I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
Don't ever do business with T-Mobile! I have had a business account with them. I had to switch to Verizon because T-Mobile doesn't have service in my area. So, I was disconnected from T-Mobile yesterday. Now they say it will take 72 hours to unlock my phones. So in the meantime, I have no phone service for my business! This is a BUSINESS account!

Trying to switch to another company and have been approved by TMobile to port my number but they won't unlock my SIM card. I have my phone on someone else's account and they have to have his password and pin which I don't have but if the number is already ported why can't you follow through and do your job and unlock the phone. Now you have charged him another month because my phone is still on t mobile cuz it's locked. All a little game!

I bought service to go to Paris and told the Salesman I only need it for 2 months he signed me up and told me I don't need to cancel after 2 months the phone will shut off on its own. 6 months later I get a large bill I went to the store, called customer service they were all in on it they looked up the phone records seen it wasn't used in the states. It was very obvious it was on purpose and that they do this to other people

I guess I was stupid enough to believe their advertisements about quality customer service.
I have had their service for nearly 2 years now. I have contacted their customer service team maybe 5-10 times and I have yet to have any sort of reasonable service. I have had to go thought the BBB to get even basic support.
Their agents will lie and tell you they are the director of the call center... if you are the director for the call center you are NOT going to be the one answering the phones. Their agents will lie over Facebook promising help and its endless lies, deceit and horrible service.
2 more months and I will be rid of this sorry excuse for a company.

They will charm you but once you're locked in INSTANT BS. I've called different tmobiles and even supervisers. Your bill will be all over the place with extra charges but never under, they will have you waiting hours to talk to someone and it will be get resolved. Why?! Because you are locked in. Period! Trust me

I transfer my old phone ( iPhone 12 mini) to take the new phone (iPhone 13) They charge for me $26.67 for every month, and I need to pay in 30 months, so total I need to pay over $800 for iPhone 13. So that mean t-moble token free my iPhone 12 mini, and they didn't divide for me any money from iPhone 12 mini.

The customer service reps most of the ones I talk to seem to have no idea what they're talking about and will waste hours of your time when you can just Google stuff for 1/10th the time. Most useless customer service reps ever.

I was excited about going back to T-Mobile after 23 years. But now I'm very disappointed with the plan I have. My former service provider provides the same service and better for much cheaper. And to add insult to injury this Revvl phone is the absolute worst! I have to call some one three times because getting thru, the calls will drop, and I hate this RTT on my phone. It's difficult to multitask and hang up after talking to someone. I tried to get another phone after having it not so long, they wanted me to buy an expensive phone. I'm going back to my former service provider.

I live in Wenatchee Washington. Over a year ago I was going to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Went to t mobile. Johnathan the manager installed a t mobile sim card into a Verizon phone. I didn't have a phone for 2 days. Didn't know Johnathan signed me up for an account. T mobile has been taking $65 out of my account for several months I've been trying for over 7 months to get my money back for a phone or service I've never had. Then T mobile turned me into collections company for $270.79 for a phone I've never had. This company cares about 1 thing. MONEY. If you want good service. Look elsewhere

T-Mobile has terrible cell coverage, especially in the Southwest, AND the WORST customer service! We chose to employ our "cancel at anytime" term in our contract and they still charged us for the following month. We visited their store and called several times to clarify the overcharge and they couldn't answer our questions and concerns and refused to remedy the situation. Instead, they referred us to their credit agency and threatened our credit rating. We eventually won in arbitration and was awarded $1,000 for our hardship!

Purchased internet service which after 1.5 months of trying to get a good signal, I gave up.
Went to their store where I purchased it and was told by an extremely rude salesperson that if I wanted to cancel I needed to call their customer service and that the store ( in Haines City, Fl) would not accept their equipment because I needed to get a label to ship the equipment. After calling their customer line (someone in India answered) I was told that I needed to take the matter to the store. Finally I ended up going to another store in a different city to get it resolved.
Bottom line: Their phone internet did not work; their customer service is AWFUL!

I returned my son's phone with the post office, they have a weight on the box that the phone was in the package. After 3 months they then put a $300 charge on my account saying the phone wasn't in the package. I got a receipt showing the post office showed. Still t mobile doesn't want to help a customer out when I've been a loyal customer.

I have been T-Mobile customer for >20 years. I started getting span messages hundreds of them per day and multiple phone calls. One of the techs told me that the only solution was to change the phone number, which I did (the one that I had for 20 years!). It started again: I was getting span messages and I wasn't able to send text messages, though it was shown like they were sent. My messaging was blocked by T-Mobile for several days. I asked what could have been done to prevent it from happening again, but response from the manager was that it shouldn't happen again. It happened again, my account is blocked for two weeks. The manager told me that the next te it would be one month and after that my account would be suspended. I didn't do anything on my end for that to happen.
Very bad customer service! And to mention that service is bad when traveling abroad, I had issues in Canada and other countries.
Today switching to Verizon, should have done it earlier!

When you're connecting the internet service for your home or one of your devices everything goes smoth. I had the service for about 5 months and then when I tried to cancel the nightmare started. From going to the actual stores, 3 of them to calling customer service, it took me 7 hours to cancel the service.

I am a Court Appointed Conservator, VA Appointed Fiduciary & Health Care Proxy for a disabled Veteran. I manage everything for her. Her phone is broken. I pay her phone bill. She requested a new Flip Phone from T-Mobile. With phone password, pin & last 4, I spent over 1.75 hours the other day and could not achieve upgrading her FLIP(!) phone. TODAY, even with phone number, password, pin & last 4, T-Mobile would not release her account number. Will NEVER again do business with T-Mobile. We should be thanking Veterans for their service - not making their lives increasingly difficult. I will have to transition her to a new number. Thanks for NOTHING T-MOBILE. If I can not say something positive, I usually do not write. I am just completely taken aback by their response and do not wish this on anyone.

I have been a Sprint customer since 2001. My service was great until the T-Mobile/Sprint merger was completed. Since then my signal is in reliable. I upgraded my phone, Galaxy S21. Changed the SIM card to a T-Mobile card. Service got worse. I frequently cannot send or receive texts make and receive calls. No one at T-Mobile can explain why. This was hyped up as the biggest 5G network and greatest network. After 22 years I am considering AT&T, Verizon or CSpire. My contract ends in March 2023 so it may be goodbye to T-Mobile. Customer service is great, but having reliable service is what I pay for.

Shame on you. Horrible service and price gouging. Went to At&t right next door and got better service and product. Shame on you. Manager at AT&T said they all offer pretty much the same services. I totally disagee and am so much happier with At&T.

T-mobile sucks. No service. Calls go straight to voicemail. Then you can not call out, it says emergency calls only or the call will not connect to the person trying to call. Then no internet. It says not connected to a network. T-mobile says to restart phone and check how many bars. I restart the phone and only have 2 bars out side. Also they say its a Florida thing not enough towers. This is ridiculous, get more towers. Do not get T-mobile they are the worse.

I was in T-Mobile yesterday in Boise and the service I got was wonderful.
Janet was very patient with me, took her time, was not rushed at all and has a great personality. The janitor, not really janitor,
Another worker; Was very patient with me also, I appreciated the customer service these two showed me

I don't know were to begin with, wait time of 1.5 hour for a call back? 45 minutes of wait time after the call back, being disconnected after the 45 minutes or when the representative called Dayna answered.
I asked her to note my number and call me if we get disconnected but that did not help when she wanted to connect me to my account representative and I was disconnected. The irony is that despite having the last 4 digit of our business tax ID # my name, my password, my phone # and my business # she could not say why I could not log in to my password.
