I received my package and the material was so thin and item was cheaply made so returned if after "chatting" with them. I asked that the money be returned to the original payment method. It never came so I have now "chatted" with them again. Just stock answers over and over again. I think they finally got that I did not want an account but wanted my money back. I ordered some items having been offered free gifts. These gifts were not on the order once I made it. I've cancelled the order which cosy £44.76 but have only been refunded £26.22 and £16 un credit. 3 packages were sent by e-miile courier which the courier indicated on their website were delivered. I contacted the courier who confirmed that the packages were still at their warehouse. Neither Temu nor the courier have provided me with an address for pick up. Temu refuses to refund because the courier's tracking says delivered. I have been in contact with Temu for months now. Temu keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. Don't buy from Temu. Scam website. I am out hundreds of dollars.

Temu hired a courier service that won't deliver to my address. I have 3 orders that I cannot get delivered and Temu refuses to refund. Temu insisted that I spend an enormous amount of time proving non-delivery. That is very difficult when the courier co won't answer their phones or respond to emails. I am out $170.
I never received my order, even though the tracking indicated it was 'successfully delivered.' Temu repeatedly closed my complaint without taking it seriously and even claimed it was 'too late' for an investigation, despite their own delays.
PostNL confirmed through their system that Temu never contacted them, even though Temu falsely claimed they had. They also confirmed that if Temu had contacted them, they would have verified that the package was not delivered.
Klarna was also unable to help as Temu refused to cooperate. Now I am left without my money and no resolution. Do not buy from Temu if you expect your order to arrive or any form of customer service!

After I receive my order I try to contact to Customer Service, which starts on03/23/25 and continues now. Return label didn't come with my package. I am trying to get from them vain. They have no phone number all correspondence is going through email. 12 days I hit the wall. They refused to send return Labels, to refund money to my bank. Please if you value your money do not shop with TEMU. They have conned me twice! Claiming that they did not receive return items. I videos including CCTV footage as proof while handing over all the items to the delivery guy.
This is the second time TEMU has conned me. Looks like we might have to test the power of social media and Consumer Support and see if TEMU is as good as they've been lying to thousands.

They had earlier tried offering a partial refund which I rejected! Then they started asking for tracking number, return id etc. I shared everything.They came back and said they've refunded and since I didn't receive any refund or confirmation msg, I asked for evidence or proof, to which I received a final response TEMU regrets they cannot refund items which were not returnd and that while customer may be disappointed, there's nothing they can do about it...and just like that I was conned for a second time under the smae circumstances and lies...TEMU are good at stealing from customers these ones. Don't shop with temu. I was warned but didn't listen so am warning you not to burn your fingers and lose your money like I did. TEMU conned me AED 455 four months ago. They sent faulty goods,asked me to return them which i did but then they lied to have refunded which never happened

My friends had warned me about TEMU. I should have listened.
After I returned their items, they started playing charade to con me again claiming not to have received them yet i recorded all evidence including building footage of the courier guy picking all the items cause I sought of anticipated that they might repeat the con act. I tried to convince myself that this was just a mistake but to my utter surprise it's not. Temu cons its customers and takes advantage of them
They even asked me to cancel the return request and create a new one after I had returned the items so that they could say they attempted to collect the items but none were returned. Since they missed using this trick at first
TEMU then ridiculously and shamelessly went ahead to ask me instead of following up on my refund to accept a partial refund and keep the items as a gift. The items which I returned...I paid in full like wth?

A bunch of scam artists. Sites like temu shud be avoided at all costs. They fool you into believing they are giving you a massive discount when they have actually over inflated the so called "original price" by at least a 150%. Searched for identical item on their own site and always found them cheaper when I wasn't using their "discount coupon". Totally unethical with false business practices.
When requesting a price difference refund, they give you a measly refund. In 1 case I was offered a R4 refund when difference in the price on their own site was nearly R150 cheaper. Either they are using faulty Chinese calculators or just plain dumb and they can't do simple calculations.
The quality of a lot of items is much to be desired. Cheap Chinese junk.

Everything went wrong and is still going wrong. First I received a delivery notice saying the delivery was made at 2:52 p.m. on Nov. 19, even though my items had not been delivered. (I live in a condo and was home all day. No one rang my call box number for access, no one knocked at my door, no security video showed any delivery person, and no one left a package outside my door or even in the lobby of our building.) I tried multiple times on multiple days to contact the courier company (EMIle), but they would put me on hold and then disconnect me before allowing me to speak to anyone. There is only a "live chat" with an AI generated "person" at Temu. Despite being on numerous "chats" and emailing Temu, I keep getting conflicting answers. One email said the "case was closed" because the parcel was delivered, but now I have been getting emails saying my package is ready for "pickup at a Pickup Location" even though no name or address for a pickup location is ever given despite my repeated requests for said info. When I check the "tracking" form for EMIle, it says an "unsuccessful delivery attempt" was made at an "apartment" in Toronto, Ontario. I live in Whitby, Ontario. As far as I can determine, Temu is just fraudulently stealing my money and has no intention of giving me the items I ordered or refunding my money.

I was using Temu but after several orders I noticed that unfortunately Temu is not serious and unprofessional. Most of the products are low quality and description in most of the products are not correct playing with customers. Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
