Texas Roadhouse

Food was taken to another customers dirty table and left until server realized it was the wrong table. Server never once came back to offer refills for our drinks nor did he fully complete our order until asked for our second drink. Appetizer was set on our table which was not ordered and server was rude when we told her that we didn't order the appetizer. Spoke to the manager who seemed very annoyed that we wanted to address the issues in which we had. Was told that the server had stated the food was never at another table yet pictures proved it was. Manager seemed more irritated that we wanted to speak to her to hopefully prevent another customer from having the same experience. Order was made wrong anyways which was being refused due to the fact it was at another customers table. Would highly recommend going to another place. Personally have 30+ years in the food industry and have never seen nor been so disgusted in a restaurant.

We just left after two hours of waiting. We were told and texted 50-60 minutes of waiting time. 90 minutes after we went to ask and was told it they are cleaning the table and will text us shortly. 30 minutes went by and I went to ask again and was told the same thing. They should not be lying to us about the time. We could have gone somewhere else and be home in two hours already. Not impressed with communication skills.

My wife and I had dinner at TR last night. The only good experience was that the waitress was nice and courteous The food was terrible. My wife had a combination of ribs and steak. The steak was ultra fatty and the ribs were over done. She sent the steak back and the second one had no flavor. It tasted like it just came off the cow. My ribs were over done and the flavor was just so so. After this experience we will never go back to this restaurant. You have lost us for good

Steaks and rack of ribs tasty and prepared properly. However salads considerably smaller than they used to be.

The food was amazing and the server Trent was amaazing, I would definitely want him again he looks kinda like drake. Trent if you see this it's the 3 children who tipped you $40 sorry for the ghetto one ( the Caucasian/Asian)

Our group of 7 just had dinner at the Appleton restaurant and the thermostat must have been set around 65 degrees. We were all popsicles by the time our meal was served. The food was good but we were very uncomfortable.

Don't assume the customer is not paying attention when you asked to see the coupon and we open our phone to show you... don't talk $#*! like we can't hear you cause we can... when we ask you to wait a minute after hurlings the food in our car don't run off cause we had a problem with the bill. We had questions and you made it look like And inconvenience to you They want us to support our local restaurants then maybe they should Have a little bit more patience for the customers. This is all new to everybody

I gave this place one star, because of their weird rules, they don't take reservations, but they put your name on the list and tell you what time they can take you isn't that a reservation? Ones you get there, they tell you: they can't let you in until everyone in your party is here, then everyone is here but they can't let you in until they have a table available The lady in the front door doesn't even let us wait by the door because of covid she said…. We were all freezing outside waiting… The waitress were very nice, very helpful, attentive, they were great. The food was ok. But there management sucks!

I tried to place an order online and on the app from 8pm to 8:45pm but it would not let me select a time to continue. I finally got someone to answer the phone and was told they absolutely can't take a phone order and if the online ordering isn't working I would have to come there and order at the window. (Yeah then wait over an hour for my meals) we eat here all the time $100+ for our meals and they can't take the order. We are DONE with Texas Roadhouse! I'm so sick of poor customer service!

On August 31, Our friends took us to Texas Roadhouse on Wacker Drive, Dubuque, Iowa to celebrate our 50th Wedding anniversary. The food was great and there was plenty of it. We had the BEST service you could ask for from our server. Her name is DESTINY. She's fun and very personable and has a beautiful smile. If you go there, and are lucky enough to have her for your server, you will enjoy your visit. Thanks Destiny!:-)

Crowded and noisy. We could barely hold a conversation at the table. It's no wonder that the food was wrong. I don't think the waitresses could hear us. Nonetheless, that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the food we eventually received. Tough, gristly steak, cold food...

This review is Texas Roadhouse McKinney location. This is my fourth time at I went to this location with a couple friends,we called but we still had to wait at least 20min. My steak and potato were ice cold when the person serving brought them. It took 5 to 10 minutes to find the waitress, she took them back. Thirty(30) min later a manager brought another plate and the only question she asked, is the temperature of the food to my satisfaction! I touched the steak and potato with my finger and I answered "yes", that is it,
she left.
I have been to the Texas Roadhouse in the Colony Tx, and the food and service has been excellent.

We are fairly new to the Huntsville AL area and visited the Jeff Road location. It was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse, and they did not disappoint. We were a party of six and most of us had the steak, but also a burger and ribs. The steaks were spot on and cooked perfectly as ordered. I've always said the waitress is the key to a pleasant visit. It starts with them and ends with them. Kayla, our server was OUTSTANDING, very patient, explained things well, kept our drinks full and our table cleared. Not pushy and very professional. We will definitely be back and most definitely will request Kayla as our server.

First thing is that our waitress was great so nothing wrong with her. Got my Caesar salad and hardily any dressing, along with a stink bug in it (it was still alive). They got me a new one but didn't offer to take it off my bill or anything. We got a platter appetizer it was great along with the rolls. But everything after was awful! My hamburger came out and had fell over and just they just left like that with ingredients all over the plate. And im a cook and my boyfriends steak and my burger were under seasoned and dry not worth the $90 dollars we spent and it was for our anniversary. Made it the worst one for the both of us thanks to Texas road house

We ordered a FULLY cooked Easter dinner and it was not cooked at all. I would not have ordered it if it was not cooked we had plans that we were going to do and were unable to do cause we had to cook our meal for 4 hours. We order every year and will not do it again!

We decided to go to the New Rochelle location. Upon arrival, we were asked to leave because our party was really big. We called an hour before arriving and was told that there wasn't going to be an issue but was faced with something completely different when we arrived. We were to be seated separately and was going to have to wait 3 hours after we were told we will wait a little over an hour. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and we will not be returning. Terrible service. Worst experience of my life.

We ordered two meals to pick up at Texas Roadhouse, because it has been one of our favorites. We were shocked to see so many people waiting to eat in and not wearing masks. Some of the staff, including a cook, were not wearing masks, or were wearing them below their nose.
The order wasn't correct. We did not receive one of our sides, and the vegetables were almost raw. The Country fried stead was nearly inedible. More than half of it was gristly and had to be spit out.
We were so disappointed in the food quality, the safety precautions, and even the cleanliness of the restaurant, that it will be a long time, if ever, before we return.
