I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
I first started out with Sprint. Years ago, when sprint was by itself, the folks I would socialize with never had it. No one around me really liked sprint, and for that reason, I choose sprint and buy I'm a glad I did. Now, T-Mobile, I could not be happier. T-Mobile is now blowing out the competition. I took a chance on a brand and service that would provide me security as well as connectivity that, at the time, a while back, was a very judged brand. I brand that was known for certain things etc. Now, years later, I sit here writing this thinking how great full I am for taking that chance years ago, and sticking through with it! Thank you Sprint and T-Mobile for the opportunity's your services helped me create. Thank you for the connections you helped me find. Thank you for the late night phone calls, the "drunk" late night messages, and now, the ability to complete school work and a degree at home!

2 star customer rating tells everything. They added unnecessary service to my account without telling me and charged me a monthly fee. They kept charging me the same amount of monthly payment even after I changed my plan. My cellular service was suspended twice after I disputed the monthly charge. They lied and they were nasty.

Got two new phones $600 w/ everything unlimited data and the works. Now I got two good 5G phones with 0G service. I'm not even pay them for the first month I'm so disgusted. I'd be better off sending smoke signals than mess with these thieving foreigners that rips off Americans for their hard working money. Totally disappointed, never will I put my money in TMobile or sprints companies again nothing but terrible and no reliability for a customer.

T Mobile sucks. Do not trust the separate internet service. They provide inferior modem. They limit TV viewing half way thru month. I canceled returned modem on time but they were tardy to key. Then started to recieve hostile mail. I settled for 65 percent. Their Resident Agent cannot be found

They promised me $200 rebate to pay on my byop phone. Then after 2 months of waiting on my rebate found out it was declined bc I wasn't signed up for the magenta Max program which would have double my monthly payments. So left them and went to Spectrum

So I tried to get internet through them. My box was never delivered but instead was returned back in Dec of 2022. This is the end of March and I get a letter stating I owe almost 200. I called yall back in December and said I never received it and you checked the tracking and saw it was returned. Called again in January and Feb same thing happened. But yall kept trying to charge my account for services. Now once again I am on the phone trying to get this resolved. Smh will never do business with Tmobile

Annoying service. I bought a hotspot because my free access(my neighbor) is gone. 1st you have to make a phone call for just about everything-- their site always has a "glitch". I wanted to simply set up some kind of monthly plan, but when I called it had to be done thru some kind of third party call who then processed the pymt. I was very uncomfortable with that, seem outdated to me. I started buying the prepaid card and the site still gets those annoying "glitches". Takes 3 or 4 attempts to get the payment activated. Still looking for a consistent internet option (and no tech having to come inside my home) like I had back in the day with zoomtown.

Worse than AT&T and that's saying something. Porter my number to visible, 30 times the internet speed, better call clarity and 10th the spam for $25/\month using party psy. The Tmobile customer service actually wanted me to climb up a tree to see if I got a signal. The tower is 300 yards from my home. What a piece of work these folks are.

Had major internet issues with very low speed in are area for years. Had Frontier, Verizon etc., couldn't give us any more speed as we are near the end of their signal Along came T- mobile, 5g, very fast, couldn't be happier. Difference is like night and day.

I am still out over $200 for a device I returned in 8 days, instead of giving me back my return, they charged me again more and then charged my bill to my checking acct the next month. Still out $230 and has been exactly a month and not 1 penny has been returned have talked to over 10 employees by now and still have not received the right person to refund me. I would give negative stars if I could, it appears like a crime when someone has your money for over a month!

They $#*!ed up our order bad we had to get in contact with the states sale manager. It has taken two weeks for these $#*!heads just to get the order shipped and the package doesn't even show up in the UPS database. I bet 90 year olds could run a marathon be for these people could even give you a quote for a paper towel.

I've been a long time customer, no issues until now. I had issues with 2 phones, returned both to assuant, returned the last to tmobile. Assurance hasn't credited my account yet, even though both companies admitted they have all the phones. The manager, Scott, told me I'd have to pay 700.00 to keep my line on even though I don't owe it. Asked for a higher mgr and he said they don't speak to customers. Hoping this gets someones attention. I've spent almost 8 hours and 20 phone callas trying to resolve an issue that has nothing to do with me!

This review is for Dejon who works at 732 Broadway. I had a problem that took way to long to resolve. There was a false or fraudulent bill sent to me. I have not been with T-mobile for over 15 years. Anyway, although most of the people on the phone were courteous, Dejon really knew how to handle it and saved me so much time. He was amazing. He knew what he was doing and coudn't have been more helpful. I would give him five stars. Linda Joyce Stolow

Tried phoning customer service and given choice for call back. Opted for call back after 5+ on hold.
Return calk twice but would not let me accept call?
Called third time just to spend 14+ minutes waiting on hold for customer service.
Reason I called?
T Mobile has been harassing me with solicitation on both phone calls and text messages.
Called to say STOP trying to sell me stuff!
Darn I need to go back with Verizon I think.

