got. But didn't get my full order and the postage was too high
Made an order once I put the order they were out of stock when the items still show as available in their catalog have been trying to get a refund now for 2 weeks and the stories and run arounds why they have not credit my refund seem to be just excuses not to refund my money this compamy its a scam don't buy from them.
We ordered, for the first time, from Swiss Colony. They charged an outrageous amount (almost 50% of the cost of the products) for shipping. We assumed (foolishly) that would equate to stellar delivery. It was (and still is) the exact opposite. For the first 5 days we received NO updates. When we inquired, Swiss Colony told us it would arrive "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went, as well as many other "tomorrows" that were promised. Our order still has not arrived. Yesterday we found out, after pressuring Fed Ex, their delivery service, that Swiss Colony uses "GROUND, ECONOMY SHIPPING" and they literally have no idea when our product will arrive. ("Delivery date is pending. No updates available.") We contacted Customer Service multiple times and only received canned responses and false promises. What a horrific experience it has been. Our advice: do not purchase from this company.
Ordered cheese logs for my sister on 01/11/23, suppose to be delivered by 01/19/23. It's 01/23/23, tracking states the order has been sitting in Houston since 01/17/23, contacted FedEx and Swiss Colony this morning 01/23/23, no response from either this PM. Called Swiss Colony pressed -0- for a service rep repeatedly hangs up on me. My sister may never receive her Birthday gift,.shop elsewhere. Maybe send something from Hickory Farms or others. Order

I called customers service to place my 9 orders for Christmas gift. Give all the information then find out it said thank you. Not grandma or mom. It was sad to buy something from a company being my first time.
Ordered items that needed to be refrigerated. Supposedly shipped by Fedex. They transferred to post office on Saturday and they sat just in plastic wrapped until Monday and were finally delivered at 3:00 pm. Over 50 hours of no refrigeration! Cheesecakes are basically soup and definitely will never order from this company again! Also 39.99 for a cheesecake about the size of a cake for two people! I'll be getting mine from someplace else in the future. This is a rip-off for sure
Oddly enough, the little bits if food are tasty. The product is basically miniatures. Their shipping costs are very high. Pricey for what you get. We now buy the same (larger) items from the grocery store, and put our own assortment together for less money.
This was my first purchase from this company as I heard good things about it from friends. I placed an order for ONE item with a 20% promo code and free shipping sitewide. My order total was $25.59 once I finalized it. I received an Order Acknowledgement email with a billing total of $50.58. I never agreed to pay that price. I emailed and tried calling to cancel but no response. The consumer has 24 hours to cancel, which I did way before that time frame.
UPDATE: customer service issued a refund...will see if I actually get it
