I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
This is the WORST service I have EVER had. I used to be a Sprint customer and now that Sprint and t mobile have merged, it's the WORST service EVER. I have many dropped call after dropped call after dropped call after dropped call troubles, in well populated areas. If I could give negative stars I would rate it negative 5 stars. That's how bad the service is.

90% of the time I have a mediocre service, it doesn't matter where I go or what phone I use ( I have two iPhones), With unlimited plan, I still get an awful internet speed and I am always having hard time using simple apps that doesn't require fast internet connection, at this moment I only have one bar and whenever I call customer service they say they can't do much or anything about this issue, STAY THE FCUK AWAY FROM T-MOBILE

My name is Keith Marks i now have a t mobile account not by choice loved sprint. Terrible customer service. Rep will tell you anything just to get off the phone. I have bank statements showing my bills with sprint was up to date. 6 months later i get a bill stating that I'm passed do. I had been making my payments on time but no one told me or called. Took my payment and put it towards sprint bill when I've never been behind. T mobile had no answer to any of my questions. But to say I've never paid them when I've been paying them since NOV or whenever the switch was (t mobile has no clue). You have to call sprint but why I'm not with sprint anymore. Rep told me if i didn't pay on he would send it to collection to scare me when t mobile didn't even investigate the charges with my bank statement. These guys took the easy way out just to get a new customer. Not to mention service wasn't the best. Goes in and out of service. Verizon has agreed to buy out my contract with t mobile now that customer service. Have a blessed one

I bought hot spot service for $55, I was told it will be refunded if it has any problems, but the second day I go to the store for return because the devise they gave me is not functional. Then they said I have to pay $70 for repackaging for the process of returning.this is very crazy to refund $50 paying $70. Indirectly no refund. After several months they send bills to my home that I have to pay for each months bill with the fee because it is not canceled,I told them the devise is not not functional since the first day so u supposed to refund my money but u didn't. And now u are asking me to pay blocked service. They say I have to cancel the subscription, but they already blocked the service because the devise is not functional either they don't need to give the refund. Finally I pay $145 what they want they said it is the final payment after the cancellation. Another month they send bill to my home they said one more last payment $98. Another month the sent bill my home recalculated adjustment one more last bill $68. They cheat u,if you want to trash ur money go to T mobile that will be ur choice.

T Mobile's customer website shows that my two lines use iPhones - that is wrong, we have Samsung S22s. Two different CRSs were unable or unwilling to correct this, and both tried to persuade me that the incorrect info shouldn't matter to me. Also, even though I returned my TM 5G router on Oct 22,2022, TM kept charging me service fees for its use - despite their own records that show I returned it on that date. I requested a full, back-dated refund but I only received a partial refund. Apparently it is TM's position that the customer is responsible for maintaining the integrity of TM's own - clearly broken - systems! Abject and unapologetic institutional incompetence.

Won't honor their 15 day money back guarantee for their internet service, and won't fix their own errors. Do NOT even attempt to try their lousy internet service, they bill you even after returning their hardware within the 15 day trial period, promise you a refund within 72 hours, then call you back in 96 hours and make you hold and hold forever while they "manually" process a refund that you never actually receive. Their customer service is in India. They lie, they don't do anything they promise, AND their internet doesn't work at all, even for a security light only 20 feet away. Don't waste your time, energy and good money on their scam. RUN AWAY TO ANYBODY BESIDES T-MOBILE!

Tried their internet, it's horrible, but I got billed in spite of their "free trial" period, and cannot get a refund. Just say NO to T-Mobile, they are dishonest.

I just called T Mobile about the problems my mom and I were having in connecting our cellphones calls to the T Mobile towers in our area. Fortunately, Angelica Joyce who was/is the technician who assisted me, helped me solve this problem on both phones, and also provided me all the information I
Needed to know about the internet connections. I was so. Pleased with her services, because not only did she helped me solve this problem, but she also made my day with her lovely personality. I am happy to say that SHE MADE MY DAY! And also say, that T Mobile has great costumer services. Thank you Angelica and T Mobile for having Keep up the good work.

