I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
I signed up 15 days trial for 5G Home internet service and it is where the nightmare started. After I signed up, I received an email from T-mobile saying I got $10 balance charged but the name is not my name. I could not login the t-mobile account at all, so I called customer service for support. They helped me setup account but I still could not login. Always got service not available after I login. The customers service told me it will work later on. I waited for another day and I still could not login, so I decided to cancel the trial service and I returned the device. But later on, I found T-mobile starts auto charge my credit card. I called the customer service again and they are having problem to refund the money back to the credit card and ask me to provide routing number of my bank. Not sure if T-mobile outsource all the customers support to India company. I will not use T-mobile again

The T-Mobile coverage map shows that I am covered in my rural Georgia area. FALSE. I only get a connection about 3 times a day for 1 minute each time. It also shows that Macon, Georgia is also completely covered. WRONG! I drove through Bloomfield Rd and another area while listing to a radio app, and was disconnected for several minutes each time. STINKS.

I have had nothing but issues with the billing department and their lack of knowledge. I have spoke to several representatives regarding my monthly bill and what I wanted changed. Spent 2 hours on the phone with one of T-MOBILE reps from what country I have no idea. I finally hung up. My tmobile bill for December was $92 and now I was notified that my January pmnt will be $114. MENTALLY I am to tired to deal with anyone from tmobile. The only thing I can do now is to stop my auto pay. Maybe when they send me to collections someone that speaks English will call me.

I have called T mobile several times to get the second phone taken off my bill. I usually have to argue with someone about 30 minutes to get the phone taken off my bill. They said they fixed it.and I only have one phone on my bill. The next month I get my bill and they are still charging me for two phones. I have to call again and again and argue with people. Couple of times I just paid it to avoid the hassle. It's too much. Very aggravating

I was told my account was canceled multiple times but they continue to bill and demand payment. It takes forever to get on a call with a customer service rep. When I finally get to talk to someone I have found them to be very difficult to deal with and unhelpful. They consistently contradict themselves.

My phone will not allow me to make phone calls most of the time as it says unable to make a call since not connected to a network and when I try to text it says unable to send message and will send once network is available. I will definitely be switching back to Verizon once my son's phone is paid off.

Come here if you want to pay over $500 a month for two phones. We switched to xfinity mobile and now pay less than $100 for two phones and a watch wayyyy better deal. T-Mobile won't hesitate to jump the prices right on up and take you off family plans.

I wanted to switch to T-mobile a year ago. I payed for a sim card that I ended up not using. I never activated my sim card, and I never used their services. I kept calling to resolve it, but they kept charging me despite my effort to cancel or to explain I never activated the service to begin with. They ended up charging me $700 for a service that I had never used. I tried to resolve this multiple times to no avail. Then they sold my debt to a debt collection agency. Please learn from my mistake and do not conduct business with this shady company.

T-Mobile has terrible service! I had a prepaid phone with T-Mobile. I go to their site today trying to log in with the phone number but was told the account did not exist. I called the service and verified that they had given the number to someone else in another service. I was told trying to get the phone number back from the other company and was hand up on the phone.
I had this phone number with T-Mobile Prepaid account and had money to keep it last for a while. I have several other online accounts associated with this phone number. Even the money was used up, they should notify me to fill more. No, they just give the number away to another service without my knowing it. And they told me to deal with the other service to get the number back! I have no business with the other service! Now I am just totally helpless!

It didnt even take 3 weeks and they sold every marketer and fraud company my information. I am getting a fraud every hour even on Saturday and Sunday. No one else except my mom and brother have my number as of this point, so I am positive they did it!

Worst service ever. I had so many issues with them and they barely have any towers in town. If I went downtown, the service would be slow and my music wouldn't work. IDK why their commercial tries to tell you they can cover you in the air on a plane when they can't even cover you in all parts of the city. One time they turned my service off and it took multiple calls and hours of talking to ppl to find out what was going on. Then when they turned it back on, they changed my number to an area code that I don't live in. I also paid $40 on my prepaid account and after they changed my number, my account showed I only paid $20. After paying $40, my phone ran out of service 2 1/2 weeks later! I'm now on Verizon where I get cheaper and better service. I will never go back to t-mobile.

I decided to go with T-mobile for my daughter's sake, to savemoney, boy, was I wrong. I had straight talk, and never dropped a call, or had bad reception anywhere. T-mobile, however, I can't get service on half my property. What a joke. There commercials are lies the coverage sucks. Go with straight talk a lot better than T-mobile.

Our family switched from T-Mobile/Sprint to Verizon in November of 2021 due to the poor customer service and poor coverage since the the 2 companies merged. It's been an absolute nightmare with Sprint! They sent us a final bill in February (for the lease of the iPhones that we handed over to Verizon as part of their deal). Then we get another bill in May saying that we still owe them for the lease of one of the 4 phones that we were told we just paid off. TM/Sprint will do everything in their power to keep charging you for services and phones you are no longer using. They should be held accountable for this type of deception and fleecing their once loyal customers who could no longer stomach their service or coverage.

I called 3 times about charges that is incorrect to my bill, This continues to happen for months. Everytime I called, they tell me it is resolved but then lie how they want me as a customer and yes me to death with saying they will take care of everything BUT they just lie to get me off the phone and then nothing happens. This is the worst phone service place to go to, I would not recommend T Mobile.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year as a customer I deserve honesty not the run around. T-Mobile Customer service still owes me money the supervisor lied to me and their so -called experts too. I was told 2-4 times my money would be deposited in my bank account and never was like the supervisor told me it would. These people are not experts they are out to rob you they are scammers and they never apologized once for giving me the run around they kept telling me the same story more than once. Just excuses they don't care about customers just out to rob you.

So I turned in my 14 Plus to get the $800,00 promotion, I reset my phone to factory settings and turns out that I had the "Find my phone" feature still turned on and because of that I do not get the $800 promotion. They said that once the phone is rejected you can't send it back after you fix the problem. What a rip off, nothing was said about that, I did what I was told to do. I am sorry that I went with T Mobile now.

I switched from Verizon to tmobile 4 months ago and I regret it, I have to call them twice a month to fx my bill, you will never have the same bill never, every time they apologize and promise to give you credit back, never happen it they will change you again and again for things you didn't order or used. When you call for support they can never resolve the issue! They constantly ask you to drive to the store for support. When you ask for a supervisor it only gets worse. They can't resolve anything and the calls continue to mysteriously drop! ZERO customer service abilities!

They billed and charged me twice with two different amounts for final bill and would not correct it. In-addition the advertisement about the 5G Wireless internet is a hype, it didn't work as expected and they sold me a booster they don't have support for and gave me the run around when trying to work with them to fix the issue. Will never come back to them and will always give bad reviews any chance I get throughout social media and my inner circle contacts as long as they are not willing to fix the issue, I am speaking from experience and have been with them for 14 years and yet they would not refund any amount or be willing to solve the issue.

Negative 5 should be an option for these reviews. About 21 years ago, I had T-Mobile. My phone didn't have service in my own apartment, in the middle of my state's capital city of almost a million people. I switched to Sprint and had many years of great service and coverage. I had cell service everywhere, even backpacking in the mountains. Then, T-Mobile bought Sprint and ruined it. Now, my cell service is as bad as it was 21 years ago. Everything T-Mobile says in its advertising is a lie. It is a fraudulent corporation. If T-Mobile offered to give me a free IPhone and an IMac to boot, I still wouldn't sign up with this despicable company. I doubt I will get better coverage with any other company. The quality of everything is collapsing. But, as soon as I can, I will switch to a different carrier, even if it is out of nothing but anger at this fraud of a company.
