I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.

Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.

I am very unhappy with the services that I am receiving. My husband just called to tell me that both of my cell phones have been paid off, one of which I use for my non-profit. We still have two other cells on this bill. Why is it that with paying off TWO cell phones, the bill will now increase instead of decrease? I can't wait to get off work, kicking t-mobile ALL the way to the curb

I never can get customer service to do what I ask and when I finally get it done it's been two hours of arguing over the phone. It's an absolute nightmare if I need a new number or to add someone to the line.

Started out as good service but didn't use hotspot for awhile so i had to contact support for them to restart service. Rep sent me multiple emails but not one contained the required code. Alas, i turned to another carrier to solve the problem

I was shipped a phone with no Sim card or adapter and when I called to have the problem fixes an incompetent and helpless little girl answered and told me she couldn't do anything about it because a pin number over 4 digits which I had set as my social security number was incorrect. There was no supervisor available to speak with me and it was rejected twice when I was transferred. The first time the young girl picked the call back up and said the supervisor could not help me without the pin.The second time, the line went silent and no one was on the other side so I had no choice but to hang up. The app will not let me create an account for no reason. Not much more than expensive theft without service

Tried the service and it didn't work. I was promised a full refund of 175 for activation fees; but they charged me another 160 after the account was closed and refuse to refund any of the money. I had to close credit card for fraud, and get issued a new one. 2 months and no refund.

The worst service of any mobile phone company that I have used. Half of the time people cannot get through to me. They either get a busy signal or it goes straight to voice mail, my phone does not ring at times when I get a call and I never know if I have a voice mail because the phone doesn't let me know. I am not the only one having these problems. I am on a plan with 2 others and their service is the same and so is some of my friends who have T Mobile. Customer service is no help

I have been with them for almost 5 years. I moved into an area that nobody that has the same company has problems with texting, making and receiving calls but me. I have a brand new s20 and they are telling me to pay 25.00 to get a signal bust device and that I will get fully reimbursed on the following bill. Now does this. Make any sense? Hell no. Management was absolutely no help. I was on the phone all afternoon today but have been on the phone for more than a week. So needless to say I got nowhere. Oh and then the supervisor offered a different plan that I am currently on that is nowhere as the one I am currently on. What a bunch of idiots.

We got rid of Tmobile almost 3 months ago, largely in part to poor coverage area, promptly paid the last two bills, or so we thought. Today, we received a $60 dollar bill saying we owed current charges for a tablet usage. Went into store because they never did return our calls and the rep couldn't quite get it that this was apparently an error on their part as there is no rational/logical reason we would cancel ALL our service except for a tablet, especially since that tablet has been operating with our new Verizon service, so why would we pay Tmobile for...nothing! Rep generously (and I say that most facetiously!) gave us a $20 discount so we would pay the $40 in order to resolve this matter. WHAT A JOKE. No wonder their ratings are sooo low!

I have been with them for over 14 years and they never treat me right. One time I saw a promotion on their web that Apple Watch SE half off so I paid upfront for $165 so I will be paying monthly for the LINE only and as long as I keep the Watch for 24 months. Guess what T-Mobile still charge 6.88 per month, why? I called and asked them why? They said cuz the watch haven't paid off yet? I was pissed off. But anyway DO NOT believe on any promotion on T-Mobile website neither their workers. Such a liar company out there.

You spent 3 to 4 hours on the phone with somebody from T-Mobile it does nothing but talk and likes to hear themselves talk they don't put a solution to the problem they are the worst customer service in the world.

I was assisted by a representative named Nathaniel in the Philippines office today. He was so sweet and so helpful he was genuinely concerned about helping me get my service working. He went above the bar, I definitely appreciate him. I've been with T Mobile forever and he's by far been the most helpful representative I've spoken to.

If you get an advertisement in the mail about the 55+ deal for $27.50 it's a LIE! I called and the guy was like it's $27.50 per line for 2 lines. So I said I only need 1 line so that should be $27.50 right NO it will be $40! Liars! It's all misleading don't fall for it!

We switched our business phones to t mobile we immediately had problems.customer service is non existent. After loosing our customers and revenue we switched to at&t.paid t mobile account in full and they refused to send receipt or unlock devices so i could switch to another carrier. Lawsuit forthcoming

I have been with Sprint for many years and never have had an issue with data, text, or voice calls. With my new iPhone 14 plus, is hard to make phone calls, surf the web, and text in the last three months. I have to try some one else.

