I sat and waited for an hour and 15 minutes only to be told when I got ready to have my oil changed that they did not have my filter again! Also I would have been out of there 15 minutes sooner but they pulled the car in front of myself and another person who had been sitting there for quite some time and did their oil change first. This is very frustrating to me. I will not be going back to take five oil change as they are going downhill with their service.
At first I was skeptical about going anywhere else other than to the BMW dealership for my services due to the inconvenience of scheduling appointments, long waits, etc…, but the guys at 1307 Government St.Mobile,Al.******* were so professional, fast, and friendly. They brought bottle water out to my car, along with any other waiting customers. Each guy greeted me with a smile or either asked me was I being helped already. They also let me know exactly what they were doing to my car as they went along. They even showed me how to check my oil level on my screen in the future since my car didn't have a dip stick(something I never knew, lol) And I will like to give a huge THANK YOU! To the manager Anthony and his entire team for their excellent customer service!
Was greeted and referred to as "Boss Man" even after expressing concern. Spilled oil on my vehicle. Management offered no reasonable explanation. Felt intimidated. I just checked my oil and it isn't even registering on the dipstick. I will never go there again.
Took my car here as it's close to work, the service was good. Very polite and even offered a bottle of water. Little did I know they spilled oil all over my engine cost me $2000 in damage. If I could choose 0 stars I would.
I got here at 11:30. It's now 12:12. There is only one car in front of me all I came for was a damn oil change. Don't come here if you wanna have the rest your day free. I want my money comped for being here so long and my gas wasted
Brought my vehicle in to Take 5 for State Inspection where I was instructed to pull my car into one of the bays. After a considerably lengthy wait time an employee took my personal information including my email address and entered it into their computer system. In my opinion they did not need my email address. Then I was instructed to get out of my car and walk across the bays which were very slippery. This was unsafe, and this company is inevitably going to get itself into legal trouble when someone falls and sues them. Why would they have customers who may be elderly or women wearing high heel shoes walk across an incredibly slick surface as part of their inspection routine?
My son has taken his car to this place since he bought it. They charge $80 for an oil change whereas the garage down the street 1 mile charges $40. A year ago that's what this place charged. They are careless taking out the screw to release the oil from the motor! They STRIPPED THE BOLT! Then charged $2.99 for their carelessness. Then they only wash the front windshield (NOT all as before). Didn't check the tire pressure. I won't be returning here for them to mess up an almost new motor!
Attendant barely spoke. No mention of pricing until I asked. No info on various type of oil available. No mention of what my car required. Told about $7.00 coupon that I had but attendant forgot to apply. Never mentioned about checking fluid levels even though receipt claims they were checked. Receipt said window washed but was not. Think for $90.00 I deserved better service.
I have gone to Take 5 in town and employees were always helpful and polite. This last time, the employee who checked me in refused to answer my questions and had me frustrated to tears! He was argumentative and I swore never to visit shop again. The employee who checked me out apologized for his co-worker and made my experience better! I won't go back until I know bad employee is gone.
Went to 5 minute in Morehead City NC today. A little pricey but i didnt have to bust my knuckles! Like the fact that its drive in drive out.
Take 5 was good. It was a very very very well handled experience it was well done. I couldn't have anything better
I recently visited Take 5 store #695 and had an outstanding experience thanks to their incredible team, Jack, Zack & Carlton.The employees went above and beyond by not only filling up my tires and providing a much-needed top-off but also offering me a cold bottle of water before I even had a chance to ask. Their attentiveness and eagerness to help were truly exceptional. It's rare to find such a high level of customer service these days, and I am genuinely grateful for their efforts. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant and efficient!
I recently visited the Take 5 shop located at: 3215 N. Pine Ave Ocala, FL 34470 Store#725
352-547-5157 and was appalled by the abysmal customer service provided by the "shop manager".
I requested a top off when asked if I want an oil change. Bottom line at the end of service, the manager accused me of lying and yelled out to others, "She got us! She got us!" Informing me he heard factually I told him "an oil change". Not only was this accusation baseless, but the manager proceeded to spread false information among the staff, labeling me as a scammer!
Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, the manager adamantly refused to acknowledge his mistake/ miscommunication and outrightly banned me from returning to the establishment!
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. In addition to that, the store manager lied and said I refused the cold water when first offered, at which time I had said, "yes please". He was extremely busy so I took it as simply him forgetting to give me the water but when I later asked for that water he blatantly said that I had declined it. I was in the car with my son with the windows down the whole time on a hot day with no ac why would I refuse the cold water? Despite him being busy, it's no excuse to treat a customer as a liar and scammer taking your frustrations out on a respectful customer like myself!
Since that incident, I have called that store to get the managers name since he refused me 3 times that day I was there and when I called it was the manager who answered (I remember his voice) but he again refused to give me his name both times I asked.
I am big on giving & receiving good customer service. I expect because I give it.
I have been writing only positive reviews for Take 5 for months. This is the first and hopefully last time I have to write a very poor review for store #725 for the store manager there.
I'm a former airman, businesswoman, activist, mother and wife, I have no reason to scam and for what free oil I'm already getting from the top off?
I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this particular Take 5 location, as the managerial staff appears to prioritize baseless accusations over providing quality service. My experience left me feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued as a customer! So for the very first time...

Saturday February 25,2023. Darren and his staff (# 0590 Green Bay, WI) went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service for a great price. They explained all the steps taken to get the job correctly. I returned 5 minutes later with my girlfriends Explorer and they in informed me she was very low on radiator fluid. Great job store # 0590!
I arrived to the League City Texas location, I was offered a bottle of water, that was nice. I was asked to open my vehicle's hood open then pull into a service bay. There were 2 other vehicles inside the other 2 bays waiting for service. There were 3 techs who 2 of them went inside the office, I would imagine for a break, that lasted 1/2 hour. The other tech was just walking around talking on the phone. Once the 2nd tech came out of the office, they starting to work on one of the vehicles. Now the 2 techs were working both on one oil change just chatting and laughing. The 3rd tech, a female, never came out of the office. After ONE HOUR wait, I then decided to start my vehicle then leave. They had me wait for more than ONE HOUR inside the bay for NOTHING! These employees DO NOT care at all for their customers. I always used to go to this place for my car service, but the quality and the waiting time has gone from bad to worst.
These guys went out of their way to make sure I knew just what was going on with my car. They saved me from a blowout by pointing out a rotted tire. They explained the different kinds of oil used in the car. The service manager, Spencer, used the simile that oil is for individual vehicles as blood types are to each person. As someone who works in the medical field, That really resonated with me. Cyrus the manager kept my place in line when I had to go home to get a different form of payment. And Jacob, The hood and safety person, was very fast with service. It must've taken, Max 10 minutes for the oil change, discussion, and payment. These guys are fabulous
Amazing service, nick and Daniel and I forgot the other guys name but all 3 were sufficient in making sure I was aware of things I needed on my vehicle and very helpful with assisting with a few of them. They need raises because I was only there 30 minutes and everything worked efficiently and they made my customer service experience informative and comfortable.I recommend everyone to take their vehicles there. Outstanding service guys!

My car has confused some companies when getting an oil change resulting in having to take it back and correct. Take 5 did it right the first time, it was really fast, and I didn't have to leave my car. They also gave me a bottled water which was a nice touch.
It's my first visit to the Fort Wayne branch and I must say, I received exceptional service. Michael and Jonah were the ones who serviced my vehicle. They were amazing. They've made a repeat customer out of me.
Visited Take 5 Oil Change for the first time this summer. Greeted by such nice staff who explained the effortless (on my part) process. It really only took 5 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Would highly recommend!
