Temu say that all items are free shipping but when you go to pay for item is telling you that must be $10.00 minimum purchase.

No doubt you find items really cheaper but the service is really horrendous. Have seen reviews from other buyers about missing items and till I experienced it myself. The package arrived but one item was missing. Made a report thru my account and was asked to wait till they check on their side.
So, a refund for the missing item was denied because temu claimed the warehouse has confirmed it was packed and shipped!. When asked for proof; none.
Asked for the weight of the package, customer service was unable to help or provide any information. Because the weight difference will determine if any lost items amidst the custom check by the the time local post received the package. So the customer service agent wasn't helpful hence I request for a phone call to speak to someone personally. The agent lied thru her teeth saying TEMU has no hotline. I took a picture of the original packaging and show the customer service agent and she said it's not acceptable. The missing item is longish and I tried to reason with her it can't be in this packaging because it's small and won't fit in. In all its the 2nd time I have missing items (in 2 weeks).
If every package there 1 or 2 missing items, how much money goes into TEMU account? They only pretend they did sent it (but actually didn't). IMO, it's cheating on customers in a very sly way. I hope more ppl stand up and voice out if you have similar experience. Many remain silent as they think the amount is not big. But it is for this reason TEMU is getting more audacious. If some authority can intervene and check the whole company protocol and audit to see if there are loopholes in the operation.
Update: a day after review was made, another pack age arrived today (16.2.2024). This time to protect myself, I took a video showing from the beginning before opening the package, opening it and taking the items out one by one. AGAIN, one item was missing. Something smelling fishy here. I sent temu the video and awaiting for their review. So my advice is take videos before you open TEMU packages. Helps as an evidence if the items are broken or missing. Else they turn their words against yours.

I have ordered from Temu numerous times, but the one time I send something back brand new in the plastic like it was sent to me, they stole half of my money for no reason. I sent both dresses back brand new in the plastic with nothing wrong with neither dresses, but they said I'm only due a partial refund. I sent them back way before the time was up in perfect condition, I mean nothing was wrong on my end. I sent the tracking number and everything. I did the backwards and forwards chat for 3 days, they decided to go on and put my money back on my card. However, a day later they takes my money back off my card. So, I did the chat backwards and forwards for about 45 minutes no results, I then called only to go backwards and forwards with the guy or the robot who constantly saying the same thing over and over and they favorite word "No Worries" I'm like it is some Worries because you guys supposed to be a business and you all THIEVES and apparently you guys have THIEVES working for the company. This is unacceptable and this is not the end from me. But, I am just trying to warn people that works hard for their coins like myself and doesn't money to give away, especially under false pretense from an unprofessional, thieving, fraudulent company. Beware of Temu and keep your eyes on your card or your account because Temu will steal your money. Again, they refund my money twice and turned around and back and stole my money of my card twice. And when I called, they arguing with me about my money that they stole from me. If you don't have any money to give away or loose, do not shop with Temu because they steals. This is a true statement, this just took place from January 2,2024-January 17,2024. Unbelievable and Unacceptable. Customer Services are non existent.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
