Ordered BEFORE Christmas. Didn't receive anything til after. Everything came in separate boxes instead of it all being packed in one box. I HAD TO CALL THEM to see why I wasn't receiving all my order. NOT ONCE did they attempt to contact me to tell me what was going on. By ordering we also received free items of which we only got 1 free items and not both. When I called today to see where the last item was I was told that they ran out and now I won't get it at all. Again I CALLED THEM...not once did they make ANY attempts to notify me nor send something else in place of the item they supposedly ran out of. Looked on Catalog before this review and the item is on there for sale so I think it's a lie and will NEVER order from them again

Swiss colony doesn't give 2 shots whether your stuff makes it or not. Customer service is a joke, and the rudeness of these people, including supervisors, floors me that you are still in business. Fed ex is the worst delivery company there is, and the 2 just keep blaming each other. Have ordered from here for years, but this year is the last. Don't waste your money on this company, it's clear from all these reviews that customer service is a thing of the past. Good riddance...
Chocolate unable to bite stale with nasty after taste cheese is horrible tasting cake bites are stale nothing absolutely nothing can be eaten feel so bad for the people that sent it to us wasted their money it was all thrown in the garbage!
The ultimate snack box had little nuts little bridge mix and red green white cover peanuts that were so hard we were afraid they would break at tooth, I purchased 2 boxes one fir myself and sister, never again.Carol Dean 2024
I unfortunately trusted this company to send gifts to my sister in Alaska and my grandchildren in northern Georgia. However, the system they have for sending products to different addresses did not work for me. Despite entering my relatives' addresses correctly, all the items were mistakenly sent to my address, leaving them without their gifts.
When I called customer service, they almost called me a liar. I explained that I had provided the correct addresses, but they didn't believe me. They eventually sent me a disappointing email apologizing for the mistake. Given the high cost of shipping, I was only refunded one dollar for the incorrect shipments. This situation is both regrettable and shameful, especially considering how they treat their customers.
I urge my friends to be cautious. There are many other reputable places online where you can buy these products and receive better customer service.
I ordered a mint torte and cookies. I live in HI. They charged me double postage and said item would be refrigerated. Items were not refrigerated and the torte was a blob and mushy! Had to get refund! They don't use dry ice or proper handling of pershiables.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL
I ORDERED $214 WORTH OF PRODUCTS AND THEY WERE DELIVERED TOO EARLY. I ASKED FOR DELIVERY ON DECEMBER 20 BECAUSE I RUN A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION AND KNEW I DIDN'T HAVE ROOM IN MY REFRIGERATOR TO STORE THEM. THEY WERE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 13 AND STAYED IN MY BACK ROOM FOR 4 DAYS. SO THEY WEREN'T PUT IN THE REFRIGERATOR RIGHT AWAY. THE REASON I ASKED FOR A DATE WAS BECAUSE I KNEW I DIDN'T HAVE THE SPACE. YOU GUYS MESSED UP MY ORDER AND CHRISTMAS. I FEEL IT'S ONLY RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO REQUEST A NEW DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE OUT THE ITEMS NOW. NO I DIDN'T OPEN THE BOXES. IT SAYS REFRIGERATOR AS SOON AS I GET IT. YOUR MESSAGE.
We spent $118 on our order and received it. Everything we got was barley enough to give to half of the family, everyone was only able to have three bagel crisps per type.
I placed an order 2 weeks for it to be there on Monday the week of Thanksgiving and it still has not arrived. Have sent 2 emails and no response.

The quality is ok for the hard cheeses, the processed cheeses are grainy now. Large sampler for a fair price. Free shipping items can be found in two places in the book, and both come out to about same price, so customer still pays shipping on "free shipping" items.
I placed an order with my account with Swiss Colony and the recipient didn't get it, they delivered to someone else and then after hours of being on hold it finally gets sorted out and my recipient gets the product. Fast forward 30 days and the recipient gets a bill instead of me. Very embarrassing. After another 2 hours making phone calls each person sends to another each telling something different like Brandon said I had to get a letter notarized stating the matter but finally I got someone with some common since and fixed it while we were on the phone. I was thankful for that hopefully she is correct in saying that. I then ask how they would compensate me for all the frustration and she said she could take off $9.56. WOW! This is a money hungry company not in the business of good customer service. I will now tear up my Credit Card to never use again and tell everyone I know.
I ordered from The Swiss Colony and was suppose to receive 2 additional items. I never received them. I called and they gave me a runaround and finally said they could not help me because they were out of that product and would not substitute another product. Rude and unhelpful. Expensive for the lack of quality of product. Do not shop with this company!
There are way to many companies to order from, so skip this one. Ordered on the 10th of Dec 23, at night. Then tried to cancel the next morning. No answer on phones or email. When I did get someone to answer the phone 8 hours and 11 attempts later, I was told I could not cancel. Nothing in my order required refrigeration or freezing, Yet I was told it was pre-staged in a refrigerated truck located by the post office the night I ordered it. Impressive for a company that I was told on the phone that know one was in or answering from that department. They credited my card 10 days later for the product after much complaining. I mean much complaining, but did not credit the shipping charges which where half the cost. They also did not send the two free gifts advertised for ordering. Order from somewhere that still has customer service. To make it all worse, they did not ship the item until 6 days later. Worse experience ordering to date. Buyer be warned.
In Dec. 2023 I placed an order totaling <$125 and paid with my CC. 2 days later they had added a bogus charge to my CC which they credited upon my call to them. Now they say I owe them for the bogus charge which I refused and they have turned it over to a debt collection company which I will fight. DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPANY.
I order Christmas gifts and told will arrive on time. On 25th they I saw shipped with FEDEX then show arrival on 28th. When I send email they said shipped withUSPS. Missed Christmas and now new year because they said will take 10 days+.? My mistake not going with Harry and David. Very misleading and terrible service. Do favor to yourself and don't order with this. Company, trust me.
I'm honestly baffled by the negative reviews. I received my order very promptly and it was packaged very nicely. Four boxes of goodies for less than $65 including shipping! I really don't know how you could have a problem with that. The petit fours are wonderful.
Placed order on 12/12/2022 to deliver by Christmas. It was delivered on 1/3/2023. It took two and a half weeks to deliver something only about 100 miles away. I am disgusted beyond words. I used them for over 20 years and they got progressively worth. Every year there is an issue. This tome, it's a final straw.
I ordered a gift to be sent overseas to a family member in the military on Nov. 30th. I got a message on December 18th that the items were no longer available. How could that be if I ordered them on November 30th? And if they were not available Nov 30th, why did I not get the message until Dec. 18th? Then, when I tried to call to get an explanation, it took forever to get through the AI assistant to a real person. I've ordered from Swiss Colony often, but will go elsewhere from now on.
I ordered a large box of petit fors for my mom for Christmas. When she opened it there were ants all over it. This was in a gift box, plastic wrapped then an outside cardboard box which was refrigerated for 2 weeks. These ants must've been there before they shipped it! On top of that it's not worth $27.00 for shipping. Never again.
