Tried to Request a Refund on March 11, but their website and their postal service, makes it impossible to speak to a person, and sends the customers in circles by Temu instructing the customer to contact OnTrac with their phone number, and the bot maintained Ontrac system instructs the customer to contact the seller if a notification of "delivered" has been received, but in reality there is not package sent or received.
Side Note: Odd that a company would have, "If you received notification for delivery, but did not receive your package" as a FIRST "help" for customers. As though they KNOW that this is going to happen repeatedly to their customers.
On Mar 9 OnTrac stated that the package was at the initial airport and yet to be shipped, and a $5 credit for future Temu products ONLY has been added to my account.
Problem: I will NEVER use Temu again. The credit is useless to me.
On Mar 11 I tried to request a refund as a response to the "delivered" email notification, but the protocol between Temu and OnTrac (that Temu hides behind) gives their customers the run around.
Mar 12, the notification of "delivery" was received by email, but no my items.
I submitted a dispute for Temu charges using my cc company. It is in the works as I Type, and the money credited back to my account.
Temu needs to be shut down for poor business ethics and fraudulent messages that they know are not true.
DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned by a Temu customer that has been duped. I wish I had read all of the many similar reviews on BBB, Google, etc.
Today is Mar 16 - No package has ever been delivered. If so, they would/should take a pic of the delivered package for proof like other companies do.

I too was sceptical about ordering from Temu, I have ordered 17 times now. I haven't had any issues or major problems, if something was damaged, it was refunded promptly. I've only had one damaged item and it was due to poor packaging, nothing to do with the item, it was a plastic window cleaning tool, had it have been placed in the package longways instead of the short way, it would have survived the trip. It can be glued back together, it was refunded. You are allowed one refund per order, I have only taken advantage of that if something was wrong. I ordered three pair of size 7 shoes, two fit perfectly, the third pair, I believe were mislabeled. Those were refunded and I was told to keep or donate them. The same with a smart watch, I just couldn't get it paired with my phone, after 3 weeks I requested to return it, I was given the refund and again told I could keep or donate it. I've bought clothing and jewelry and love them all, none of the jewelry has turned yet, they wear beautifully. Two items of clothes were a little bigger than expected, I will either alter them or give them away. I've bought things for my car and had no problems. All of my orders but one so far have been in the time frame specified. The one that wasn't on time, I was given a $5 credit because of the delay by the day after it was due.
Also, people complain about Temu accessing your location and stuff, I have Temu on two devices and neither have access to anything and I use a third party vendor to pay for my purchases. As for the items being from China, half of items for sale in America come from China and have for decades, go into any Walmart or Target or wherever and take a look. Better yet Google the companies from all over the globe that operate out of the US, you'll be surprised at what comes from where.

When you get your items, you may get some ok things (temu does sell a lot of cheap garbage). But since they started using YTO as their couriers, good luck actually getting items. YTO are the worst ever. They used to use Oz Post or Fast Horse (which would pass parcels to Oz Post if you arent home)
Their current couriers are YTO...if you aren't home, you probably will NEVER receive your items.
I'm in a gated complex and there's always neighbours home & have told couriers to ring buzzers of neighbours but they never do.
Or, you are in the shower/loo and they won't wait for you to answer the door as they are very impatient.
They leave no card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. So, unless you are waiting by the door 24/7 when they MAY deliver, you'll never get your item.
Tracking is useless as all it does is tell you on the Temu page "received for processing" one day then the next message is "recipient not able to be contacted". No way to get parcel delivery rearranged.
So, there go my 3 parcels they tried to deliver today as I know I'll never receive them. That's some of my Christmas presents to never be seen again

Yet Temu always uses them and they refuse to use a different company even though thousands complain to Temu about how terrible YTO is.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
