I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
I got a phone last month on the 3rd. They charged me 50, thought to not to ask anything because I assumed service was included. I called 611 and said I need the due date to be on the 4th of each month. They billed me for after 20 days. And turned off my phone before the 4th. I called to reactivate it, paid this month on the 3rd and now they are billing me again before next month. T mobile sucks. I should have stuck with metro pcs.

Jeremy the guy who helped me at the T-Mobile store in broad headville save me so much money so helpful. I will never use any other Carrier again. That man knows his stuff am I ever needed? I would go to him again that man was great thank you.

I was not unhappy with T mobile until I switched to Xfinity for a better deal. T mobile billed me for a full month's service even though I canceled a few days into the service. I called customer service and explained the situation and agreed to pay the amount owed for the service received. I figured the matter was closed amicably until I got another bill for the balanced remaining plus a late payment charge. I refused to pay and they turned the amount due over to a collection agency who in turn filed it to my credit report. It's not the money, it's the principal of the thing. Not to mention the 25 minutes on hold attempting to correct their mistake. You cannot trust this company, they will try and screw you.

The phones me and my wife originally got from them when we signed up keeps dropping calls and has connectivity issues. It's been going on the entire 8 months we've been with them. They replaced our phones with the same phones and the same problem kept happening. I got them to agree to give us new phones and to credit our account if we pay activation fees which I did. Then we didn't get the phones. For almost 2 weeks I tried to find out where our phones were and they wanted me to do the same process AGAIN after I already did it the first time. I'm done with TMobile. I'm not paying twice for the same phone and I don't care if gets credited back to my account. I have other bills I have to pay and I can't afford paying you guys twice for the same thing.

They talked me into a tablet stating I needed 5g capabilities. Then sent me one without it. Trying to get this corrected has been painful and cost me more time than they deserve and it is still not settled. I have them back the a7 and they can't seem to get me the Samsung 7 tablet ge 5g. How hard is it to do the right thing? They took my money and I still have no tablet. I have told my story about 29 times and it never gets resolved. Don't talk people into stuff you can't seem to deliver. Very very disappointed in customer service!

They try to add hidden fees on your bill and the call center has terrible customer service. I was told id be given my money back by an associate but it would take a week then that never happened so i called back and was told they had no knowledge of that call or agreement but they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience then i never received that gift card so i called and they also had no record of that or that agreement. All of it was just a waste of my time.

I called in December and told them that i would be in Atlanta for 6 months. They said i had unlimited data. I needed to use my phone as a hotspot. I have been using it for 5 months with no issues. Today they were throttling my data to the point where i could not get on a website. I talked to 5 or 6 people at a minimum which not one person suggested for me to get new home internet for 50 and call it a day. They wrecked my day and my account switching to 2 or 3 different plans. They are some not so smart people.
I finally asked about home internet. I just went and got new internet for 50 a month. They are charging me 35 extra now and throttling my data with super slow internet. I just wanted internet. No one had a solution. My time was not valuable to them. They just dont care. They used to.

They have great service; but their customer service is donkey. Why did you have to buy the better service in sprint. You own sprint and I tried switching my number from sprint talked to 5 different reps of r-mobile still have the number that isn't my own. And these idiots keep asking the same questions and then argue with me the sprint account number isn't avaliable no more now; even though it was approved upon transfer and I closed the account after that. These guys need to fix there service $#*!ty service and the guys working here are complete idiots with it and I have to tell them how to do there god damn job and you get sent to 50 different people to get a stupid thing done. Ever heard of cross training so I don't have to do what should take 15 minutes 4 hours and still not having it done.

I am T-Mobile customer since almost 2 years. I have 5 lines with premium handsets. For some reason they miss linked phones between lines on their end which was never reflected on bills. When I tried to claim insurance for a lost phone they denied it stating the phone was not covered under insurance which is absolutely false. I paid insurance for this lost phone and I have all the bills confirming the same still they wont buy in. INSANE AND NO ETHICS and clearly shows how they are stealing from customers. I am planning to file a legal complaint and take it with my attorney.

I went to one of the outlets in Framingham MA and was given a third line. When I switched the line which the agent never gave me stayed on my account and months later I was given a bill of $315 and till today when you call their helpline they switch you off. They always want you to pay money you don't use

Ever since the T Mobile and Sprint merge I've had nothing but bad experiences. Coverage sucks, they randomly turned off my service for a day on accident, and it was a pain in the $#*! trying to upgrade my phone. I ended up just canceling the upgrade altogether and kept my old crappy phone I had. And customer service is no help with anything. I never had problems with Sprint before this merge

I went by a T-Mobile store to sign up for 2 of the 55-Plus phone lines. The lines that are advertised to be $27.50/month for each line would have cost $110.00 per month for 2 lines, plus $30.00 per line for activation. Not exactly as advertised. The FTC should do something about their advertising, and T-Mobile should be ashamed.

Tried getting a mobile plan with T-Mobile. Started an account online but went to a physical store for further assistance. The sales associate informed us that we couldn't trade in our phones because AT&T had them locked. Called Customer Care and was informed that our account would be closed and to keep the SIM cards. All this happened in March; however, two months later and T-Mobile continues to send us a bill for services we've never used nor have. Called Customer Care more than 3 times. We keep getting the same response, "The account is closed and we won't be charged," however, we still keep getting a bill. The most recent is a bill stating, "the account is closed but payment is due immediately". At this point, we don't know what to do.

I am always on time with my payments. After I've been with them for a year. I ended up moving and had some serious unexpected bills hit me and I had issues paying my bill. They gave me a measley 72 hr extension. I needed another couple days extension and they refused to do that for me. Even though I've been on time for almost a year. I'm really am tired of t-mobile. I suppose other carriers are just as bad. This time the problem is I was told if I paid a certain amount I would have Netflix free. I couldn't set it up took time to take public transportation to the store they couldn't set it up. Had to take more time calling them come to find out I had to have two lines and then I would get netflix. This time I mean it I'm going to go check out Verizon and hope there's somewhat better.

If your looking to switch cell service do NOT switch to T mobile the worst reception in the industry and no one has any idea what they are doing. 98% customer service is in the Philippines and they have had very little training.

I went through my bills because there was a dispute for this months bills. They kept stating that it was an error in the system for the over charge. I called twice and still no changes. Finally after that was resolved, I called back after reviewing my bills from June of 2021 through now. I see they overcharged me over 100.00 a month for lines that I had cut off in June. I called and they said that they only have access for 60 days. I can see the over charges and the bills on the account are listed from a year and a half ago. I could ONLY see June 2021-now. But they said per their policy they can not go back for billing disputes passed 60 days. So if they over charge you, TOO BAD! Per their policy it's okay they overcharge you because they only can go back 60 days. WOW been with them since 2019, 4 years, LORD knows how much they have over charged! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE, that is the only way you know you won't be overcharged!

I joined a premium plan, because of a couple of free addon. I was advised to activate my free Paramount+ later, when I needed it, because it run for a year from activation. Maybe he should have warn me the offer expire. I am furious, and will no longer be a client! Simple!

After a month battling my bill, hours on phone with customer service at different times, spoken to 2 supervisor, had acct so they day in escalation, know I haven't missed payment, my bank had also gotten involved, T mobile assured my acct was fine after so much stress and know back to square one. I am in awe 12 yrs with T-Mobile and never had this problem in past. Time to seek another carrier. They can't get it together, all customer service read their scripts, "we understand and we are here to help you". Lies, lies! I'm really so livid and it's my money they are playing with. 5g or no 5g I see why govt, le have AT&T. Coverage, service is better and known to be professional.