Rating is actually negative, but this site doesn't provide the ability not to give at least 1. TMobile cannot integrate Sprint customers, force you to close your Sprint account if you attempt to have anything TMobile and then cannot open you a new account because their system tells them you have a sprint account (3 days after you've closed the Sprint account) TMobile employ both in store and business office dealing with the stores cannot help and the store employees are told to call Sprint It is a true nightmare Why a company that does not have the ability to run a merger was permitted to merge is another reason our legislatures should not be permitted to hold the strings

I have T-Mobile 7 years ago they rob me so much money make me sign deals with all lies than send me huge bills to my house finally got out of their claws, yesterday I go and try to get the smart watch for my little girt they said is free 10$ a month okay that sounds to good to be T-Mobile after I when thru trying to get it, they want me to move all my family lines to them so I can get the watch for free and pay 10$ a month but if I don't do that I have to pay full price for the watch and 70$ plus tax plus some type of fees at month, gues what they haven't change they just got worse trying to sell me an kids smart watch over $300 after all the fees not an Apple Watch just a kid smart watch beware they send you home with brand new phones paying nothing but just wait for the first bill good luck everyone.

T-mobile on Foxcroft in Martinsburg WV - Customer service from the store has been good, but the phones we bought when we were transferred from Sprint are a nightmare. OnePlus Nord N10 is a fine phone when it works. But it is buggy as hell. And this is not just a lemon - we got three of them and they have all been bad. One phone has been replaced once or twice, and the refurb phones they give us are exactly the same. Display will go dim to the point of being unreadable in any light, and phone has to be rebooted. Video recording will frequently crash. Sometimes the pink screen of death that requires a complete factory reset. Everyday, even multiple times a day. I just had video recording crash 5 times in a row before I restarted the phone. Warranty is useless. These phones aren't broken - they are all just crap and when you complain you just get another one. Very dissatisfied.

Since April 2023 we have a problem with one of our phone which is for business and we contacted them, talked to 3-4 different people to resolve the technical issue finally they said your device should be replaced and we are going to send you the same model device and send the other back, we did it after a week I called again with the same problem and the new device turned off by self and they said we are sorry we will take care of it and because of this issue this device is brand new and never use which was lie again. After 3 months I received bill with charge of $679 and regular service is just 3 line for $138. I called and I asked what's going on what is that charge and they said because the device we sent it is $458 and just you be aware the first device it was already paid off over a year and they said sorry we made mistake it supposed to be replace device without charge and they took the charge out of bill and now statement for August they charge me for that device which already returned to them on June and I provided tracking number and now they are saying non-refundable device (who knows that). Be aware! Please take your money to the other phone services.

Unlike my current phone, T-MOBILE IS actually good, I give kudos to their design and the phone portability.
Although, along the line, not few months after I bought it, the battery started loosing durability,
But all the same, the product is nice,
It will be super good if they could increase the battery capacity.

FROM THE BEGINNING THEY WILL LIE, DECEIVE AND PULL EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO GET YOU SIGNED UP. ATT DID THE SAME THING SO I CHANGED TO T-MOBILE. CALLS ARE CONSTANTLY DROPPED. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THE RUN AROUND. WASTE OF TIME. EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD TO GET ME TO SIGN UP WAS A LIE. OVER CHARGED ME WHEN I COMPAINED, THEY SAID THE FIXED THE PROBLEM. THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE. NEXT MONTH=OVER CHARGED AGAIN. CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH NO RESOLVE. NO MATTER HOW BAD OTHER CARRIERS ARE, STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE.

I was sold a phone plan based on "excellent and dependable service" but what I received was anything but. From day 1 I provided the feeback about my poor reception and later attempted to cancel my service. After numerous calls to customer care I closed my agreement after paying my 1st month bill and decided to go back to my previous carrier where my reception was far better and the price was just about the same. Though most of the staff at the local retail office were nice, the company overall is horrible to deal with when it comes to cancelling and retuning the phones that do not work. Best of luck to anyone who goes there. I hope it works out for them. It sure didn't for me. While standing inside the Tmobile store I text my wife to let her know there was a wait and the texts would not even send! The store manager was in disbelief but still would not make it right. While on the phone with customer care the call got dropped due to poor reception. The operator called back, which was nice. She said "you must be in a poor service area." I was in my own home! 1 star is too much in MY experience. I truly hope yours is better.

So I switched carriers to t mobile got a sweet deal for a nice phone. So I order my phone on the 18th of may. I received the phone on the 25th of may. Started my account that day. The I get billed for the 11th of June and my close out date is on the 17th. I just spent 177 dollars and now they want me to pay a 129 dollar bill that I only had service less than a month. No extension on my first payment. So somebody plz tell me how my bill is due on the 11th when I had no service with them. Better yet why is my close out date the 17th but I order my phone on the 18th. This why t mobile is not a top tier company just bad business all the way around.

Dont fall for there hipe that your new phone will be better than your old one because when you fi d out its not its past the 20days they tell you on the phone to return it when the sales person on the phone tells you you have 30days and dont send your old one to them untill you are sure because when you try to get it back they cant find it and then tell you your stuck with the new one
