Worst customer service!

My parcel is missing, I asked there customer service to investigate. They just responses me the parcel has been delivered to correct place. What the hell is it? It definitely shipped to wrong address from the photo which the courier company took. They won't investigate properly! There team is doing rubbish work!
Don't trust them!

I ordered four squirrel baffles for my bird feeders. They came after a considerable period of time in two boxes with no directions on how to assemble them. Just two packages with metal parts, screws, and zip ties! In addition, the product seemed to be very poor quality. It consists of four items of rolled up black plastic with a series of holes for fastening them. Based on my experience here, I will never buy anything from TEMU again.

I had a fantastic experience with TEMU! My delivery arrived promptly with 7 items at 2:29 pm. However, upon opening the package, I noticed one small item was missing. I quickly went online, clicked on the missing item, and to my surprise, at 2:41 pm, my account was refunded. It took just 11 minutes from delivery to resolution – truly exceptional customer service. Moreover, the quality of the items I received was excellent. I'm thoroughly impressed with TEMU's efficiency and product quality.

Temu is a lot like Wish. They are selling cheaply made stuff for low prices. So, most is so-so. Occasionally they will have something really good though. If you purchase clothes, purchase way bigger than you need because they will shrink big time. In response to Temu's response, they do not make sure their sellers descriptions are accurate. That is why I have had to use the return/refund me option so much because they do not keep after any sellers to have accurate descriptions even after you report inaccurate descriptions. Don't get me wrong there are good sellers who give accurate info and accurate pics. Most do not though. Luck of the draw as to which you will get.

A Scam

Don't waste your time nor money on this site. They have you refer people to their cheap site just to not give you the free gifts. Nothing on the site last over a week. Or it's either not what they're promoting, nothing looks like the picture. It's like they steal the original pictures and sale you a cheap version of it. Don't bother trying to contact them cause they will not pick up LITERALLY! Scamming people out there hard earn money. I've had several items that I paid for that I never received. It's just all bad.

Harassment

It's the worst don't buy from them I waited for delivery nobody came between the given time slot, after 1/2 hour later they updated that it's delivered with a random picture which doesn't have any name on it. I tried to match the picture with my neighbours but can't find anything. I made a complaint about the picture, after 1 hour they updated that they tried to deliver but no one was at home.
After that I diverted it towards a parcel shop, now they said parcel is very big need special delivery.
Try to contact Temu customer service they said contact delivery partner and ended chat.
Now my 100 pounds are stuck.
If you have more money to waist go and order with them.

Don't trust this company...placed my order got tracking number and after 2 weeks it says order returned as wrong address. And my address is perfectly all ok. When I asked to re ship they said can't ship again...so don't get for low prices as if never arrives..

The problem with these type of places is that they do a whole bunch of things to get you to be a customer. They hand out coupons and they're friendly. As soon as you buy a few things next thing, you know they yank the coupons. They are not that friendly, and they keep making excuses as to why they won't give you any. Either that or they say wait 24 hours and you'll get one! Big boo. So yeah, be grateful if you're a new customer because once you're in it, you will be tossed to the side.

Some of their items are a good bargain, but if you ever need any "support," their "Support" team are literally useless and just give you the runaround. I bought this saw but we didn't use it until a pre-planned camping trip. The saw literally broke the first time we tried to saw a piece of wood less than 2 inches in diameter. They wouldn't refund my $11.19 because, when I got the order, there was a shirt I ordered which was not the measurements posted on their site, so I sent it back for a refund right away. We had no idea the saw would be so crappy at that point, so they WILL refund it...but we would have to pay $7.99 to ship it back to them! SERIOUSLY? No. I'm not ordering from them anymore.

It's China stuff... Not meant to last a 100 years! I have ordered several items, from kitchen gadgets to clothing. Have I been disappointed... Yep you bet. It looked bigger in the photo, items arrived broken. But... For the most part, it is ok for China stuff. But the best part is, you don't have to pay double and triple for it at amazon... Trust me I worked for them. They keep china a float. Example I was looking for a wider headband went to amazon first. Saw what wanted 12.99 temu 2.39 same exact. And then there is the fact if your items do not arrive by the date they say. They give you a 5.00 credit. So just remember what and where your buying. Keep expectations in check.

I'm not knocking the shipping because it was fast! However the stuff I bought is cheap crap that doesn't sell so they practically give it away here. One item was broken so clearly they are not paying for quality control. I'd rather pay more for quality and buy American made!

Have bought several purchases from Temu. All are Chinese made, and inexpensive. One item was damaged, emailed them, they refunded the money and did not have me ship it back. But, you have to look closely at the photo of the item. I was unaware they sold athletic sneakers with the tongue of the shoe being seamlessly attached to the body of the show. That leaves a small opening for the foot. Also, they offer a $100 shopping voucher to install their app on your phone or computer. I did not do this because like any other major company they collect data. If I want to open the site, I always type it in my search bar and open it like that. Some of the plastic household items were cheap and I decided to discard. A personal item I purchased required installation of an app on my phone to use. Went back and looked, it does show that in the photo add. My fault for not seeing it.

I have been on the Temu fan-wagon since Super Bowl 2023. Today I am officially making it my last time. I received notice of a delivery in my parcel mailbox which is the mailbox that the post office puts packages in, one per mailbox. Today, I noticed my bag was open but taped up over the excessive tape Temu uses. I will try to figure out how to post videos. The order first is nothing I ordered and second all the packages mostly have been stolen and only the empty boxes/bags were in the package. I am on hold to speak to a live person but thru chat ONLY. I was number 177. Now I'm 134. Hopefully they get to me within the next two hour considering I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. I do not know how this is going to get resolved considering it's my word against their word. Smh. So now I am to the part to upload video and a 30 sec video it's saying its too large. I should've known Temu was too good to be true.

Scam company

I ordered a few items just to try it out. We'll days after the delivery date still no package. I contacted customer support who said the USPS had my package. Well I pulled it up and showed them they did not. I asked why they would lie about something they knew I could look up? Their response was we didn't lie. I told them I just sent you proof you did. Well I called the usps and they stated that they had provided a false tracking number and it was a scam. Had to call several times and threaten with charges and a lawsuit to get my money back. Do not trust these Chinese businesses!

Items missing in the package and had escalated to PayPal. Later returned another item but refund yet to receive. Customer service communication is circular and not to the point. The returned item has nothing to do with PayPal escalation. Will never again buy on Temu. I m paying interest to my visa while refund is being delayed since last two weeks.

If you never try Temu before, lucky for you! Please don't try it. This company is treating their customers by providing free gifts to you and asking you inviting new users to download their app. Once your friends signed it up, the company doesn't give you any free gifts by saying that " your friend isn't qualified for the new users, please invite another new friends!" Secondly, the quality of products are not good! I had a really bad customer experience from this company!

I placed an order with them And was supposed to receive my package on 2/16/23. Instead of receiving my package I received a note from the United States post office stating that they regret to inform me that the postage label on my package is counterfeit I must pay for my shipping. I refuse to pay since the shipping was free. I've been fighting with them ever cents to get my money back. Every response is the same from them. They refused to give me my money back stating it was shipped. So, I had to file a dispute charge.
