The advertisement was never placed in the Irmo, SC Kroger as contractually promised - yet I have paid Terraboost Media $2650! When I realized the problem over 2 months ago, I started the effort to speak with someone. I even went online and scheduled a phone appointment to discuss my concerns. The representative "no showed" for the scheduled appointment. I cannot get a returned call! Very disappointed to be taken advantage of!
Terrible placement of display, no communication from them and useless. I truly regret divining up for this. Ours are in the corner of the snaked for, not main entrance, facing their back. So disappointed and we have two stores we're paying for!

I am in the midst of having a kiosk advertisement. When I first started the contract was signed, there was very little customer support and direction. I was sent a point of contact (Priscilla) I called her 4 times and she NEVER called me back. I then had to find an alternative point of contact as she never reached out. I have had a bit of trouble with the advertisement, we went back and forth quite a few times to get the advertisement correct, there was a lot of little details they missed. The design has been approved for 5 weeks now, no one has reached out to let me know when my advertising will be up and the 2 emails I sent to customer care have been unanswered, however they do not have an issue with continuing to bill me for the advertising.
Terrible customer service.
Do NOT contract with terraboost. We signed with them in May of 2022. The displays were designed quickly and they did a nice job. That was the last part that was good. They went up in stores, they were always dirty, always out of wipes and some were hidden. We have had over 50 emails and correspondence with them to get this fixed. They finally agreed to move the stores. This was over 8 months ago. The new displays are still not up, we can't get the same person to call us back. Take your money elsewhere you will never get a return on your investment.
I've never encountered such a disappointing customer service experience. Our request to change our artwork has been pending for eight months now, with no resolution in sight. Each time I attempt to contact them, I'm met with silence; phone calls go unanswered, and emails receive no response. The high turnover rate among their staff compounds the problem, as each contact I initially had is no longer available to assist or communicate.
Given the protracted delay in fulfilling our request for new artwork, I've been attempting to cancel our service and secure a refund for the period during which our stand has remained empty, devoid of our advertisements. Unfortunately, it appears that no one within Terraboost is equipped to provide assistance in this matter.
My frustration with Terraboost has reached an all-time high. I simply want our issues to be acknowledged and resolved, so that I can sever ties with this company once and for all.
Blake Miller patiently walked me through some extremely challenging and frustrating moments while trying to manage my account during the Coronavirus. We were back and forth numerous times as he did his best to make me happy. Blake never lost sight of my needs nor showed any frustration with my emotional ups and downs. He deserves a gold medal.
SCAM! Terrible company. I started paying this company for 5 kiosks back in the beginning of June 2020. They promised they would be placed at a local mall within 3 weeks. I sent over QR codes, locations, logos and everything within a day of signing. They dropped the ball at least 8 times as they promised and did not deliver. They offered all sorts of things for my patience and gave me a 100% guarantee that they would have them up in June, July, August, September etc. It's now October! They have taken $1000's and delivered nothing. I finally called my bank and put a stop payment and dispute in against this company.

Read the many complaints on the Better Business Bureau website before you think about doing business with these people as this company is awful! They will take your money, promise you the world and then it will be one excuse after another as to why they can't deliver! Apparently they have a long track record of this behavior, I have no idea how they stay in business. Pathetic!

They are unethical. The piece was not completed on time, nor was it ever put in or kept at the front of the store. They then talked to me every day, to get payment. It was all promise and nothing. When I refused to pay they added a collection account to my credit. This is more of a headache from sleazy sales people.

I think a kiosk in a major retailer is an excellent idea for getting your brand high exposure. I found the team easy to work with while getting the artwork designed and the end result is very professional. My representative, Ryan, is also very helpful.
I worked with Terraboost for some ads in a major retailer. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and followed through on what they said they were going to do. The design process was very easy. I chose to make my own artwork but I'm not a designer so their team was able to make suggestions on my design to make it more effective. I would certainly recommend Terraboost because it seems they really care about the success of my ad campaign.

Avoid this company like the plague. You sign a contract and they make promises but do not fulfill there promise. I have made multiple complaints to Lauren at the company and she responded at first but then she stopped returning my calls.

Our practice has been working with Thomas G. Miller to manage our kiosks in multiple local stores. He's been super quick to answer all of our questions with detailed information. A great way to introduce you company's services to a large volume of people. Everyone is sanitizing their hands these days, especially in retail environments. Ryan, our rep from Terraboost is very interactive with each program and always wanting to improve results. This is what companies look for when selecting an advertising partner..

I have ben working with Terraboost for the last few months. We sponsored one of the kiosks at CVS which features our company logo and brand message. We felt it was a great cost effective way to get the word out about our business. The team provides an art department that can help you put together the art work although our company provided our own. The process was seamless. When we had an issue at the store location of our kiosk all it took was a phone call. Dan was able to solve the issue and make us happy again. We are looking forward to trying their facebook advertising program too. They offer a lot of flexibility and great customer service. I highly recommend this company to any company, small or large, that wants to boost media coverage at an affordable price.

Warning stay away from this company. Called to find out if product was in stock and was told yes. Placed an order in April and then told they are out of stock. Months later still have not received product. No one from their company will return a call and even with a scheduled appointment cannot reach anyone to discuss. Product was prepaid and have no way to tell if this is a scam or just poor customer service.
I had a good experience working with Terra Boost. Ryan Pike and Tyrome Merriweather both were responsive and very helpful. It took a little longer than 8 weeks to place the kiosk but the quality is outstanding so I give them 5 stars for making it happen. Will have to write another feedback on whether or not the marketing really works. I think it is a great opportunity to promote your brand.

The display position I was promised was not what I received. My display was placed in corner where it was prone to be hit by shopping carts and guess what! It was destroyed. Should never have been there. Still waiting after 10 days for customer service to get back to me. Caveat emptor

I regret doing business with them. The worst company in my opinion to deal with. High pressured sales tactic of the salesperson with deceptive practices ( like cold calling the office and telling that they are from neighborhood pharmacy). Wouldn't let you cancel the contract even immediately after signing the contract ( the very next day).
Great company and great advertising to get your brand out to your community shoppers. Very thankful that I can provide my community with sanitization wipes through my commitment with Terraboost Media. Blake Miller is a Next Level client success manager that helped guide me through the process of setting up my campaign. Also their salesperson for my beach cities area Joseph Gibb, was very patient with in finding the right locations that I was comfortable with. I communicated with Joseph well over 30 times before deciding on my locations.

I have read some of these reviews and I would agree the company took longer than expected to put my ad up at the store. They added free time for the delay, and went the extra mile to keep me satisfied. Once my sign did finally go up, I began to see results a month later! Since then, I have purchased two additional locations and had them send me the signs to install myself so that I wouldn't have to wait. They are extremely overwhelmed with new customers do to the pandemic so it's understandable they are behind. But the results are well worth the wait!

Terraboost Media gets you to enter into a contract with them by promising an increase in sales and revenue when you advertise with them. Sure, they help you in advertising but there is no guarantee in sales increase. It's just pure promise to sell their services. Complaining through their customer service is a waste of time and energy. They know how to intimidate you, so you'll be compelled to continue to pay for the contract even when you're not happy with their services. Don't believe their promises and be fooled by their false advertisement.
