Happily stumbled on this LED lamp and I really like it! You can p much put it anywhere you want and it also has three different light settings (which is great for me who has very sensitive eyes). The battery lasts for probs 8 hours but thats more than enough esp bc it's super easy to charge

Okay, first off I have a love /hate for temu, I ordered sooo many times and I love most of what I got, my issues are with the discount and the free gifts, okay first off you jack your prices up 1000% and than tell me Im getting 90% and than theres the games for "free" items, don't put yourself in that rabbit hole, you will think you are getting close than they pull the rug from under your feet, and make it nearly impossible to get your "free" items. Also why do Canadians pay 4 times the amount as Americans? I understand the exchange rate but we pay way more, it doesn't add up. Well thats my 2 cents worth, take it for what it is.
Let's start with the positives. I buy most of my clothing on Amazon from those cheap Chinese mfgs. Checked out TEMU and saw the identical items for at minimum less than 1/2 the cost of Amazon. For the kind of savings I will wait for weeks rather than 1-7 days delivery from Amazon and yes it's the exact same off brand items. Now the negative reviews. Seriously negatives because your carrier delivered to wrong address or that you didn't get it in 2 weeks during the holidays? The counterfeit ones crack me up the most, because show me where the listing stated OEM or a brand name to begin with. Yes out of stocks, the games and the way they do coupon indeed isn't great.

This Rep (Karl W. – Temu Rep) seems always using same msg to respond all kinds of issues without actually solving the issues. The money stolen in August 2023 by Temu never be returned after 5 months. Temu is not a trustable company.

It all started when my dad asked me why I kept getting packages delivered. I showed him the app for like 5 minutes and the next thing I knew, I found him in the living room with his glasses on scrolling thru Temu on his phone. Was actually surprised how quickly he took to it because I didn't exactly give him a super detailed run down on everything, but I guess that's just how easy it is to use Temu….that my dad who usually has a hard time navigating social media is now here adding the randomest things to his cart sdhajsda

I placed an order on december 14th. All items were in stock. Today i get an email stating that they cancelled my order under the bogus claim of suspicious activity. If the site is secure there shouldn't have been any issues. I'm going to try one more time to get my Christmas gifts. Buyer beware...

Def not my first time on this site bc I've been using it for revamping my entire life <3 Wardrobe, bedroom, and even my dog meo getting a makeover! Temu fr has the widest selection of legit yet affordable products I've ever seen. It's super easy to pay too since it connects to my PayPal and ApplePay so it's basically a one-touch payment. Temu is shipping packages from China to their warehouse and they take forever or many times lost it. They lure you with cheaper price for things that you find in 99cents store but they're very cheap quality as well. I waited 3 weeks to get my package from one hour away warehouse but still didn't get it. Be careful with this company. I will never do buy from them.

I have order some things about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my order. I have been satisfied with some of the merchandise. I wish they send my order soon. A pair of sunglasses came broken, but other than that I love the shoes. I don't have the order number I deleted it by accident.

Your "Wishlist" items will end up in your CART. You have to Un-Check the item otherwise you'll end up buying it with out even Adding it into your cart! I do like this company and the products are pretty decent! Plus you can't beat the Prices anywhere!

I just start shopping 1 months. I was referred my couple of friends to download, interesting all ot them hacked including me. Specially WhatsApp and one day I found one of my colleagues asking for,£700.I was confused and I called him,he said his WhatsApp hacked once he clicked temu link. I was provided all screen shots with temu they final reply said you could be clicking bed website. So plz do not buy anything from Temu. Don't think like Amazon or Argos.

I've ordered 3 times from Temu and they always indicate my items shipped right away. This is deceptive as they will print the label and just not ship it for a week(ish). Also, they kind of bait and switch their descriptions of items so be careful. You may think you are getting 20 of something for a low price, by the description, but you need to watch out because they often have a quantity selection box and that 2$ 20pc set will often be way higher. Just be cautious when ordering and don't get your hopes up that it'll be what you were expecting. I ordered a set of crimping pliers with ferrules and only the ferrules arrived. The description clearly says pliers and ferrules. I was promptly refunded but never received the pliers and had to order them separately.

No online shopping site is perfect so I not that surprised when I got my order with a bit of damage from delivery but I was still a bit sad and wanted to know what I could do abt it. I read that Temu offers free returns based on its temu purchase protection policy and decided to try that and it was such an easy process! Got my refund a few days after returning the item. I've been in dispute for 2 months cus temu lost a package then repackaged it with more than half the items gone. They refused to refund to my original payment method and now I'm out $156! This isn't the first time I've had issues with this it's just the biggest.

I have ordered more than 10 orders in an attempt to get items cheaper than retail and have now spent more than 300 dollars on items. On more than 3 occasions items showed up damaged or not at all because their shipping department is below subpar and their customer service is outsourced to either india or the hood where they're paid so little they give no cares about the customer. Also, forget not having to pay for return shipping because they're like Spider-Man, they only give you one return shipping free even though it is their employee's mistakes. Consider this a knock off of wish.com except they get your order to you slightly faster. At least with wish.com you will get what you paid for but the sellers on Temu use false advertising practices to bamboozle customers into believing they're getting quality goods. Just buy from eBay it's the same thing coming from China trust and believe.

I was given a £200 voucher via spin a wheel. Asked me to use in the app. I signed up gave me a day to spend but spin a wheel was false advertisement. All discounted items were considered as vouchers while everybody could see the discounted amounts. I contacted their Customer Services but they Just applogised. I will definitely will send an email to the ASA reporting false advertisement to create website traffic.

I've ordered from them 11x and they are selling exact same things as Amazon, only difference is the loophole in the us trading laws. So Amazon sells with marked up prices so they make there profit off of selling stuff. TEMU is the supplier for Amazon mostly. Without the middle man your paying direct to consumer prices. It's genius. All my things have been as pictured on TEMU. All has arrived in a timely manner and All is freeeeee shipping and track numbers. It's literally unbelievable and perfect. It people! I have made 2 orders from this company and so far I am happy. First time I bought some bracelets, earrings and ear buds. I didn't love the earrings but for the price I should be able to give them away. The bracelets were pretty and well made and the ear buds fit me like no others could fit me, paired easily and have terrific sound. I then ordered some over the ear headphones and they also work really well and are comfortable. I plan to buy from them in the future.

Temu is great because you get good quality products for cheap, and when I ordered from Temu first time the delivery came earlier then I expected. The products that Temu sells are not misleading and you get what you buy. I have learned that shipping varies in different countries, so you might get your things earlier or later than expected. I am in the UK, and me and my friends all get the orders before the expected delivery date

I have been ordering from temu for awhile now and only had a couple small issues but now my next to last order totaling 34.34 was missing a watch that I ordered n they refused to send me one or give me store credit so I can order it again to hopefully receive it.ive emailed them 8 times but all I get is it was all shipped and package was good. They wanted a picture of watch but i told them how can I do that if i never got it.I won't be ordering anything else from them for a long time. Be careful what you order. Customer service sucks cause they continue to repeat everything 3 to 4 times in conversion.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
