I purchased the OSTCoverter software to convert a massive OST file I have to migrate. It failed twice, I contacted support who tried to fix it. They advised I should contact sales to ask for a refund. Even though they couldnt fix it, and their demo program worked before I purchased, they have refused a refund. Their software DID not work, and they couldn't fix it.
We bought the Gsuite to O365 Migrator from Systools. The software doesen't work at all. Support reacts very slow.
The Software itself is buggy as hell. It is more a software project than a finished software. I had 8 or 9 very time consuming sessions with Systools. I asked for refund many times. If you expect them that they keep their money back guarantee, good luck for you. They won't. Their sales team workers just ignore the money refund mails. There is no chance.
All in all they ripped our company 399 Dollar.

I should have read these comments before i bought their ssssh tools. I requesteda refund because the tool didnt do what it says it will do and then they tell me that it doesnt count because the tool works and I should have seen the problem in the trial version, but the trial version locks a lot of the options. So whats the point?
Also all those reviews they have on their site are fake. I reverse-imaged those pictures and they are all stock pics with fake reviews.
I purchased their tool and it didn't work as advertised. I contacted support and they wouldn't honor their money-back guarantee. After purchasing a new computer, I was not able to reinstall the software on the new computer. They stated that I had to repurchase the software even though I had already uninstalled the software from the old computer. Their tools and their support are not worth the money.
Their website clearly states they can fix ANYTHING! After purchasing the PPT Recovery software, it never worked! Over the course of about three weeks, I sent THEM 3 PPTs I had trouble with, and THEY could not repair them! (Images did not load.) Once, they even claimed one "was successfully repaired"! Could not get a refund - even within their guaranteed 30 days. I don't know who's writing their positive reviews, but it is NOT the real consumers! BUYER BEWARE.
I bought the SysTools GDrive backup which came with no apparent functionality for GDrive, only Gmail, and VERY poor documentation. The 24 hour help line was unstaffed and the "money back guarantee" was a hoax.
If you buy it and think you will get your money back if it doesn't work, good luck to you. Didn't work for me and I didn't get a refund. Go somewhere else.
Upon purchasing the product it has no additional functionality to the demo. They say on their website to test out the demo before buying however the demo does not allow you to do any of the features the program offers, it says "Buy the product to use this feature" Ok. Bought the product. Product still does not do as advertised, nothing is different from the demo, just has a "Product Activated" screen. Software is completely identical to the Demo and does not function as advertised. Ok. So now I will submit a refund, as they have a 30 days money back. However they only have one person on live chat who cannot even help you with this issue as well as the "Support" and "Sales" email they redirect you to are dead and don't respond. They more than likely are waiting for the 30 days to runout so the live support person, who alias is "Andreas Santos" regardless how many times you change the connection by the way, can just tell you that you are out of the 30 day time and they cannot refund. Or they wait for the customer to give up and they pocket the money. Some of those products are being advertised as "Big Coorporate" or high level products at over 150$USD. Upon reviewing their certification at the bottom of the page, it's not certified and it has some random made up reviews and product gareuntees. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother clicking on the SysTools site. Their customer support is terrible, the products don't work, their activity is suspicious, and they don't honor anything they have advertised. Worst online product experience I have ever had.

So its an empty software you get, and when you have trouble with it contacting support - all they want is to get remote acces to your PC to steal your money. Also they will never give you a refund as promised, they will ignore you! All the positive reviews are them self trying to boost their company, and they will flush out warnings like this.

Bought a PST viewer/converter from them, and in addition to being pricey, it was so slow in its conversion process that I resorted to getting a competing product. The end result wasn't as good (in terms of how the exported files were organized), but it got done in the same amount of hours that ~20% took for the SysTools software.
And good luck trying to use their "30 day money back" thing. THEY fully decide what your rights are, in my case it was determined that I hadn't sought enough support from them in resolving my issue, so after just a single mail stating that (arriving two weeks after my refund inquiry e-mail, and only after I had contacted the payment provider), it was impossible to get ahold of them. In e-mail, they referred to their chat support, and in chat support they said their sales department would be in touch. Complete silence. Tried contacting chat again after over a week - same thing, "sales dept. will be in touch", and followed by weeks of silence.
After spending around $100 for a 1yr software license, I had hoped for better support than this. Much better.

Make sure to read the terms and conditions CLOSELY, and kiss any rights you believe you have goodbye.

I bouth their product to convert maildir to pst, their software was not able to do the job, they try with file but they said the trouble was my file, I bouth Turgs Maildir Wizard, it working fine, so asked for refound, they don t want to refound same if they have 30 day money back, don t buy from this compagny!
I purchased their AWS Workmail backup tool... failed right away and couldnt logon to the email account. They didnt know AWS had multiple regions. Then the tool couldnt pull the folders and they fixed that. Then the product locked up completely when doing a backup... it pulled 2 emails a minute. I had 2700 email after 24 hours and needed to backup 7500... that is 3 day run time... I spent 5 hours getting to this point and they want me to keep debug the product with them. And the 2700 had many entries that werent the date range I specified. Here is the reply I get after telling them 3 I dont want the product. They think I owe them becuase they fixed bugs in their product.

This review is on my second experience with SysTools however, the first was the same result; products don't do what they state and the refund policy verbiage is useless - in both experiences SysTools refused to issue RMA and refund.
In this instance it was the VMDK recovery tool... it couldn't locate and repair corrupted files or what was thought to be corrupt since VMplayer wouldn't mount the file. In my search for alternatives the compression utility 7-Zip came to my attention and not only mounted the VMDK, found the files SysTools couldn't and solved the problem.
In my first purchase (MySQL tool) no refund from SysTools situation, PayPal issued a refund; this time a report to AMEX will be the path taken. I'll make a concerted effort to get the word out to the masses that this company should be avoided. Two for two failures... not a good track record.

I came across this and other sites with negative reviews of SysTools Outlook Recovery, only after I had shelled out hard cash for the program and searched for more info on the experiences others had with the software. I had downloaded the trial software, which seemed to work in the limited context the trial allows.
Only after coughing up the money and inputting the activation code did things start to go wrong. The software outputs absolutely nothing! I processed over 39,000 records in my nearly 10GB PST file, yet not a single record was ever processed. I wasted an entire day and have since wasted even more time trying to get a refund, or the software to work with their shonky support department.
To make things worse, I eventually found their refund policy for their stated 30 day refund; which as others have previously stated, is as shonky as the software they sell! They insist on being given access to do an inspection of your computer... no way is THAT ever going to happen! I can only imagine what they would do.
I've just wasted yet another couple of hours doing Beta test work on this software with their online support. All the usual stuff, it has to be something the customer did (of course), so had me uninstall/reinstall etc. etc. Ended up with exactly the same issues, that they cannot fix. Eleveated to L2 support. They again wanted access to my computer, which I denied. Eventually they say they will elevate the issues to the developer.
I have taken this up with 2co (their financial services provider) and my card issuer. I will do whatever I can to ensure these thugs are prevented from selling this rubbish to anyone!
Avoid anything to do with SYSTOOLS GROUP like the plague!