We have been told by 3 managers that our bill will be created by them. We now linger even have there service, we have been charged over 400 dollars for phones we don't even have and the manager notes have all disappeared. Don't deal with this company it is a scam! And terrible service after they took over sprint. We loved sprint.

I purchased a Motorola flip phone,2021 model from T-Mobile it was great at the beginning,something went wrong with the phone I called their costumers service with no help what's so ever.after 40 something phones calls they told me that they would replace the phone and they did with a 2019 model that's when I stopped service with T-Mobile.but why should I pay for an older model when I was paying for a newer one?

The tracker device they advertise for pets does not come with anything to connect it to a pet collar. I tried going to the local store, but the employee there did not have a solution and was rude when I complained.

I found T-Mobile to be the worst carrier ever.My wife wanted to get 3 lines for the family because of the 3rd line free promotion. She got 2 lines and was told she have to wait 2 months to add a third line. So. I said okay I will go with them also since she had less than a month to go. I got 2 bills talked to T-Mobile and they said we had to do a transfer of responsibility which my wife approved t mobile saying we would now have the 3 lines they lied we ended up with two separate bills and they said because she could only get two when I told them that they themselves got her approval I was there when they asked her. I would not advise anyone to do business with them. They don't seek customer satisfaction just use deceitful practices to steal from people

Im so disappointed I have excellent credit I switched 4 lines to T-Mobile from att. I wasnt to upgrade my 2 lines and they want me to pay high down payments on phones they lied to me over and over on at customer service that they would fix it but they didn't after 4 calls still got the run around how they care I will leave reviews everywhere how they lied to me. I even asked about upgrades when I got the new service. They said Every customer is different that you get a spending limit. I have a 795 credit score and it's just not right I will go back to att where I can get anything I want and just pay taxes. I would have never switched to save 30 bucks a month.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and I can't receive phone calls or texts 3 WEEKS LATER. They mixed up our family plan's 3 numbers, forgot to order the phones they sold us for "free". We've been back to the brick and mortar store 5 times. Dude can barely tear himself away from his own phone to help us. Called customer support and they couldn't fix to my satisfaction. Now I'm stuck in a 2-year agreement. Would not recommend T-Mobile to my worst enemy.

Tip for consumers:
Just avoid T-Mobile all together.

Ive been using this device for about a month and I'm very satisfied with the performance. Initial setup was not a problem for me, I was able to configure the device and start using it after charging it up.

For my job I'm on the road a lot so I keep it in the car. My iPad keeps a solid connection to it, and waking it from sleep mode takes probably 2 seconds. The speeds are very surprising and fast! My best speedtest broke the 10mb barrier more than once. Even in an EDGE area the speeds are still not bad.

I had Verizon for years until a few months ago when my family and I switched to Tmobile. I never had a single problem with Verizon. However, I've been having nothing but problems with Tmobile. I'm constantly having to toggle off Tmobile as the carrier and restart my phone to get it to work for a few days before doing it all over again. I would go to call someone, but it wouldn't ring and would just drop the call. Others would try to call me, but it either wouldn't show up on my end, or they wouldn't hear me when I answer. I've had texts not come through to me for a week. Me being a small business owner, such a problem could cost me money and result in unsatisfied clients when they can't get a hold of me. I tried going to Tmobile and asking for them to fix the issue when I first started noticing these problems (so... right away), but they were completely clueless in resolving it. Don't ever get this carrier. Just don't do it.

I purchased a Samsung watch with my phone. The watch quit working in August and they sent a replacement that wasn't the same color watch. I sent it back back and received another watch that wasn't the same so I sent that back. The the third watch was also the wrong color a d when I called customer service they explained that with warranty replacements I have to accept what they send and it may not be the same as what I bought. Now the fun begins, I was charged $500 in late fees for not returning one of the watches on time. Turns out it was lost at the warehouse. I then spent hours and numerous phone calls trying to get the fees removed. I thought I finally had it resolved when they billed me again for them. Three months and a dozen hour long phone calls I may have it resolved 3 months later. Worst customer service ever!

Call T-Mobile to help me with a claim and they told me over the phone that they would overnight me a phone since the insurance was failing to comply with what they had said and they still have not sent me a phone. It's been five days. I called them back and they're saying that was never said to me and it was a manager who spoke with me? I'm under review in a account I've had since 2021 never have made a claim in my life always upgrade and pay my bill, and T-Mobile said they see it's approved on there computer over the phone but then assurance says it's still under review, this is my school and work phone, this is simply unfair and sad I thought after being a good customer I would receive better service.
