I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
Phones are junk and they then charge you to restock their junk. In store makes a sale and then cant help you with anything and believe me...you WILL have problems. Customer service? Our entire family had TM phones and now are completely disgusted with the "service". Plan on spending hours on the phone as you get put on hold, swapped around, cut off over and over again, and get told something different with every call. Have had constant glitches with the GPS, volume, camera lens etc etc etc. They used to be worth the extra money every month but NO good reasons to stay with them anymore. Steer clear.
I paid insurance for 11 months for them to deny all claims. The guy at the store has 1 story the guy on the 800# has another then the insurance denial do not even fit the facts. They charged me 136 for a phone I could have gotten elsewhere for 69. Criminal enterprise this company is. Leaving asap.

I left T-Mobile on June 6. They said I would get my refund check for unused service in two weeks. My billing date is the 25th. I have statements from June 25, July 25, August 25, and tomorrow they will issue a statement on September 25, all with a credit balance of $37.64. Their customer service won't even talk to me because they can't verify my account without the pin number I've never been issued, even though they know the land line number associated with my account, my account number, and my former cell phone number. Is T-Mobile having money problems?

T-Mobile has option to pay extra on phones bought through them so I paid off my phone in 8 months instead of the 24. They will not release contract even though it is paid completely off and they are still billing me for the phone which means I'm overpaying. Customer service rep and then the manager were no help after 1 hour and 35 minutes on phone with them. I paid my phone off early and was going to turn around and get the iPhone Pro Max but have since changed my mind and will wait till contract is over so I can change cell phone companies. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Just order online or call 611. The phone operators are polite and professional. They are experiencing numerous problems with retailers and these $1,400 phones and I'm guessing the suits have lost control of the new phone orders and must have as much trouble as I have had with the retail stores.

I considered switching to T-Mobile for home internet and was talked into switching my cell service (4 lines) as well. I was also offered a Samsung tablet at $20 a month, which the sales rep enthusiastically pitched for all its benefits. I wasn't impressed with the tablet, internet service was okay, and we never switched our phones to T-Mobile. I returned the equipment within the time frame and thought I was done. Later I was charged $255 (much more than quoted). I called and was told the charge had already been reversed and I should see it on my credit card activity soon. Ten days later, no reversal. I called again and a different customer service rep told me my account was still active. He closed the account and said my refund would appear on Tuesday and I would receive a confirmation email. It's now Thursday and I have received neither a refund or an email. My "free trial" has been a huge waste of time and energy.

We switched to T-Mobile, from Verizon, due to the lower monthly charges. Since then, we have had billing issues over and over. We purchased 3 apple watches under a "promotion". Called to pay for them in full... which Tmobile CS took the money for... then continued to bill us monthly. When I called back they said that since we paid for them in full then we do not get the promotional amount and we will have to pay the full price. CS manager said there was nothing he could do to fix that, but would work to "train his team better". We're definitely getting what we're paying for, and will be going back to Verizon. Dont waste your time with T-Mobile.

I've very bad experience with T-Mobile customer service. Very bad customer service. Customer service expected collection agent will collet bill whatever they charge. Suspended account without notice and very rubbish's customer support.
No good coverage cell phone, Internet not good data to use PC and TV. Higher bill unexpected agreement.

When t mobile took over metropcs their service went downhill - FAST! I upgraded to 5G. Most times I can't get service if the weather is bad or conditions cloudy. At one point the service knocked out and my doctor had to call my emergency contact to get a message to me. I keep hoping the service will get better, but it doesn't appear that t mobile or metropcs cares. Right now I'm looking into getting another phone carrier. Maybe if they start loosing customers because of their poor service, they do something about it to satisfy ALL their customers.

Been with tmobile about 11 years. Equipment is average,coverage is good not great, customer service is horrible. It seems a language barrier or understanding of simple issues. This is what happens when a company is more interested in profits and outsources everything sacrificing customer service. Having to explain over and over to c.s. Reps and when they get frustrated they hang up on you. I would never recommend tmobile, I'm looking for another business carrier as I write this.

The worst Customer Service in Town, and you too, Ernie who couldn't extend my payment date.
Stay away from this location, as all the workers hang out in the back office. I waited 24 minutes for someone to tell me that my request was out of their options to select my payment due in two days, not tomorrow. I had a bum-looking store associate, Ernie, tell me he couldn't tell me his last name. I asked if it was a secret, and he said yes. What an $#*!**** and do not call the customer helpline they charge $10 to speak to someone. Ha.

