Scammed with refund

Careful with temu agent for giving wrong label for your return

Amount scammed: $153.21

Careful with temu, i've been ordering with them for a so long, and I NEED TO RETURN 6 items but their agent gave me a return label with a wrong quantity.
MY 6items return is worth $153.21 which they received already. But because the return label has 1 item instead of 6. Now they only refund me for 1 item of $16.00 because the agent named SULLANO only enter 1 item instead 6. And I USE IT FOR 6 items. I JUST FOUND OUT THE MISTAKE THEIR AGENT MADE WHEN I RECEIVED MY REFUND. Now they refuse refund me, I EVEN CHALLENGE THEM TO CHECK THEIR CCTV IN THE RETURN WAREHOUSE TO PROVE THEY RECEIVED 6 items.

Quality Issues and Annoying Returns

Changed return policy, so now no longer worth it to shop here. Items are so ridiculously hit or miss, you need to return something pretty much every time you order. 50% if the stuff on here either arrives broken or is completely different than the photos you're shown.

They used to immediately refund you without needing to ship the item back, so it wasn't a big deal. But now they're requiring you send the item back before you can even get a refund!

I understand why as a company they'd do this, but ultimately it makes me never want to shop here again. Even if they "pay return postage" you still have to provide the boxes and packing yourself, so it COST MONEY to make a return. And then you have to wait weeks to ever get your money back. Also you have to take a trip to the post office which cost you gas money and takes time out of your day.

I've read about people sending things back here and it doesn't sound like a trustworthy process at all. You could end up with zero money back and no product, because they claim it "can't be scanned." Or even if it works out you'll be sitting around for at least a month to see your money again. Not worth it for the cheap stuff you get here. So you either have to roll the dice with their annoying return process or keep damaged and useless items and never get your money back.

Since they product quality is so inconsistent I'm not going to shop here when I have to go through all that and wait forever to get my money whenever something arrives damaged or different than the listing. Which is most of the time.

Used to be fine, now useless and will be deleting. Change the returns back to what they used to be and maybe I'll consider returning.

Fake items

They sell fake gold and silver. Packaging is horrible. No matter what it is, it comes in an orange bag covered with tape. Be careful.

They won't connect me to a representative anymore. I've ordered a few times from TEMU and it was fine. Some items weren't like they were said to be, some were broken but I got a full refund. I even got some free items thanks to getting credit for late delivery and other stuff.

But the more I order the worst the costumer support. Recently I ordered for 90$+ and waited and waited. For more than 3 days the tracking status didn't update. When I went in the customer support chat, the bot said my last tracking update was from July 12th 3:06 AM, but on the tracking site it said July 11th 11:06 PM.

Since the damn bot wouldn't connect me to a living person and kept sending the same message over and over I sent a ticket. The response was unhelpful and just repeated the EXACT same thing the bot said except now it said July 11th 11:06 AM too.

I was pissed. Not only did the tracking updates suck and were incorrect, each day they'd tell me the estimated delivery would be today and then suddenly change it without any explanation to why it's been stuck on the same "in transit" status for DAYS.

I also subscribed to get tracking updates both by email and by message and I didn't even get a single one. Not even one.

I'm disappointed. I used to love Temu but after this, I don't think I'll be ordering again.
