I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.

Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.

Horrible company, no customer support. Once they have your money...especially on auto pay, they have got you. Horrible internet, horrible customer service. Don't do it, don't get involved with this company.

I would never trust T-Mobile if you have there service. Was very trusting and ripped off for a lot of money. When I canceled and switched to Verizon they said I owed a lot for my phones and every month after paying what I was told my last bill they sent another bill payed that and they sent my account to a collection agency. Spent menu hours of my time and over $1000 dollars to switch to Verizon. T-Mobile offered me $600 to stay I cringe every time I see there commercials. Wish I was able to Sue them horrible costumer service. Charged me for insurance that I didn't know I was paying then when my phone broke they wanted $800 for a phone I payed $400 on Amazon.

Tip for consumers:
T-mobile doesn’t care about you.

I do not recommend using T-Mobile for anything they are terrible they always overcharge your bills shut your service off for no reason when your bills already paid the weekend stuff can't even speak English and they are horrible today I spent an hour and 15 minutes on the phone with these people! Better beware do not use T-Mobile f******

I have been using it for a long time now since I was introduced to it and I am glad that I moved for my old network. T Mobile has a lot to offer and seams to fit my every need. It is a network for everybody and has absolutely filtering when it comes to what it has to offer the users..

Several occasions I've had to call about not being able to send a mms. Now no service today for 7 hours almost 2 hours on hold and got a 15 dollar credit. They offered a watch (additional line) a tablet (additional line) but since I didn't want additional services I got 15 dollars. They will be disconnecting 2 phone lines soon! Worse service ever! They use to be good but not anymore. I had better service with Cricket! Had to leave 1 star to post a review. They don't deserve that 1 star! DON'T DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT!

10 years I've been with Sprint and delt with the poor service and no the disregard for long time customers.
I chose to upgrade my phone and was offered 800 as a trade in towards the new phone but I wasn't allowed to finance the 400 balance. I have a $1,350 with sprint but you won't finance $400.
Bills paid on time.
10 years of service with you
3 devises on my account
Thousands spent with Sprint over the past 10 years along with multiple devises.
You take care of new people like they're gold but not your lifers.
Your loyalty and customer service is crap.
I went to the store and then called customer service to discuss it.
They would give me a lower grade phone and finance that remaining amount but not the one I wanted for 200 more.
Mind blow. Your no better then AT&T

They are in India or the Phillipines or something. They suck at english language comprehension... I've been unable to get my issue with merging my internet and phone accounts together. So I have to call customer service every month to pay my internet bill. These agents are completely useless. I will be canceling and searching for someone that will actually solve my issue. Waste of time and space. What on earth is tmobile paying for? Stop outsourcing your customer service reps. I miss sprint was with them over 10 years. T mobile suuuucks. Buyer beware.

They charged me a reinstatement fee when I got my device turned back on that cost me 101.00 then the next month they charged me 25.67 plus my bill of 55.00 then they sent me a bill for a device I returned back in February I am not renewing my services I'm very disappointed in there costumer service and the way they bill you have a great $#*!ing day

I used the box on 15 day trial. Found it would not word with Lenovo computers. I canceled within the 15 days and got a label to return the box. I was charged over 60 dollars and called back. Lady said it was not cancelled so got another label for return. I got a text saying I would get a 15 dollar credit. The box works well but they don't tell the truth about charges.

Any one please do not trust what sales person and customer service representative tells you,they are not trustworthy people,everyone will tells you different things and pass 14days after 14 days we are stuck with our contract.
Please please do not change your phone service to T-Mobile

I mailed the device 4 months ago. You received the package. If you did not receive the device you would have a note by the person who opened the package. The device was received by you. If you cannot find it, it means you replaced it. You have guts to keep charging me for it and I keep disputing it month after month. It does not take so many months to do any inquiry. Get to work t-mobile.

I've been trying to contact somehuman not a computer! I finally get a human only to find out they do not know how to connect me to a supervisor, they either don't understand my language or play games with me! I'm on call number 6 today and surprise surprise I still haven't talked to anyone. I'm canceling my service and praying Verizon is better. Good bye, I don't forget how people treat me.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy an iPhone. If you do definitely don’t use sprint or t-Mobile !!!!

I went to t-mobile store and i asked for the price for trading my samsung note 20 ultra to get the note 22 ultra and they told me that i cast me 399 different that i will pay and it will be 16$ monthly and when i went next day to another store and we talked about it it was another offer that i pay 1199 total but when i told him to cancel it he said it gonna cost you 70$ i said ok its fine i pay it and he did not cancel it he made the purchase so when i told him why he said i thought you told me to make the purchase i was soo mad and he didn't want to give me my old phone back, i told him just give me my money back and i will pay the 70$ for cancelation he said we can cancel it and you have to pay 70$ but you are not going to get the old phone back and if i cancel it and i pay 70$ he t mobile will pay me only 127$ for my samsung note 20 ultra

20 yrs with TMobile in the 3rd largest city in Oregon, and the coverage is still terrible. Not only that they switched me to paperless billing without my permission. I got a text saying they did it, and if I still wanted paperbilling to call by the 8th, which I did and I spoke to Lars. He assured me me I would still get detailed paper billing. I need my bills for legal purposes to prove when I spoke to certain people. What I got was just a break down of the charges! I called and CSR was not only condescending but rude. Said she would email me a copy even though I told her I had no printer and no PC due to rent taking 88% of my monthly income. I am now looking into Verizon, as much as I dislike Verizon I have no choice because TMOBILE did not nake me feel like a valued customer. I also can't get 2.5 miles from my home without losing service.

