I couldn't stop myself from buying this dress and I'm so happy that I did! The quality is really great for its price and it fits really well because the measurements were accurate. I bought this for a hols celebration with my friends because we have a theme and i don't want to burn my pocket just for this hols events and not only did it arrive earlier than I expected, but I was able to pay using my PayPal so everything was super fast and convenient! I'm really happy with my purchase! Now I know where to go whenever I want to buy nice clothes at an affordable price.

As a first time customer I spined the wheel and it landed on a 30% discount. At check out, I tried to use the discount code but it will not take it. I called the customer service number and after many tries someone called me back the next day. I was told that they will credit my credit card which was charged on the same day. I received part of my order yesterday and the rest is coming on 2/3. I have not opened the package and I will return everything because of the false advertisement and terrible customer service. If you do shop from this site make sure you receive the discounts they supposedly offer.

Ok so I bought a ton of stuff over the holidays for my son and daughter. Everything looked liked the pictures. The sizes run a little weird. But they still fit great. The shipping is good too. They keep you updated with shipping information etc.

I received two separate orders, some of the items were duplicates and non of them measured up to the quality you described. I see from other complaints to the Better Business Bureau that the other customers have been very unhappy with the products received. I spoke with a representative by the name of Lynn who apologized for my unhappiness with the product and advised that she should process a refund for both orders and that I did not need to return the items. Since that conversation, I have spoken with several other representatives, two of which were rude enough to hang up on me,one was a supervisor name Rose. I am therefore registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with regard to such shoddy business,

This is a U.S. based Chinese company who has only been in business since September 2022. It is a million times better than decades-old AliExpress & is almost on par with Amazon (without the books)--amazing for such a new site. They have a humungus hoarders dream inventory of everything you never knew you needed at prices so low as to be almost free. Accurately fulfilled orders are shipped FREE in a guaranteed 11 days w/$5 credit for later deliveries. CS is easily accessible & overly fair. They have liberal return policies & refunds are promptly processed. I had problems with 2 orders but it was only because the packages didn't fit in my mailbox, which is a block away up an unpaved ominous-looking deadend & USPS couldn't find my house (if you can imagine that).

Best 12$ i've ever spent in my life.

I bought 2 bangers for my dab rig, and i had read some reviews which were bad on them, but i decided to give it a try because around here bangers are 14$ for one usually, so i got 2 for 6$ each, came out to liek 13-14$ for 2 on temu. So i made my order, and here we are 4 days later, i have received the bangers, in perfect shape, and they seem to contain the smoke alot better than my other banger, best 12$ i've ever spent, temu for the win!

They add to your order THE NEXT DAT

After I placed an order, they added junk THE NEXT DAY. They had tried to get me to buy some extra lousy thing the evening before when I placed an order, and I worried that I had clicked wrong. So, of course, I checked the order to be sure they had not added it. It was not there. About 12-13 hours later, they added it for $5 -- something I certainly don't want. It took me exactly 41 minutes of absolutely constant work to get the junk off my order. In a chat, he offered about 5 times to remove something that I had actually ordered. But could not remove the added junk. Then he said he would transfer me to a specialist who could remove it. AND HE HUNG UP!

He had given me a long procedure for me to remove the junk. I finally managed to do that -- after 41 minutes of chatting and work.

Temu does have some nice products, but this policy of adding things the next day -- without the customer's permission -- and then not removing it when asked -- is completely, totally unacceptable.

From now on, I will buy from Wish and Amazon. They have comparable products without adding things to your order -- a day later when you don't expect it.

If it were not for the dishonesty, the horrible customer service, and the hangup, I would have become a regular to customer

This company will knock off any other one from CN they take really seriuos custumer service, they go over the top to make you feel happy they do anything in their power to make you happy is like unbelive to say this but is the true they are great. Its hard when your kids are super picky about what they eat but getting them these lunchboxes was a great idea without spending crazy money and you know how fast kids change their mind. Kids love the blue color so far, comes with a handle. I don't know if its because the presentation is better or what, but they've been more excited eating their lunches at school.

Not bad

Not a bad site if you're looking for cheap and good items. The site is easy to use, there's a lot of payment options, and the products you get from the site are pretty good too. I read that their customer care is good too tho I haven't tried talking to them yet. Just manage your expectations with the shipping since it takes more than a week, but with the low prices, imo it's worth it!

I tried buying something but I had some issues with the transaction. The issue ended up being cause of my credit card, but I was really happy with how helpful Temu's customer service was. They actually helped me check why my payment wasn't going through They also responded to my questions and problem very quickly and I was able to check out my cart within 20 mins after talking to cs. It works really well and I also got free shipping and a lot of discounts so it was very affordable and within my budget. Will buy again

Dont ever try and return an item. The entire process becomes a nightmare! No return shipping label can be produced. After several attempts talking to customer service i was assured they would refund the two items i was trying to refund, well only one item was refunded and after reaching out to them yet again no response from them yet again. I would advise anyone purchasing from Temu to be happy with what you purchase because you wont be getting any refunds. Use a credit card and dispute the bill that's the only way youre getting your money back!

I first ordered small items for the kitchen (gadgets only, e.g., onion slicers, etc.), then slowly moved up to shoes -- surprisingly comfortable and nice shoes, next to electronics (sensors, night lights, etc.), now I am doing hard ware.

In general, very happy with the products and service. I had to return a pair of shoes -- they were a bit tight at the toes for me. Got refund to my credit card right after they received the shoes back (they sent me label to use for sending shoes back). For another item that didn't quite work as expected, I was advised to just keep the item.

Over all, extremely happy and will use them again and again -- replacing Amazon!

Went on this app to buy a smart watch for my boyfie birthday gift but the item that i got was defective and the box was dented from the delivery. I decided to go straight to customer service to resolve it asap before my boyfie birthday and they responded within minutes and helped me get a full refund so I still had time to look for another smart watch and buy it for him. Happy that Temu has this protection plan scheme for customers. The last time the same thing happen to me elsewhere, I had to wait for 1 month and ******* calls later to get my refund. Boyfie is very happy with his present. Yipee!

Colors not true to photograph

Not impressed. Colors are boring compared to advertised photo. Yellow dress is not yellow but mustard. Multi color dress is wrong. In photo it is green with orange and looks sharp. What I got was aqua green and peach. Scarf I ordered is lack luster compared to pretty sheen advertised! Also to return you lise money. Less the percentage they advertised on sale! Shipping and handling fees! Beware.
