Careful with temu, i've been ordering with them for a so long, and I NEED TO RETURN 6 items but their agent gave me a return label with a wrong quantity.
MY 6items return is worth $153.21 which they received already. But because the return label has 1 item instead of 6. Now they only refund me for 1 item of $16.00 because the agent named SULLANO only enter 1 item instead 6. And I USE IT FOR 6 items. I placed my 1st $45 order in October 2023. It was delivered within 10 days. I returned the items because the clothes did not appear exactly as shown and the material was not as expected. I have placed 5-6 more orders since.
Be warned! I placed a large order (3D tiles, sink faucets,ceiling light fixture, towel racks,etc totalling $400 in December 2023. They arrived in 7 packages wrapped in Temu plastic wrap. They were mostly plastic appliances that I did not like so I returned them unopened, not damaged, in the original Temu plastic packaging. UPS could not use 1 return label so I contacted Temu by chat and was sent a second label and advised to use 1 large box for each label. I purchased 2 large boxes and used the labels that were sent by Temu online representative (while I was at UPS store). The UPS representative packed and scanned my returns.
Fast forward to January 2,2024. Most of my returns were denied (54 of the 56 items) because they were not shipped properly or could not be found. I used their label and was instructed and sent a new label while in the UPS store. EVERYTHING was shipped together (56 items). They credited $56 for 2 items, but the items that they credited actually totaled $83.
After contacting a representative in the chat I was frustrated, but informed that the items had already been credited back to my credit card previously. Not so!
There were actually 2 large boxes of merchandise sent back to Temu. Approximately $400 each. They credited 2 items from each box, they did not give correct refund amounts, they did not return the unused, unopened, new merchandise to me. My online claims were denied again today 1/12/24, I do not have any products. Just a credit card bill, but they did receive my return. Interesting how they received a few (2) items out of
Each box that contained 50 plus pieces. They later stated that the items were previously returned and credited (see screenshots). They lied, they were not credited back to my credit card account and how could that be if Temu had not received the packages yet?
I will not stop here because this has to be illegal!

TEMU a great site UNTIL you have a large return. The process of returning then haggling them day after day to get your money back because they decide not to check the products, but instead just deny your returns even when they have your products back in stock is ridiculous and frustrating.

My husband placed the order in temu two weeks ago, the order arrived in Dublin but the delivery people have not brought it even now. Deliveries lie that they were at our house but it's not true, I swear I didn't leave the house that day to pick up my order but I wasn't called I didn't receive a message I didn't receive anything at all at the end of the day a message was sent in which they said that we were not at home, but it is not true. On the application it shows that my package is in the driver's van but the person in charge of delivery does not bring it, my order is worth 100 euros and I don't know what I can do to get my money back. If someone can help me with an advice... conclusion: those from temu sent the package (nothing bad to say) but those who deliver it to the country are a real disaster. Although I heard from a lot of people that they don't order from this application because they don't receive their orders, I still took the risk and "took the stake", I want my money back and I don't know how I will get it back, I repeat those from I'm afraid they are not to blame but those responsible for the deliveries are a disaster in Dublin they are playing with our time and money