T mobile don't answer the phone. And they keep there customers on hold for 2-3hours. But they want their money each month from their customers and they also have bad customers service. And they add things to your bill each month without you knowing that. I give t mobile a bad score which is 0

I ordered 2 phone lines and internet in May, they screwed up my order by not putting my apartment number. I tried several times to get a new order and they screwed that up too. I got frustrated being on the phone for hours to get my order right until I got fed up and canceled. I never received my phones and got a internet router that didn't work. I went to my local corporate headquarters and had the manager call. She was told that I would receive my refund in 5 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. I called today and was told that my refund was declined because they were waiting to receive the phones back. Per UPS they were returned to them and now they won't give me my money back. They have over $100 of mine. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Customer Service is awful and they just want your money.

Tip for consumers:
They are not transparent and have the worse customer service. Be prepared to be on the phone for 1-2 hours for a new order . Agents need more training. That’s what happens when you outsource outside of the states . Nobody cares. I had to call 3 times just to cancel my order.

I went to my metro PCs store to buy a new phone. I've been a customer for a long time. They talked me into switching to T mobile. DON'T DO IT!. MY WORST DECISION EVER. I PAY TWICE AS MUCH AND THE SERVICE SUCKS

I have used and loved Samsung Galaxy phones for YEARS. I prefer the Note because of its size and quality. *or, they used to be, but my last Note was the 3 or 5, can't remember
This POS the guy had me walk out with is the Samsung A11. It's the worst phone I have ever owned! It sucks so badly. None of the prompts, icons, etc. take you to the correct destination. AND, for a company that leads in technology:
How the hell can they have such an awful App, that NEVER works?
I mean, it's never fixed, never working correctly.
Ie: today they sent me a text saying I needed to pay my bill
So I followed the link, then tried the app, like a dozen times. Can't Log In to Pay My Bill.
Can't Log In at ALL. The T-Mobile app is a FAIL!
Cannot wait to get to my local store and leave this awful company in the dust. Sweet cheezits how aggravating, time wasting and unnecessary.

BEWARE: DO NOT USE T-MOBILE

We had a free line after we add my son. We decided to add my mom to our account on that free line. They said we have to pay for that line. Why we have to pay for it, if it is free. It doesn't make any sense. They just want to charge us additional $25. All they care is money as all of these companies.

As we all know, T-Mobile bought out sprint. This is the worst buy out I've experienced as a customer. As a sprint customer, I keep getting the run around at T-Mobile stores "I can't touch sprint accounts"…okay well I keep getting texts that say my mifi is no longer compatible because of T-Mobile but yet the stores can't do anything about it. Needless to say, I'm jumping ship and starting new elsewhere. I hope all Sprint customers do so as well.

I switched from Metro PCs to t mobile and paid for new internet tablet sim and new phone I was charged 217.00 dollars for the switch. And today I called to see where my equipment was at and it was shipped to the wrong address in a different zip code and t mobile told me in the Caribbean that I would have to go and try to get my equipment at the address that it was shipped to or pay another 217.00 to have it shipped to my actual location. Then they lied. To me and said that it was UPS fault and they also claimed to put me on the phone with ups agent in the Caribbean that sounded a whole lot like the person I was talking to before I escalated the call. It's ashamed when you pay you're bill on time everytime and get treated with such disgust. I am sad to say I probably never see that money again. What scammers. It's really sad I even have an email of shipping with date and equipment and a voicemail with the very evidence described above by a t mobile employee

Signed up with T-Mobile internet only and at the time I told them Do Not sell my information. They did actually the opposite and sold it and everyday since I have been receiving 10 - 15 spam emails. I call T-Mobile about this and they said they would opt me out of spam emails. It has been over 24 hours and I am still receiving the spam emails. I will be canceling my internet with T-Mobile

*New customer with T-Mobile* Spoke with a customer service representative named Maranda who informed me that the file handset research claim was filed. Only to wait 10 days later and spoke with another representative that told me that my file was not completed. UPS has stolen my phone and now I am without my new phone and had to file a claim with T-Mobile. My first bill has already been process and I am still without my phone!

Don't believe anything they tell you. They lied to me to get my business, then lied to keep my business, lied about prices, lied about contracts, then lied about lying! I had to pay or else they threatened me with locking my devices and collection agencies. They are evil!

They've had her on the phone for 3 hours, told her they could lower her bill with NO changes, and then took away our tv cable and DVR's. She is now just trying to get what she had back and they're up pricing for what she already had and that they took without her knowledge.
