DON'T SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE! I moved and changed my address with them before ordering anything of course, they failed on their end to change my address and sent my things to the wrong address... I ordered two Crow lamps and a golf Crow totaling $47.95 when I contacted customer service and try to explain that they sent my package to the wrong address they kept showing me a picture of it being delivered. I tried to explain again that it was delivered but to the wrong address and they kept showing me the picture of it being delivered in front of another person's door over and over and over they did not work with me but only intended to cheat me out of that money after I already reordered what I lost again... They were real $#*!s about this so trust me they knew the situation and that it was their fault... they're nothing but Crooks! I am out $47.95 and they will get their stuff back so how sweet is that for them
They had shipped my last package with a scam shipping company called Deliver-It and I complained to customer support that I hadn't received my package yet. They got on it and I received my package the next day. My current package (seen in the screenshot provided) is a day early and thankfully they shipped it with a different shipping company and even wrote a note on my account to never ship with that scam shipping company. At first they were good, but then they get really bad really quick. Only as new user they are good to you, but as you shop more they scam you. I got scammed out of $300. I returned some items and they keep saying they cannot find it, or that I still have it. All I have is a USPS receipt, I guess that was not enough proof that I returned the items. Then one time I did what they told me exactly and was still denied a refund. I even have proof on the chat of what they told me to do. I followed everything they said and they said not to worry, but I never got my refund. I only use it for the free cheap items I get from them by playing their games. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am now just trying to tell everyone not to use it now.

Ordering is So EASY. The returns are So Difficult. They don't tell you that you have to download the Temu app. I saw an ad for Temu, I ordered some items, the items were large. I'm a 8 in women's so I ordered shirts for 8-10 which is a large & it was too big.

Products are great especially for the prices. Services are good too. You can track your delivery using the app and you can chat with customer services through the app anytime too. Products are pretty standard. They're not luxury products, but they're legit! The price is good too and payment is easy since Temu allows you to pay with PayPal.

I've always liked online shopping for its convenience, especially when I have an entire messy family to take care of, but no other sites can compare to Temu for me. I ordered some items on this app and my packages were missing and temu wasn't responsible to refund for the packages. So be careful if you order something and they missing because nobody is going to be responsible for you money. They told me to contact the carrier but they also told me to contact the sales person and at the end nobody was responsible and I lost my money. So sad for this app.

Do not order from Temu. I ordered 9 items. They claimed to have delivered the package, but was never at my door. They mailed me another package and again, I never received it. I asked for proof of delivery with a picture of the packages at my door, to no avail. They refused to refund me the money. I had just bought a condo and I had ordered tons of things from different companies and I received every package, except the ones from Temu.

I recently bought some items in Dec 2022. My purchase was for $900.00 or more. I sent back the items and never got back my credits. It's showing in the computer that they issue out the credits and never did. I use Klarna and paid around 600.00 dollars. This company refuse to give me my money back. Temu is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The products come in damaged or certain things are stated that they're real yeah real fake! The material of the clothing is disgusting. Not to mention so is the customer service! They send you broken things and expect you to pay two package them and send them back!

I was skeptical ordering here but after people saying it was real and cheap m, I gave in.
After waiting and spending almost $300 (my very bad decision), I checked and said that my packages were delivered but to the wrong house on the photo! Customer service said to contact their courier that I never heard of "Piggyship" and I called them but no answer, no agent or even an option to leave a voicemail. I kept calling and told customer service that I got no response, they said they cannot refund me or even re-ship the product. So i lost $300 because they don't use trusted couriers and expect me to look for a misdelivered package that was all delivered past 9PM, through our 80+ apartment complex.

I ordered 3 items from temu and they sent them after 3 weeks. 2 of the items were defective, missing parts. After chatting with them (as no way to talk to them), they said they cannot send the missing parts and to return the item. Now, only 1 item is allowed free returns, the other I have to pay for. What a SCAM from these guys. I would avoid these people at all costs. Typical Chinese site scamming people with cheap goods and return policies.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
