I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
I cancelled my T-Mobile account on October 22,2021 for failing to provide reliable internet service during normal business hours for the last 4 weeks of my service because of work being performed at the cell site location I use, as per my location. In summary T-Mobile broke the agreement made with me for the unlimited plan I had.
The $75 charge is a cumulated summary of x3 $25 penalties for months after I had to cancelled the account. T-Mobile continued to invoke an "auto-pay" each month with a $25 penalty after they cancelled the account. So, they continued to carry the account forward each month after the October 22,2021 cancellation. This is NOT acceptable to me.

"As of the date of this letter (December 22,2021), the account reflects a $0.00 balance. You should have received a final revised billing statement within seven business days of December 14,2021, which served as confirmation of the $0.00 balance (this subject to change if any payments are backed out by your financial institution. As the account previously received a service adjustment, T-Mobile processed a same-day cancellation and the system automatically adjusted for unused services following the cancellation, we find the charges to be valid and accurate as billed."
In summary, my account was always up to date with T-Mobile. They failed to provide the service I paid for after being very patient and I had to switch cell carriers. Customer service said that it will be back to normal when the cell site work is completed…they did not tell me this was going to be several weeks.
Additionally, due to the incompetence of T-Mobile's Data Management organization my personal information, Drivers License, Address, SS#, phone number, etc. were uploaded to the DARK WEB in a data breech affecting millions of T-Mobile subscribers, as I was informed by the McAffee Identity Theft organization and my primary financial institution CapitalOne that my data was found on the DARK WEB after their routine security searches.
So, the account was cancelled October 22,2021 and they continued to invoke auto-pay for months after the cancellation claiming $25/mo x3 months after. I do not owe T-Mobile anything.

T-Mobile service is really poor now. I recently lost my spouse, I went to a T-Mobile store and explained I wanted to cancel (first thing I said) one of the Drive Sync devices and secondly then add cell service to my Apple watch so I could receive call as some of my friends do.
They added the watch service, charged me $30.00 and THEN told me I needed to call customer service to eliminate the Drive Sync device. Not happy about the $30.00 and having to make the call, but... and when I called, I was told I could have added the watch with them WITHOUT the $30.00 charge.
I went home and called T-Mobile to eliminate one of our Drive Sync devices. I was TOLD the account needed to be cancelled and a new account would be created and it would be MIRRORING my old account. NOT TRUE. They created a new account, I wanted to keep everything but one drive Sync.
Instead, I ended up paying more for service, and the base price went up $10.00 and One Plus was dropped off my plan, and the Apple Watch has not been able to receive calls even though I was assured it would. Last call they said give it 3 - 4 hours.
I called again and said I wanted to drop the remaining Drive Sync and Watch service (it never worked). So, I am now being charged more and the less service. I could have easily said I was my spouse but I wanted to be honest. I want to keep the line for other practical reasons.
My experiences with T-Mobile have been ridiculous! Many on-line that start with "We will help you and correct the problem." Not done.
Among the people I have dealt with are Emma Farvior, Joslyn, Daniela, Jersay, Mirriam and Anna. These are just the people whose names I noted, there were others.
You would have thought on one of the 4 recent calls that they would have sensed my displeasure and escalated the call to their supervisor!
Tip for consumers:
It is fine if you don't have a problem. In store is busy and does NOT take time to listen.

Tengo una semana intentando cambiar mi linea celular desde T Mobile a otro operador, pero T Mobile no me desbloquea mi telefono a pesar de que lo pague completamente ya hace mas de 1 año. Ya han admitido que no hay razon para que el cel este locked pero no son capaces de solucionar el problema. Mientras tanto estoy pagando dos servicios sin necesidad. Este celular es mio porque lo pagué completamente. Esto se llama robo, son unos incapaces y estafadores. Tengo derecho a cambiarme de operador y llevarme mi equipo.

He apliacado para una nuevo chip el agente me cotizó un precio que no era el real. Luego me dijo que esperara una hora para resolver mi problema y pasaron más de 5 horas hasta que volví a llamar y no pudieron darme la solución. Tengo años con tmobile y nunca avia visto tan mala señal para llamar y internet es una basura, aveces tiene buena señal y en segundo se quita bastante frustante, especialmente tener emergencia y no poder llamar tengo que esperar segundos o minutos para que tenga señal y poder llamar, no recomiendo a nadie tener tmobile.

Hace un año empezé con T-Mobile y desde entonces nunca tuve cobertura, solamente podia hacer llamadas de emergencias,
Solamente podía hacer llamadas dentro de mi hogar porque usaba el wifi de mi casa de Xfinity.
Fuerón muchos meses de estrés, porque solamente le daban mantenimiento a nuestros celulares, por último dijeron que el problema era la SIM CARD se la cambiarón y no funcionó, nos mandarón unos celulares más reciente 135G y aún así no agarró señal 5G.

La mejor cobertura de T mobile es 2/3G están lejos de la realidad que dicen ser líderes.

El día 26 de Abril de 2023 hice un reclamo a T-mobile donde mi teléfono un SAMSUNG FLIP Z por una falla técnica de no se pudo abril para contestar una llamada y se levantó la pantalla y dejo bloqueado el teléfono, esto sucedió el dia 21 de abril 2023 cuando se hizo la reclamación empezaron con las vueltas de un lado para otro antes se pasó por una maquina la cual después de una serie de preguntas queda uno sin saber a qué departamento dirigirse luego de varios intentos y de media hora de espera un señor contesto y la sorpresa mía fue que tenía que pagar un deducible de 99 dólares más taxes empezando que el teléfono fue comprado en Noviembre 11 de 2022 ósea hace 5 meses pero T-Mobile dice que no responde por la Garantía que toca llamara a Samsung siendo que el teléfono fue comprado en una tienda T-Mobile como quien dice el seguimiento a cliente se quedó apenas uno sale de la tienda con el teléfono pero la sorpresa no es esa es que el teléfono teniendo 5 meses de uso y pagando el deducible me vayan a entregar un teléfono viejo Rebudiado me parece una falta de RESPETO, porque a T-Mobile solo le interesa el Dinero y no prestar un buen servicio. Y el problema es que no se puede hacer nada si no pagar por que no hay una entidad que este observando y fiscalizando lo que ellos hacen con los clientes.