Service has declined rapidly. I cannot tell you the amount of misstatements, misinformation and outright lies I have experienced at T-Mobile stores and sometimes over the phone. I am wasting too much time trying to correct their errors. I am now looking for alternate service providers. I simply cannot believe that this is still the amazing company that I contracted years ago when they were called Voicestream. Service Peake around 10 years ago. Not sure what happened but I am bailing.

I had Sprint before T-Mobile merger. Was required to add a SIMS card to phone. I have experienced a lag in reception along with not receiving voicemails immediately. Several voicemails left on 6/18 just came thru today 6/27. Called *2 to inform and was placed on hold and eventually call disconnected. (Call time 18mins) no return call and of course it's required to confirm the phone number your calling from. Not Ok, poor service all around!

We decided to switch mobile providers, so we went to T-Mobile, they took our old phones which worked perfectly and they gave us two new phones that were both defective and did not work after a couple weeks when I called to see what could be done they sent me two used rebuilt phones, I called again to let them know I paid for two brand new phones I don't want used rebuilt phones, they told me sorry that's all we can do, even when my phones were still under warranty so if I wanted new phones I would have to buy two new phones or upgrade, obviously in attempt to get more money out of me instead of replacing the broken phones they sent me in the first place, that were under warranty. This company is horrible, they're selling broken phones and customer service was of no help at all. I am already switching back to my old provider. Stay away from T-Mobile.

Upgraded our android phone to Apple phones and the store on Highway 19 in Port Richey and basically lied about everything, please take the time to read before signing off on a little screen, (they hold you, hostage, to what you signed). I have spent hours on the phone with staff and supervisors not knowing what special they offer and then tell you didn't get the special. Goes on and on.
So buy your phone online, cases are 2x higher in-store, and check around to see who has the best service, Tmobile has lost my support.

When I took a 2 line T mobile Magenta max connection along with a home internet, I was told I would be getting a $20 discount on the home internet. They did not honour that promise and kept charging me $ 50. When I call up they would refund $20. Now they said that promotion is no more available.They come out with promotions to hook up consumers and thereafter go back on their words. What a third rate company is T- mobile? What's the agency in US to complaint against such poor customer servicers and cheating?

T-Mobile is the worth customer service ever. I did talk with the first agent for only 7 minutes who did not know how to solve the problem then put me on hold till now since 1hour 56 minutes, nobody took the phone, till now while I am writing this review, then the y hang up without anyone answers my questions or solve the problem. The worth is that they do monthly mistakes by charging money you shouldn't pay, then every time you call they give you different answers. I did suspend my phone number in June, every moth I get a bill still, sometime $16, then $68, another couple time $36, then $26 and today they charged me $109 suddenly and till now they can't solve the problem after four months, they keep giving stupid excuses. I will sue them if this goes on. Additional to this they put the worse music that taps on the nerves while on hold for all this long time.

I was transferred to t-mobile via the integration from Sprint. First problem they shut down my oldest daughter's phone because they had no towers in her area. They did this without notice and I had to move her to Verizon as T-Mobile said they could not do anything because we came from Sprint. Now 8 months later T-mobile will not let me transfer my other phones to a new carrier stating I have an outstanding 1500 balance and 400 of it coming over from Sprint on a Chromebook I do not own. After fighting and fighting for over a month and getting absolutely no help from the local T-mobile store or on the customer service line and now having to fight with my bank on T-mobile's multiple charges up to another 1750.00 I am purchasing a new phone with a brand new carrier! I highly encourage never using T-mobile they will rob you and will not provide you any customer service!

I placed an order for a new line to be transferred from Verizon, so i waited 2 days before checking on the status of the ordered phone. Turns out it was shipped to a completely different state! T-Mobile claims they can not get me a new phone that I have to wait for it to be shipped back to the warehouse, and I have to wait another so many WEEKS! Before i can get a new phone... Explain to me why i would proceed to switch services? And now i just got sent to the main menu, with no answers. They refuse to refund my money even after acknowledged the mistake. I have to wait for the phone to show back up in the warehouse. What if i never does! This is the worst customer service i've ever dealt with.
