Just started the process and so far everything is going smoothly. The agents have been very responsive and helpful. I'm looking forward to a long and terrific relationship.

I've been using Terramarket now for about 5months. We have a display at a local store and it's been giving us great results. The team was easy to work with and had a quick turn around.

Terraboost Media made it easy for me to get my company's message out to the public. The process is streamlined and I was able to deal directly with their decision makers.

I have to tell you, this is one of the smartest things I ever did for my business. I am a seasoned, well known Realtor in my area. And a seasoned Realtor knows that you do not just do one thing to market yourself. You must have several advertising resources. I signed up for the hand sanitizing kiosk in my local supermarket as a supplement to other marketing I do. While I was not expecting new business from it, I just wanted to keep myself visible and credible.
The response has been fantastic. My friends and members of the community would see it, take pictures of it and post it on their personal and community social media pages saying they saw me. They were actually promoting my marketing for me... I never asked them, completely unsolicited!
I have just renewed my contract and I am going to be submitting new artwork (you got to switch it up). People now expect to see me there.
As far as customer service goes, Tom Miller, my customer service rep is the BEST! He just worked with me, accommodated my requests to the best he could and he is just so pleasant to work with. It is people like him that make this company a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Tom!

I've been impressed with their level of communication, addressing my concerns and questions, and their follow up. I look forward to the relationship and seeing how it will improve my business.

These people promise increased sales. They make strategies, help with the implementation, and answer questions. But when it comes to the sales figures, the results are slim to none. Not Happy!

I have to make numerous phone calls to get an update of the campaign. I am not happy with the whole process. A thumb up for the sale agent Mr. Friend.

My experience with Terraboost has been very positive. If there were any issues, there response and corrections were extremely timely and fair. I would recommend their services in the future.

Terrabost Media turned out to be my biggest mistake that I have made. I have never been so harassed to give them money in my entire life. Basically it's in continue dispute and they are asking for so much more than I agreed in the contract. It's ridiculous! Absurd! I'm so disappointed and disgusted the way they do business!
They got me in a moment of weakness and I accepted their terms, however they added more money than I agreed to payed them.
I'm writing this review with the hope that someone might learn from my mistake and not giving them a chance.
I had to spend so many hours with them on the phone just so they can get their job right and for them just to take my money!
People always change in this company and there is always someone else that I spoke with in regards to my issues with different ideas on how much I should be charged. It turned out that I'm over paying for something that I didn't get anything in return! The advertisement turned out to be a scam!
Nothing else!
If you are thinking of getting the advertisement with Terrabost media think again! It's not effective and it doesn't work.
Terrabost media is just a bunch of harassers!
They should be ashamed of themselves.

I paid for a Kiosk in May, 2020 (PAID IN FULL, UP FRONT) then, had dozens of emails and phone calls between SEVERAL Terraboost employees who had NO IDEA what they were doing or saying. My Kiosk didn't get installed until November of 2020 because of the abundant Incompetence of just about every employee. It was like I was a Hamster in the wheel going nowhere. When it came time to renew for 2021 ANY reputable business would've given me a large reduction in price. There was no way they could've forgotten my experience. I still have dozens of emails sent i the 2020 transaction should anyone want to read them before making a commitment. I did receive a small discount, very small indeed. The only reason I renewed is COVID is real. I can't stress enough Terraboost is the most unprofessional companies I've EVER done business with!

They take you check, promise the moon and deliver nothing. Cashed our check 2 months ago and then no contact.
Unable to contact anyone and no follow up with the client. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY.

Awesome service and easy to work with. I was contacted randomly by phone and was concerned, but after working with their team I realized this is as legit as it gets. Excited to see the results.

My onboarding meeting to begin the art design went really smoothly. Brandon was professional, friendly, and explained the process and next steps clearly.

Just renewed my CVS kiosk campaign for another year. I had them design my art after giving some photos and suggestions and I think it turned out beautifully. There was a bit of a delay getting the kiosk installed last year, but it was Covid, so what wasn't delayed. I was extremely happy with the communication and process of developing and approving the artwork and Ryan, my sales rep has checked in with me several times over the past year to see how it was going and offer suggestions to help my exposure and brand awareness. I just renewed with him for another year. Having the same person as a rep over a year later is a miracle in itself. Saw some negative reviews complain about their kiosk not being located where it should in the store or wipes being empty, but that's the store's fault, not in Terraboost's control. Although Ryan is great and will contact the store and encourage them to put it where they should. All in all, I love this as a non-traditional marketing approach to keep my face out there and strengthen my brand awareness.

I have been with Terraboost since 2018, I am happy with the brand recognition it has brought me. Their reps are prompt and follow through on their service.

Easy to work with, excellent customer service and follow up. I am looking forward to the final product, they made it so easy to get the art work completed.

Everything was easy to understand and the people were friendly. My only issue was twice when I was suppose to receive phone calls, I did not until later. The people were very helpful though.

I am very satisfied with my relationship with Terraboost Media LLC. The real estate artwork for the kiosks are excellent. The communication is really good, also. I would recommend Terraboos Media.

Although we had some glitches setting up the staff were always responsive and helpful and timing ended up being perfect for the campaign given the Covid Closures.

I received an onboarding call with Danny and it went well. The only issue I have was that I submitted the artwork design and nobody was aware. Danny was going to followup with the art department.
