The team at terraboost did a good job with my kiosks. I wanted to set up 3 kiosks with different designs and locations. I had little idea about what design I wanted other than they all had to be different. The team worked back and forth with me until i finalized the details. The final result was exactly like how they showed me in the final proof. The kiosks looked beautiful! The team also did well on the refill part as i always found them refilled. This was my first advertising campaign and i am happy that they did not let me down. I will definitely recommend them.

Let me admit something. I am not an easy customer to deal with. I can get very demanding and at times annoying as well! CS reps usually hate my type. But the team at Terraboost has won me over. They were very patient with me as I made frequent changes to my design and they responded by working on the revisions promptly. Very professional and customer centric approach. They now have a finicky yet loyal customer in me!

I had a great experience! I love how my ad came out and when I run into people I know they always say they saw me in Stop & Shop and how awesome it is. I always received a quick response to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely continue to do business with Terraboost in the future.

I contracted with them to provide a hand sanitizer kiosk in my local CVS store. Their design team was very helpful and professional. They got my station in place and on time. I'm very pleased with their service and follow up.

My Terraboost order arrived late but I was happy with the way they kept me up-to-date at every step of the way. I usually don't mind delays if the company is honest and down to earth, which is what happened here. My second order of alcohol-free wipes arrived on time, so they improved right away.

We are very happy with the customer service from Terraboost. Ryan has been super helpful and very responsive to questions. We have a kiosk in a CVS pharmacy that we were not happy with the placement of. Ryan took care of it for us and called the pharmacy to put it in a more desirable area. It is not front and center for customers. Very Pleased!

Scammers. Don't do business with them. They'll take your money, promise you a billboard in 4/6 weeks, then 5 months later won't answer the phone, won't return emails, and won't refund the money. Scammers! This is just the beginning. All 500,000 social media followers will know about this. I have screen shots of months of unanswered emails and videos of me calling and calling and never getting a reply.

My small office of 5 people use hand sanitizer every day so it runs out quickly. Services in the past have let me down because sanitizer deliveries came weeks late leaving my employees frustrated. Thanks to Terraboost those problems are a thing of the past. Every order I place arrives on time as described.

As of this date there are 18 one star reviews for Terraboost here. Yelp has similar numbers. Not very good odds. These numbers tell a story about this company, Ignore it at your peril. There are reputable companies out there. * Is clearly tasked to run interference for a horrendous company. Once they get you to sign the agreement, they won't deliver, they'll ignore you until you tell them you're stopping payments and only then they'll wave the signed agreement in front of you and say that's not an option. Then after you stop payments, they send you a threatening email, say you're unprofessional for posting negative reviews while they're sending you to collections. There is NOTHING ok with this. * Can't fix this. Avoid Terraboost like the plague.

I signed up for this advertising service and paid a setup fee for 3 locations and I paid an annual fee for another location. Since I've signed up I've been charged monthly and the advertisements are still in the initial phases. They are not set up in the store yet. I have called and emailed the person that set up my account (Patrick McConnell) multiple times because I want to know why I am being charged for a service that has not been completed. He replied to one of my emails stating he would have someone call me. No one ever called and he is not returning my calls. I even went online to their site and completed a request for assistance and no one has responded. My experience has been HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terraboost did a fabulous job on our advertising campaign! They were professional and conscientious. Our ad on the wellness kiosk at the Elk Grove Village Jewel store is so attractive and well designed. I would recommend Terraboost for your advertising needs!

After scanning Terraboost's online shop I enjoyed the shopping experience as there is a lot of choice. The checkout process took just a few minutes and I was lucky enough to buy when there was a discount. Who doesn't love a good deal? The wipe dispenser arrived a few days earlier than expected which was a nice bonus!

I want a full refund. Last contact May 16th but sure have taken 619.00 out for 3 months and the set up fee. I feel that this company is taking on more business than they can handle. I don't want to hear its because of Covid because i am so tired of everyone using this excuse. Pick up the phone and call your clients... Over it and i don't want to work with a company like this. If you are to busy hire more people, God knows there are a lot of people needing jobs. By the time they get the stands out Covid will be a thing of the past> WORSE COMPANY EVER. I am stopping the payments on my discover card, They never have a problem taking the payment... Full Refund is expected!

I received no word from the company, even after Myles B said (in response here) that someone would be in touch "first thing next week". After calling and writing again with copy to a company executive, Jake finally responded on May 22nd saying "The shipping team will be working on getting this shipped out today." Several days passed with no follow up and I emailed yet again, copying the owners. I got a call from Jake promising that the shipment would go out that day. It's now June 5th, a week later, and nothing has been shipped. I never received a response from either of the owners. I have canceled the order. Frankly, I wonder how they stay in business.

Terraboost's sanitizer station towers are the best office hygiene choice I've made for some tie. I wanted my employees to use sanitizer more friendly without forcing them. I placed a few towers around the office and they naturally began using them. The buying process was straightforward, which is what I want from an online shop.

Hand sanitizing gel is dotted around my home and I encourage my whole family to use them. Quality 70% alcohol gel with great customer service is hard to come by. Terraboost surprised by with their consistency. Also they are just a phone call away if I have any questions about their other products cool company!

We have had a joyful experience working with our Client Success Manager Ryan. He is very proactive and responsive! We currently are looking for a better location for our display. Ryan asked good questions to help us with the solutions! We are looking forward to the future exposures!

I am just a few days away now from my ad going live on the kiosks. I'm excited to see the response in my neighborhood over time. In this crazy COVID-19 environment it feels like the right place to be with people so hyper aware of hand cleanliness. The people at TerraBoost have been very cooperative and responsive to my needs and I'm looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship.

I have been very impressed with TerraBoost. I just signed up to renew another year. They have been responsive quickly on any of the concerns I had. I would strongly suggest TerraBoost to other realtors to use in their marketing

I was thoroughly impressed with the service that Terraboost delivered on my big order. I didn't make it easy for them either as there were a lot of questions before I pulled the trigger. The products I ordered were wipe dispensers, individually packed wipes and foams. The quality is outstanding and I won't be going elsewhere in the near future for my sanitizing needs.

I am happy with the advertising space and the opportunity to get in front of a lot of potential clients. I have had varying success working with the staff and sale people there. At the end of the day, I end up with what I need, but sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get a response from them.
