I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.

Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.

T moble are liars, once you sign a contract, my phones are 7 years old, if i get a new phone i must pay full price. While new customers get free phones. I pay auto pay, for 7 years all payments made on time, but still i am craped on. And do not let them tell you the plan never changes. This is a lie. It continually goes up, and any upgrades, they charge through the nose. And tell you if you do not like it go elsewhere, t moble does not care.

I have had nothing but issues since sprint merged with t mobile. They screwed up my billing, when I needed a replacement on my phone it took longer then a week to get another phone. Recently I switched carriers because I couldn't use my phone for 4 days. It said I was not on a network, I couldn't make calls or receive them nor send texts or get them delayed. I called customer care to trouble shoot and they told me to do everything I already did so they were no help and just told me I qualified for a new phone. I just switched carries altogether. Now I'm getting charges even my account is disconnected and each rep is saying different things but bottom line is I was charged for a full month when I cancelled before the full month and they're saying they're going to charge me again the final bill. Supervisors there are a joke and are not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend this carrier to anyone.

Again, Ron don't walk from this company they will sell you plans that they do not share all the information with and will choose to share that information with you months down the road when you are locked and they tell you there's no contract but they have a contract. They lied to us time and time again and now we are locked in for two years to a shut phone company with terrible coverage, and a company that does not stand behind what they have done wrong

Just want to submit a comment. T-Mobile does great for deals for new customers but not for current customers. Especially customers that have been on android and want to switch to iphone. Have no prior iPhone to exchange. Only android. The only way to get a good deal on new iphone is to switch phone companies. All companies have this issue, not just T-Mobile where they have great deals for bringing on new customers just not for current customers. Something to think about.

I have bought one mobile phone for my personal use. My friend is used the T-mobile. It is much quality compare to others.So i have buy this mobile immediately. It is very useful for all the activities like charting, sharing, direction, File saving etc. It is very useful for all the business men and professionals. I feel very happy to use this. It is more attractive for my friends and my relatives. It is more convenient to me.

I was trying to get help from T Mobile to stop my service because I switched to another provider ( due to T Mobile being more expensive)
No one didn't inform me that all my lines had been switched to my provider. T Mobile just kept sending me a bill. No one from T Mobile informed me that I had to go to an actual store in person to fully stop my services.
I thought by calling the customer service representative would be able to help me but she couldn't. Even with my account number! Why have an account number then?
T Mobile failed to inform me when I switched to another provider and just kept charging me for something I was no longer using in my home! They just wanted my money!
T mobile customer service support is earful and not satisfactory at all what so ever! Very Poor Service FOR SURE!

Store Associate Kareem Taha was very polite and helpful, he showed his knowledge and kindness while helping us to pick the right phone for senior relative.

T-Mobile is totally useless. Sprint customer for 6 years. Great experience. T-Mobile stepped in and I had no service 12 days in July and on my 6th day of no service in August. Customer Service useless as is their performance.

16 calls at least in 3 weeks, complete waste of time. T-Mobile you don't send a SIM card with my new OnePlus 10 Pro. (actually uses 2) 3 weeks later it arrives. In the interim T-Mobile gave me grief in texts and emails about returning my current device. Well... How does it activate, migrate data, run, without one? Then 6 calls to activate the SIM. Then 3 calls (at least to migrate data. Finally the Philippines got OnePlus on the phone in France. 4 minutes later, success! Thank you T-MobilePhilippines! THANK YOU ONEPLUS! Shame on you T-Mobile US! 4 missed scheduled callbacks! Really. Makes me feel real (NOT) warm and fuzzy about being a customer over 6yrs.

Tip for consumers:
I love the phone!! Just T-Mobiles inexperience/indifference nearly made me change my mind.

Tried their service for a month on a month to month plan because thinking of switching. Service is no better than Verizon. Cancel service pay their final bill of $80.4 with Créid card and no saying they can't fine it. Send them a copy of the Créid card statement and they don't care. Now it's in collections and RPM was sent 5 paid statements and still say pay us and we look into it. STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE

Last yr, I bought a Oneplus 6T from TM, with a trade in phone that was examined and deemed in good condition in a TM store. Followed instruction and send it to TM, got receipt verification by TM. According to the rules, I get the $300 in monthly credit in 24 months. The credit never came. After 5 or 6 phone calls, I still don't have the credit. Each representative I talked use the same tactic and they all seem to have been trained to lie. Some claim the phone was defective, some claim never received the phone and some say don't worry, the problem will be taken care off. I have and showed them evidence in writing of the good phone condition in TM store and receipt of the phone by TM. But none of them did anything. Total scam. Do not buy any phone from TM!