Some lawyer should start a class action against T mobile. Absolutely the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They give you a promotion, then six months later take it away. When you protest they say lets see your contract, when they should have that. I say so if the contract says what I am claiming, you will honor it. They said yes. I dug around, found the contract, sent it to them and they claim thats not what they have. Its the contract I signed. I say send me the contract, they claim they sent it to your account, when you go there, there is absolutely nothing but past bills. Avoid these dishonest bastards at all costs.

Caller ID's on the 6 devices I manage are not showing up with correct names of the users. Tech help chat is OK but they can't seem to get it corrected. We are small family business and correct caller ID is essential. Also, users with iPhones advise that other users numbers are being blocked or not recognized. Our business has been with Sprint since 1998 with no glitches at all. T-Mobile has really fouled us up. Service is spotty and there is no 5G; very little 4G service without frequent dropouts. For us to transition to another carrier is going to be a big headache since business partners are all over the USA.

I opened an account with T-Mobile in April, 2017. I tried to use their service for a few days, but the reception was horrible at the place I work and at my house. I returned the phone, paid the restocking fee and asked them to cancel my account. They said they took care of it, but I notice in August I had been billed two $100 payments. I called them and told them their error. They said they would refund my money and close my account. They refunded me $100 and still owe me $100 and only remove my credit card from the account, they did not close it. Since then I have received a bill saying that I owed them more money, a letter from one collection agency and then a second collection agency. After receiving each of these, I called T-Mobile to get this taken care of and ask for my $100 dollars. Each time, I wasted four or five hours being passed from agent to agent until one finally lied to me and said it was taken care, only to find out it was not.

I am blowing the whistle on this abuse and fraud. I am going to the FCC to report how dismally they have managed the government funded lifeline service since they bought out Sprint and give poor people with disabilities and others in need dysfunctional phones that get worse then claim your three month warranty has expired and pay 39 dollars to get a replacement. I was in a wheelchair and have been the victim of hate crimes. T-Mobile is a bunch of hypocritical CEO big wigs running off with federal government money and laughing all the way to the bank. Tracphone, affiliated with SafeLink got the fraud whistle blown on them. These companies need to bow out or face the looming legal consequences of their fraud and taking advantage of programs and our federal tax dollars!

I was getting charged for a service for two years I wasn't getting due to an error on T-mobile's part. They credited me less than half of what I paid. The supervisor I spoke to didn't seem to care that I would switch to another carrier. That's quite arrogant from a wireless company that gives spotty reception. I'm switching to another carrier no matter what the cost. Better reception is switching.

I have been fighting to get over $100 dollars refunded after being charged for a phone service I never started. I was told by multiple reps my account and "purchase" of Tmobiles service was ended without my knowledge before it ever started, then charged more then the amount I HAD discussed with a sales rep when considering Tmobiles service. And now I've been fighting with in store and over the phone representatives for 3 months just trying to get my Stolen money back. Black ball this service

Dropped calls even when using WI-FI. The moment the merged with Sprint my service began to have problems. I dropped them in 2012 and switched to Sprint. Lo and behold they merged. They charge me extra for Mega Magenta and I still have horrible reception but they don't care as long as the payment goes through. I've sat on the phone with tech for hours to experience terrible reception. I'm over it. No I'm not. I'm not happy.

T-Mobile has the worst customer service. The customer service department act like they are $#*!ed or something. Ive called several times and went to store to get a billing issue resolved for being charged for services I never used. I would not recommend t mobile to anyone.

I call to see if any deals were available. She told me my plan and then try to upgrade to 95$ for almost the same plan. I've been with t-mobile since 2000 but thinking about changing to xfinty. She was very rude and I couldn't understand her... I work in a very busy retail and lots of people moving to Texas. I always tell them what lights, cable, and phone company NOT TO USE..

I was a Sprint customer, now I am with T Mobile due to the merger. First, they lied to me. I was told I had to get a new phone before the end of December or it wouldn't work. When I went into the store, I was told I had until March, but went ahead and upgraded anyways. The phone has bugs and keeps "losing" the network. My incoming text arrive a day after they are sent. This is a problem as my son checks on my welfare several times a week and it throws him into a panic. He resorts to calling neighbors to check on me. As soon as my contract is over, I am switching carriers. Also, don't go into the store for help, they are not friendly and you will be billed for it on the next month's bill.

Ordered home Internet with a pre-pay. Did not like their service. Cancel the prepaid order now they want to say they had me on a contract.