1st order came in ORANGE PLASTIC BAGS W/ Nothing was true to size. Everything was 1 size smaller Not 1 item was wrapped for protection. THE OUTSIDE WAS MARKED "FRAGILE"...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? There is something clearly wrong with a company that has a fairly equal distribution of horrible reviews and positive reviews. It tells me that when you get your merchandise you are happy but when there is a problem their support service and guarantees are useless. This is compatible with my experience. When something goes wrong, and eventually it will, you will get no support and turn into a very dissatisfied customer.
Temu's guarantee states, " Temu works with reliable shipping partners around the world. We guarantee that your package will reach you safely and on time. If there are any problems during the transit of items you purchased, such as damage, loss, or delay, rest assured that we will do our best to solve the problems and provide the best solutions." Temu contracted with a carrier to deliver a package. The address given to Temu clearly states an office building address with a Suite number. The Temu chosen carrier chose to deliver the package on a rainy Sunday and, when the whole office building of some thirty separate offices was locked, they elected to leave it on a sidewalk outside the office building. Temu was contacted and despite their guarantee this was their response "We have investigated this issue and our team has confirmed that the correct items were delivered to the correct address. Please check your mailbox, around your house, and other possible locations. Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places" and they refused to accept responsibility. Temu is wrong on multiple accounts. Let me list a few. First they chose unreliable shipping partners. Second the package did not reach me safely. Third, the address given to Temu clearly states an office suite and the correct delivery would be to that office and not to leave on a sidewalk outside the building. Fourth, there is a documented picture of the package being left on a sidewalk so the location it was discarded is documented and to check other locations is demonstrably fruitless. Fifth, Temu's refusal to follow their guarantee and use common sense is demonstrated in their repeated refusal to just use common sense. Temu hired the delivery service and they expect that the customer should just forfeit the funds utilized for the purchase that he did not receive. This leaves no other recourse than to challenge with the credit card company. There are two major lessons from this experience. First, DON'T BUY FROM TEMU. The price may be a bit cheaper but the aggravation and lost packages more than erase any savings. Second, if you feel compelled to buy from Temu make sure you use a credit card so you can contest the expenditure and expect no help from Temu. Temu's response is inadequate as I have responded to Temu.com to get the standardized answer. Then Temu proceeds to challenge this review by claiming it is an unvarified purchase. Obviously, Temu has a scripted obstructionist policy to frustrate and try to block negative reviews.

Temu's discount offers are misleading. They bombard you with daily gifts, but it's worthless as their x% off doesn't mean you get actual % off the total amount of your order, but you get a pathetic amount of 0.01 cents credit. Their promotion of free gifts is just a spam exercise to get you to do their dirty work of recruiting new users. Their recent hat trick promotion is rigged. You spent time choosing the items you wanted before they revealed that you have to earn "energy points" by referring your friends to join and download before you can receive the free items. However, you are always 1 to 2 points out of reach from being qualified to get the items you selected. Their customer support will insist it's a legitimate promotion. Despite apologizing for the poor experience & repeating company slogans about the importance of customer experience to Temu. They don't do anything to rectify the issue, so don't bother. The website will continue advertising how many people have won their free items.
I would have been inclined to recommend them to my friends had they kept it truthful and straightforward. X% means X% off your order. The number of items I spun for free should be the number of items I am entitled to. To find out you have to earn energy points to 'win' the 'free' items after you have spent time selecting them is infuriating (At most, I would need to recommend Temu to the same number of friends, but whether they join or download their app is up to them) However, Temu chose to make people jump through hoops and require them to spam their friends for a few free items. They had a chance to make this a successful promotion by creating a buzz and a good word of mouth. Instead, I have warned my friends and family to avoid this deceitful app.

I loved this site so much when it first launched last year. I made at least 12-15 orders over the past several months and had almost no issues with the small exception of an ill fitting dress and a broken necklace but for the most part a wonderful experience. I posted on IG and sent tons of friends to the site. However, over the past two weeks or so, something has changed. Every order I have made lately has notices pop up that procurement of items is causing delays, shipping keeps getting delayed, etc. I understand that they give a credit, but these orders are just sitting there not even shipped out. In the past it only took a day or two for items to leave their warehouse and about 7-10 days to receive. Now they take a while to even ship out. Not sure if they got a huge influx of customers due to all the social media activity or not but I have since cancelled 4 back to back orders and have decided not to order from here until they get their shipping issues under control again. Back to Amazon, Shein and shop miss A for now.
UPDATE (as of 10/23/23): I have added back two more stars to this review as the shipping issues seems to have improved significantly these past few months. My items generally ship out approx two days after ordering and received in approximately 8-9 days total depending on the items ordered. I'm relieved that they have addressed the issues. Just an FYI, they generally use Ontrac for tracking shipments and sometimes you will receive a forbidden 404 code when you try to track but it hasn't caused any issues receiving the packages. If you clear your cache and browsing history, it usually will remove the forbidden notice on tracking.