Waited 2 weeks for the SIM card to get here. The instructions for setup are completely unclear and unhelpful. Wouldn't let me use my old number and then wouldn't give me a new number and then kept asking me to put in the number that it never gave me.

I received an invoice charge after I canceled the service, the lines had not canceled it, the lines had only been suspended and after a while they charged me and told me that they had notified me for several months and I have no notification of any kind. Bad service company mmm.

I went in to the store the person that waited on me told me she did not know much about my phone but she know everything thing about all other phone but mine and could not help me. I even bought my phone from them. I left and not getting any answers.

They lie to u when u need a new phone. They tell u it is free when u trade-in. Ur old phone. However they sneak in a $4.00/month charge. This is done so if u don't stay with them for 2 years, they charge u the total unpaid amount of new phone remaining. This after they tell u you are not on a 2 year contract. Real sneaky way of locking a customer to them for 2 years. Two years of very poor service! Their 5 star rating is 1.68.

This is the worst company we have ever been with. They present 'free offers" for phones and then have you pay for them for years... lots of dropped calls even in a large city.

The bill keeps increasing and increasing It is near impossible (waited up to 128 minutes to talk to a rep) to get through and when you do they transfer you or put you on repeated holds

If someone is starting a class action suit for fraud and lying and mental and emotional Anguish I would join! AVOID T mobile Buyer cutomer BEWARE

Internet was good for the first few months. And then would be intermittent and streaming on. TV would be go out for hours at a time. Help from T-Mobile only seem to make it worse.
With the online help from T-Mobile, it only made it worse.

I called T-mobile after Verizon kept raising my bill. The representative that answered had one goal, to sell me as much crap as possible before I could get off the phone! While I insisted I didn't want a fancy case or that horrible watch, she insisted it was free and I needed it. Now, 3 months later, after trying to send that big ugly watch back and being refused, my bill is more than Verizon! Calling customer service is a joke, they tell you what you want to hear and do nothing! DON'T TRUST T-MOBILE...EVER!

WORST RECEPTION EVER. BAD FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS!
We had for 8 years a business account with Sprint with 4 phones and were very happy with it without any problems. Now its T-Mobile and we had to switch out the sim cards. What a difference. At all the important places we are constantly going, even in our home we have very poor or NO reception. If we try the mobile hotspot we have NO internet. What the heck. Not that we would be in the middle of nowhere. It is right in cities and populated areas. This is a totally useless service for us. They will probably charge us an arm and a leg if we want to get out of that contact.

T mobile was the best I found for elderly like me, very nice salesman & knew all about my needs for a new carrier, I used Boost for 6yrs & they were very rude & only after your money!

I am using TM BlackBerry Bold 4 I9900 from 2 years and i never had a issue yet. Once i got some technical problem with software installation i immediately concerned to relevant department and it was solved on the moment.

T-MOBILE is one great company - they have the best phone deals they have the best customer support whether in the store or calling - you can set up a payment plan with them and their phones are priced low to high with great support. Having trouble with your phone take it in and they will refresh the phone I had trouble with a note of mine and received a new phone the next day. I have been with them for a few years now and highly recommend the company a class act!

I loved TMOBILE for the last 4 years, great customer service (customer based REPS BY "Team")They really helped me, always financially, never got shut off. We all know how important that is. I always paid but on a payment arrangement. They worked FOR me, not against ME like they've done for the part year and they're still going strong. I'll need to switch, but they're all blood thirsty for as much $$$ as they can get. Too bad TMobile, you were making it rich being nice and empathetic.

Tip for consumers:
Should have "past" review stars and " present" service review stars . Its always good in the beginning.....then it goes downhill to crap!

I moved on from Verizon after 20yrs just to find out it wasn't so bad. T-mobile has an great pitch, but once your in the experience is horrible. The service is never smooth and the trying to contact customer service is a nightmare. Will be going back to Verizon
